I wasn't familiar with the restaurant. But as a Sardinian, I tend to be critical of Sardinian restaurants in general. Instead, I found the atmosphere to be excellent and welcoming. The food fully met my expectations, and the staff's courtesy was top-notch. The view of the surrounding valleys was also superb. Definitely worth a try.

A wonderful experience in this family-friendly setting. We chose the house tasting menu with Sardinian dishes, and it was an explosion of flavors and tastes. The Sardinian suckling pig was fabulous. Being a farm, the cheeses are homemade and absolutely worth trying. I highly recommend this place.

We arrived and were greeted with wonderful smiles, and the wait staff was attentive, discreet, and extremely friendly. The menu is truly fantastic, featuring Sardinian cuisine with a modern and refined twist. Every bite was a truly fantastic experience for our taste buds. We'll definitely be back.

We found out about it thanks to a gift voucher, and we were a bit hesitant to choose it because I'm not a cheese fan. But we were completely reassured. True, they do sell cheese, but it was enough to talk to the staff, who made me feel completely at ease. September 20, 2025 A lovely trip to a charming and quiet place where they welcomed us with coffee. A very interesting tour of the stables and dairy, where the enthusiasm and passion for the work and care of the animals was evident, followed by lunch on the veranda at a table set with meticulous attention to detail. An absolutely idyllic location that feels right out of a storybook, with Michelin level food that is yet extremely comforting as if your nonna had made it. The staff are very kind, the ambience is warm and intimate. This is a hidden gem.

A well-deserved five stars. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest detail, from the ambiance to the service and cuisine. The unique flavors of Sardinian cuisine I wasn't familiar with, from the welcome appetizer to the small pastries at the end of the meal. All accompanied, of course, by a good Cannonau di Sardegna red wine. What more can I say? Try it and believe it.

It is such a wonderful experience at Da Fabiana Bossolasco! I have stayed at Fabiana twice in the last 2 years, pity that this trip was short (only three days). The service is excellent, perhaps the best in >100 hotels that i have stayed internationally; room is very clean and beautiful; food absolutely wonderful - buonissimo! The sardinian cuisine served is literally "to die for". The scenery is lovely; i love the country/countryside, yet it's also close to the big cities, about an hour's drive from Turino or 30 mins to Alba. You won't be disappointed with Da Fabiana!

Bellissima esperienza. Appena arrivati siamo rimasti affascinati da questo agriturismo, un pó isolato ma tranquillo. Stanze veramente belle ed enormi. Ottima pulizia. È presente anche una bella piscina con vista sulla valle. A colazione si ha a disposizione di tutto e di più.. Con tantissimi prodotti propri. Abbiamo provato anche la cena con menù sardo, ed era ottima. La titolare veramente simpatica, gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca un guasto alla caldaia che ci ha costretti ad una doccia fredda.

Typical Sardinian cuisine in the heart of the Langhe! A place to recommend and return to! Prices are more than fair, allowing you to sample many specialties, prepared with passion. Two tasting menus, with a choice of 5 or 8 courses, will ensure you leave the restaurant feeling more than happy... satisfied and full! The wine list is interesting; ask the owner directly, who will be happy to explain and recommend the best wine for you.
