Three stars, because the flavor is delicious, but two things ruin it. 1- The service; I arrived with a friendly smile and was treated like I was begging. I asked about the types of milk, and the woman answered reluctantly and didn't even look me in the eye. 2- Now they serve on little trays and cardboard plates as if I were at my nephew's party. While they did remodel the place for the better, and it's very nice, the way they serve the pie slices doesn't match. I was just expecting them to serve my coffee in a Styrofoam cup. 😰

Muy bonito el lugar, excelente comida y bastante accesible. Lo malo aquí es la atención de las señoritas, todas las veces que he ido son las mismas y con una actitud PÉSIMA, burlescas y hacen unas caras que a muchos nos saca de onda. No soy de quejarme de este tipo de cosas pero por lo visto mucha gente ya se ha quejado de esto y pues no se le ha visto solución. No es posible que durante todo este tiempo no se haga nada al respecto y solamente nos haga pasar un mal rato de incomodidad en el establecimiento. Saludos.

It was already 11:30 and they still hadn't opened. It's awful that they don't respect the opening hours; the manager was already at the counter and didn't come to open the door for us.

We went on a Sunday night to enjoy delicious coffee and different types of pastries, and there was still about an hour and a half until closing time. When we arrived, the ladies who serve and take our orders had a sour look on their faces. We asked them about some kind of cake slice, and they reluctantly replied that they didn't have any. We had to go to the other side of the store to choose slices from the refrigerator, and the cashiers were annoyed. We felt like leaving everything there and leaving because they were so rude. They shouldn't have people who treat customers so badly.

★☆☆☆☆ Don Mostacho's pastries are good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived 45 minutes before closing time and were practically ignored. They told us they couldn't serve us anymore because they were "closing," even though there was still time left. If they have a schedule, they should respect it. This isn't the first time this has happened, and honestly, it seems like they're not interested in serving their customers properly. It's a shame, because the product is worth it.
