I come from a land where pizza reigns supreme, but I never thought I'd find, in an enchanting corner like Borno, a masterpiece that transcends all boundaries. At "Le Stess," pizza is poetry: the dough, soft as a cloud, transforms under your fingers into a symphony of crispiness and tenderness. Every bite is a journey through pure and authentic flavors, where tomatoes taste of the sun and mozzarella is made from fresh milk. It's as if every ingredient tells a story, a story of love and dedication, of tradition and innovation. Here, in this mountain retreat, I found the pizza that enchants the province.

Alice Campari

A must-try every time I stop in Borno. The pizza is Neapolitan style with a thick crust, offering a wide selection of classic and more innovative flavors thanks to the menu they expanded a few months ago. Despite replacing the wood-fired oven with an electric one, the pizza is still as good as before, if not better! The menu is more limited, but still very good because it's made with local ingredients (medium portions; if you're really hungry, I also recommend an appetizer or dessert). Desserts include pre-packaged and homemade options; my favorite is the crunchy semifreddo, although it's served a bit too cold. The owners are lovely, always kind and welcoming. More than once, we've called for a last-minute table and they've always waited on us without a problem.

A truly excellent pizzeria, located in an elevated area of town, it offers a very welcoming atmosphere (with a lovely view outside) and very kind and helpful staff. The pizzas are excellent and, above all, very light. I had a great time and will definitely come back in the future. Congratulations!

The pizza is excellent, as are the desserts; the whole wheat dough is also good. The staff and waitresses are courteous and friendly, and the value for money is excellent. The only downside was the constant ringing of a cell phone (I assume for reservations), which somewhat spoiled the atmosphere. Despite this, I highly recommend it.

We visited this pizzeria on a summer evening. The pizza was good, but the place had many flaws. There were more than 20 of us in a small room with tilting windows that could only be opened very slightly, broken shutters, and no fan or air conditioning. We ate quickly to get out of that oven as quickly as possible! The staff was friendly, but the owners didn't bother to come and clarify. I understand that work needs to be done, but it would have been enough to take fewer reservations to be able to keep the windows open to let the air circulate. I strongly advise against it.

We took about ten take-out pizzas and found them extremely salty and hard to digest. I don't know if we were unlucky, but I don't feel like recommending this place.

Nothing special, the usual pizza, good, good service, the waiter is Centili, always smiling, but this is the place that's not right. It's not possible on July 20th to put 24 people in a 5x3 room with windows that can't be opened (otherwise they'd disturb those sitting), broken shutters, no fan at all - I'm not asking for air conditioning - but at least one that can circulate the air, narrow seating with benches that can't be moved. After many complaints, they weren't able to change our seats. The owners didn't show up. I personally don't recommend it.
