The Prime Rib - Louisiana Live!

My father is a great steakhouse fan and he loves this place so I went with him and they have the best of Maryland style baked crab cakes you will ever eat… they are not deep-fried in any kind of way. They are so good.!!!!!!

I'll put this restaurant up as one of the best in the shreveport bossier area. I ordered seared scalps, sea bass, and a filet. I topped that with a delicious expresso martini. Thanks for the experience.. It was definitely worth it and I'll be eating here again. Thanks for having me.

I took my wife here for her Birthday, and we had an amazing time. Our waitress LaCarra was absolutely wonderful! Even if everything else had been horrible, the way she took care of us and treated us would’ve been enough for us to return. She is a true gem! The rest of the staff were some of the best I’ve seen. We watched as Kameron, Scott, Nicholas and Detrix (Please forgive me if I misspelled any names) worked the floor effortlessly, they treated each and every table as if they were the sole table they were in charge of. Each and every one of them worked diligently to keep up each of the tables. Our food was even better than the superb service that we received. Our appetizer was delicious and we have LaCarra to thank for recommending the Beef Carpaccio. We both ordered steaks and they were cooked to perfection. I am thankful we chose to celebrate her birthday at your establishment and will definitely be returning.

Stayed at live for a work event, had our first dinner at The Prime Rib and it was FABulous! The prime rib was done to perfection. Our server Millie was awesome!

Noel the server was SOOO nice. I'm really picky when it comes to certain foods / textures but she took her time to explain what would probably be best for me! Which she was also right by the way LOL. Overall very attentive, calm, and friendly service! Everyone was super nice to me and my family. 10/10 would go again! Shoutout to Noel she's super sweet and cool 😎

All I can say is WOW!!!!! Absolutely amazing from the service to the food and the atmosphere . Definitely recommend. I had the blackened red snapper and it was soooo delicious. Let’s not talk about the fresh baked bread that had truffle oil with some type of salt lol on top of it. Everything was delicious 🤤

Great food, service & atmosphere. We had the scallops for appetizer. I had the Imperial Lobster & my husband had the 16oz prime rib. We had mushroom & creamed spinach as side orders. It was all excellent. Possibly the best lobster I’ve ever had. We had the mixed berry cobbler for desert. It was delicious. Great dining experience l. We will definitely be back.

Excellent food, service & atmosphere. We had scallops for appetizer. They were great! I had the Lobster Imperial & my husband had the 16iz prime rib. Both were excellent. That was probably the best lobster I’ve ever had. We had mushroom & cream spinach for sides. Very generous portions & excellent flavor. We finished with the mixed berry cobbler a la mode. It was wonderful. We had a great time & will definitely return.

Had a wonderful birthday fine dining experience at the Prime Rib. Excellent food (prime rib, TBone steak and, chicken breast, and the scalloped potatoes were excellent!) We also tried the creamed corn and creamed spinach and a few speciality drinks that paired well with dinner. Compliments to the chef & Kenneth our waiter who gave exceptional customer service!

The Prime Rib was an amazing experience. It was my husband and I’s first time there and Noel made it memorable. Her recommendation of the pear martini and the red snapper was an amazing choice. I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was really nice. We celebrated our 3rd year wedding anniversary. We would definitely recommend and definitely come back and have Noel as our server.

This is one of the most beautiful steakhouses we have eaten at. The service is excellent and the food was outstanding. We celebrated my husband's birthday and he got their tomahawk steak that was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. The cocktails we ordered came out exactly as expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the environment and will definitely be back.

Best service ever!! Millie was amazing and fantastic. She was so nice and helpful. I’ve never been able to choose my own steak knife. She was very skilled and knowledgeable about the tools for the job. Thank you Millie I hope to cross paths with you again! Prime Rib 32oz was absolutely delicious. Couldn’t quite finish the whole thing.

My server Noel was awesome and top tier! She throughly went through the menu and drink options with me to ensure I pick exactly what I was requesting. She was a friendly and attentive server! I definitely will be back and will request Noel again!

Excellent Anniversary dinner with my husband. Steak cooked beautifully, and the Salmon had a great crispy skin. Our brussels and mashed potatoes were so delicious. Fresh bread was an added bonus. Noel was a great waitress and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to visit again.

LC Container LLC came here for a birthday dinner!! Drew was awesome!! He knew exactly what we wanted and had it here before we could ask for it! We had a great time and enjoyed the fillet oscar and scalloped potatoes ( potato pav’e)! The bread pudding was amazing and definitely worth it! This is our first time here but we will definitely be back for everything! We sat at the bar and enjoyed the bar and enjoyed the live music and atmosphere. Recommend this place for any occasion, even if you are just gambling and hanging out!!

The Prime Rib at Live! Casino & Hotel in Bossier City is a must to visit. Hands down one of the best steak restaurants I've ever been to, the steak was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor! 🍴 Big shoutout to Tyler, our awesome waiter, for top-notch service. This was our first time eating here, and we were also celebrating my husband’s birthday and let me tell you, the experience did not disappoint. The food was absolutely on point. The oysters were soooo good & we ordered both the oysters on the half shell and the chargrilled oysters, and they were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We also enjoyed the red snapper, steaks, French onion soup, and several sides. The mashed potatoes were good too. Everything was cooked to perfection.

Service was excellent. A lovely server lady and service assistant, Nicholas, helped us. Crab gratin was a little too salty but presentation was great. Presentation all around great. Vegetable sides are tasty. Crab cake is full of lump crab. Burger is beautiful. Will definitely be back!

We had dinner at The Prime Rib on Thursday 8/21/25. It was an early Birthday celebration for my Girlfriend as well as our 10 year anniversary. We have eaten at this restaurant several times since they opened in February. As always the place was exceptionally classy and clean. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a fine-dining restaurant. Our server was Kenneth. Kenneth was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and delivered impeccable service. The food was cooked perfectly and delicious. I recommend the French soup and the 32oz Prime Rib (seasoned and seared). My GF loved her Ribeye steak. It was a great meal at a great venue . Thanks to the Manager Jason and his wonderful staff for making it a great night.

My husband and I had salmon and blackened bread, snapper and the crawfish risotto and it was outstanding. It must visit destination when you are at the casino.

My husband and I wanted to do something special for our anniversary and chose The Prime Rib to celebrate. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves by enjoying delicious food, exceptional service and fantastic atmosphere. Noel and Wayne offered excellent service by helping us decide what food options to enjoy (excellent recommendations! Try the Macadamia Nut Chilean Sea Bass! <chef's kiss>) My husband enjoyed the Rib Eye Steak. He is very particular about how his steak is prepared but had nothing but compliments for how the steak was prepared and tasted. The Prime Rib is going to be a regular place for us to eat going forward! Thank you for helping to make our anniversary special!

Our servers were Nicholas and Noel; they were absolutely perfect in every way. I don’t think I have ever had better service than the two of them. They were always available and so nice and welcoming I hope to get them again when I return.

Drew is our absolute favorite bartender. Call him when you need a tasty cookie butter espresso martini or the "Drew's special!" He is a delight every time we come to the Prime Rib.

This was our first time eating in the establishment. Having Kira as our server made the experience very pleasant. She made a wine suggestion that turned out to be delightful, and complemented my meal. Her demeanor was very pleasant and very manner full.

My husband and I drove from Texas for the weekend for a mini getaway to celebrate his birthday. I booked reservations at The Prime Rib, we were greeted by the hostess and seated immediately, the restaurant is so nice the atmosphere is perfect for a date night. Honorable mention about the live music as well. Our servers were Kenneth and Nicholas, they both were very attentive made sure we had everything we needed and more. Kenneth gave menu recommendations, Nicholas always made sure he circled back to make sure we didn’t need anything. Both were great. The food was amazing! Ordered the lamb chops and my husband had the red snapper, family style sides the four cheese Mac and cheese and broccoli! Definitely worth a visit you will not be disappointed

Starting from the host stand had and amazing experience. They were so friendly and accommodating, I was instantly happy to dine there. Our server Noel was so knowledgable and friendly that it made our experience 10/10. Also, gave me excellent recommendations in the city. Will definitely be back to see Noel when we are back in Shreveport.

Had an amazing experience at the bar at the Prime Steakhouse in Live Casino. The bartender, Andrew, was exceptional. He was genuinely funny and effortlessly charismatic. He made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun from start to finish. His Old Fashioned was absolutely spot on, perfectly balanced and clearly made by someone who knows what they’re doing. He also whipped up a bourbon drink that somehow tasted just like a Now and Later candy, which was both unexpected and unreal in the best way. Great drinks, great conversation, and top-tier service. This is exactly the kind of bartender that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend grabbing a seat at the bar if you’re here.

Drew is the sweetest most attentive bartender! He busted his ass during the snow storm and still had a smile on days later and remembered my exact order. 15/10 service from him. We are visiting and have been here 4 nights in a row. He served a large party for our company and was so fast with drink orders. Everyone at our company was impressed. Vibes in the restaurant are badass but the service stood out the most. We will be coming back!

This was one of the most phenomenal meals I’ve had. The truffle ribeye on the Truffle and Vine menu was so tender and flavorful. I especially loved the Brussels sprouts and the crab lump cake appetizer. Don’t leave without ordering the chocolate cake! Our server Noel was so kind and attentive, we will be sure to ask for her when we go back!

We are visiting family from out of town and stayed at live casino because it was convenient. After exploring the various restaurant choices there was really only one that allowed children called The Prime Rib. We knew it was a fancier restaurant, so our party of 4 adults and 4 children (ages 10,7 and twins age 8 months) opted for an early dining time and requested two high chairs. We were seated in a small room with two large capacity tables and since the other table was not arriving until an hour and a half later, we all breathe a sigh of relief, just in case one of the children got fussy. They do not have a children’s menu, however, we’re happy to split a burger and suggested other items. We all enjoyed our meals! The steaks were cooked to perfection. The prime rib was delicious and we all enjoyed the grilled oysters and our salad starters. But the real star of the evening was our server named Noel. She never batted an eye that half of the table were little ones, and she was friendly to them right from the start. Excellent service on all counts and when I started to try to clean up a little of the mess under the high chairs, she quickly shoo’d me away and said that was her job and she also complimented me on how well-behaved the children were and that it was a pleasure waiting on us. Noelle is a quality employee and we feel very fortunate that she was our waiter that evening. The next time we are in Louisiana, we would definitely come back to The Prime Rib.

Kyra was an absolute delight – fun, knowledgeable about both the food and wine, and happy to guide us through our choices. Her cheerful and buoyant attitude lifted the spirits at our table and made the experience unforgettable. I thoroughly recommend everyone to try this dining experience. You won’t be disappointed!

If you find yourself in Shreveport, The Prime Rib is a must to stop at. Great food, great live music, and fantastic service. We are here for work and have specifically eaten here multiple times because Drew has taken such good care of us. Honestly some of the best service we have ever received regardless of establishment. I'd like to thank Regina for such great service. She was so attentive and polite. We ate a ribeye steak and crab legs. The steak was pretty good snd so were the crab legs. A bit pricey, but I was able to get past that due to the ambience. The bar area where we sat was stocked with top notch spirits/beverages, they had a pianist who sang the latest tunes, and the seating area was spacious and elegant. I would recommend this for date-night!

This was a nice dine in experience but I have had better food & atmosphere, but to each is their own opinion. We were walking around the casino floor, waiting for the restaurant to open. They do not open the inside doors until after 5pm, so we had to stand there & watch people enter the restaurant from the outside & be seated. We were seated, I looked around & this was a nice restaurant but have seen similar floor style/plans with table & seating. Nothing special, but than I inspected my silverware & see all the water spots. We spent almost $300 on this dine-in experience. As nice as the restaurant & the cost per plate, you couldn't get someone to wipe off your silverware? Our waitress was outstanding, Noel was very professional & courteous. She made sure our drinks were full & boxed our leftovers. My wife enjoyed her crab cakes, as apparently no one bakes the crab cakes like this here; she only seen this style in Boston. My steak was pretty flavorless with little to no seasoning, same as my broccoli & my potato had a small hint of salt. My loaded potato had 4 little pieces of bacon on it, maybe the equivalent of a fourth of a slice of thick cut bacon & portioned into smaller pieces. My wife's salmon was tender & she enjoyed her plate, but her crab cake, she considered this the best part of her meal. Imo you can get better steaks, baked potatoe, & broccoli with some flavor from any other steakhouse or restaurant in town & pay a fraction of the price. It was a nice experience just to say "We ate there before."

The Filet Mignon was chewy and tasted like a USDA cut. We’ve eaten here many times before and everything has always been amazing; this particular steak was a disappointment. Everything else was great.

Drew was awesome. The calamari and charbroiled oysters were meh. Someone needs to learn how to shuck oysters! I had pieces of shell in every bite, and had to use my knife to separate each oyster from its shell. My husband said his prime rib was good. The drinks were fabulous.

Noel was a delight! She was knowledgeable, engaging, efficient, and so kind! The food is great and the atmosphere is moody and intimate.

Very overpriced for the level of food. The prime rib was cooked well but bland. The steak was seasoned a little better than the prime rib. The sides were underwhelming. But the bread pudding was very good. Also the piano player was so loud it was hard to have a conversation with people at the table

While the meat and main courses are superb, the sides are expensive and not up to par with the rest of the menu selections. The prime rib is sooo good and we love the restaurant itself but the sides are just not good . When you are paying $16 for macaroni and it looks and taste like it came out of a box . The scalloped potatoes are dry , almost raw and lack any real flavor . The baked potatoes are mid at best . Did not feel or taste fresh . I can’t not say enough about how good the steaks and prime rib are but the sides need some work . This was our second visit and we will eat here again just maybe a vegetable next time .

Our server seemed distracted. We finally had to ask her when our food was coming. It finally arrived lukewarm. The sea bass was very small and salty. Prime rib portions were adequate. The manager did comp dessert but the whole experience was lacking and way overpriced for what we got.

Brian, the sommelier, is a pretentious jerk. 1. He spoke down to my husband about my wine. 2. My seabass was fishy. I have been eating Chilean Seabass in fine dining restaurants for 40 years. This was our second time having dinner at this restaurant. The first time I had the seabass. It was delicious! I know fishy. My husband, who eats anything , agreed. Brian told me it was not fishy tasting and there was nothing wrong with it. We drove 2 hours to this Casino Hotel, Live!, to have dinner at this restaurant, Prime Rib, because it was so good the first time. This Brian guy has ruined it for us. We does not care. He just wants to be better than everyone else.

As this restaurant was one of the most beautiful we’ve been to we were very disappointed. The steak was amazing but the salmon and truffle fries were very disappointing and honestly uneatable. Even though the steak was amazing it’s very expensive for it to not come with a side. Our waitress was nice but we were not waited on thoroughly and the restaurant was not that busy.
