Charleys Cheesesteaks

Good ole Charleys making the best out of a bad situation. They are open and serving yummy sandwiches. I had the steak Philly and the Mr had California Ranch, both on point. The perfect fries and fruit flavored lemonade rounded the whole meal out.

Good for days that end in 5 (5, 15, and 25) for steak sandwiches for $5.95. The food is delicious but not very filling. I can finish sandwich and still feel hungry right after.

I know people debate which is best American cheese or cheese whiz but to be frank, I prefer the American cheese but I know people will condemn me for it. So whatever. Food is amazing but service is so terrible. I ordered my food and the guy that took only order forgot to give me the drink. I got my food but there was no tray? I had a big order so I had to go back and forth. The guy didn’t even apologize. I asked for my drink and he sent me back to the register. There was a heavy set lady there and she gave me so much attitude. The original guy that took my order came out and apologized but the lady was just starting at us. They weren’t busy at all, where all th other food places were packed!

Paid over $40 for two sandwiches and large fries with lemonade. They gave me a half empty box of fries and when I asked the guy serving the food if this was large fries he said yes.

I ordered 2 sandwiches 1 regular sized combo and 1 sandwich a la carte plain cheese only($19.36!!!!), the fake long finger nailed (should be unacceptable to wrk around food due to germs)blue haired girl took the order and got 1/2 of the order right. When my number was called I noticed 1 of the sandwiches was totally wrong and the cook/grill wrkr took the wrongly prepared sandwich back with kind of an attitude and made the sandwich correctly.He (the grill/cook)told me in a rude manner to throw the sandwich away but in Spanish. He didn’t know that I spoke Spanish and then began to talk to the blue haired girl in a rude manner about me so I told him to make the sandwiches plain but in Spanish to let him know that I too speak spanish and that I understand what he was about to say about me to the blue haired girl. Advise your employees to be more courteous and more sympathetic to us PAYING customers when a mistake is made on an order. I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years,a lot of money has been spent here and have NEVER had an issue with customer service or employees being rude to me. This is the only place that I choose to eat at when I visit brea mall. Please address this with your employees.

Sorry , but the service i received here yesterday on july 30th 2019 was very poor and the food wasn't cooked properly and super dry and most horrible I've ever had at Charleys . Hispanic girl was kind of rude when I asked for mayo and almost rolled her eyes. After i tasted the food I felt really upset bc the service was horrible and now the food was poor . I can't believe they really didn't try on mine at all the cheesy wasn't melted at all, chicken was super dry, and my onions weren't grilled at all. Very upsetting 😡

1/10 on a good day, took about 20 minutes to get a kids meal, no apology or consideration. Time spent was full of the employees bickering, yelling, rolling their eyes, and scorning the customers who asked question or had concerns. Unprofessional. Unacceptable.

This place is a rip-off. Premium prices and poor service. They did not fill my Coke all the way up. When I asked them to top it off was meant with attitude. The gentleman that was in line with me asked them to top his fries off. My advice is to eat before you arrive or leave and eat somewhere else. 😠
