Prices were very cheap and the portions were very large. The service at this location was wonderful. The lady waited on us patiently as we made our selections and even let us try the green chile before ordering it. They wrapped our left overs for us when we asked for a to go container. Everyone enjoyed there food. They have an orange drink that was delicious!

Conveniently located and nice establishment. The food is decent. Ordered a Sausage Breakfast Burrito and Potato Taco at 730- ish in the morning. The burrito was massive but barely had any sausage in it. The potato taco was a decently sized portion but barely had potatoes. Both items had “filler” items much more than they had the respective protein. I didn’t leave a tip, as I never do for drive-thru services. I was never asked if I wanted any hot sauce. I drove away thinking it was already in the bag, but I was unfortunately mistaken.

The tacos here are just okay 🌮 — nothing special. The flavor is a bit lacking, and I was expecting something more authentic and tasty. Service was fine, but overall the food didn’t leave a strong impression.

They charge a surcharge for eggs but my sausage breakfast burrito had like no eggs basically it’s a bean and potato burrito because the surcharge for invisible eggs and a couple chunks of sausage was pathetic 3.5% to use a credit card .50 charge for invisible eggs please This place use to be good I don’t mind paying for something I get but not for something I don’t Response to "owner" there is no way there was 4 eggs in my burrito I have came there for several years and you always had great breakfast burritos that was about half my burrito I opened it up and spread it around to look because eating it there was just no eggs to speak of. Well you can say what you want but I sat inside and ate this and would never post anything that was not what I saw. I just might come back and get one and open it up it was a busy Saturday morning but I an telling you there was not 4 eggs in that burrito no way

Its was our first time coming to this restaurant. Cleanliness of the restaurant is great. The coffee on the left was the last left on their coffee maker, I had to wait for new coffee to be made....is fine who doesn't like fresh coffee. What I didn't like is that it seems they didn't put a new bag of coffee, it tasted more like water than coffee. My mom and I both put 4 creams on our coffee...jet the color is different...so was the taste. I won't even comment on the breakfast burritos.

(BIG thumb down !!!!) one of the worst hospitality that i ever been to. - i honestly thought this must be a joke -- all the rude signs -- demanding cash --- closed for dining --- don't throw cigarette buds in the flowers ---- 3% extra charge for credit cards --- USE CASH WHENEVER POSSIBLE (why ??? / tax dodger, maybe?) i didn't even order, SUPER TURNED OFF --- How do places like this even survive ? ---since it was the 4th time i tried to get in this place -- CLOSED ON MONDAYS -- SIGN ON THE FLOOR - Chair barricade the front door ---- this is not any business you would feel at home in --- the whole drive though there was just 1 car --- AND THEY WERE YELLING --- the only place i ever was treated worse than this was at the El Pollo Loco on the corner of Grand Ave & Valley boulevard in City of Industry by Walnut, that place gave me burned rice (ANOTHER ZERO STAR FAST FOOD JOINT) ---- SORRY PEPE's you can keep your tacos --- you present one of the WORST customer service and customer welcoming environments I EVER SEEN -- TAKE DOWN YOUR CLOWN SIGNS --- ACT LIKE A BUSINESS --- how in the world did people rate you a 4.3 --- IMPOSSIBLE -- if I had a rating lower than 1 star I would rate them ZERO stars---OR EVEN NEGATIVE (-5) STARS - horrible - have some shame

Service was fast, but the carnitas burrito I got was pretty much all fat :( and they gave the wrong sauce. Big portion, but the pork fat made me feel sick

Unfortunately, I walked out because it’s $14 or more for a plate at a fast food place and then if the pricing is not already high enough, they charge another 3% fee to use a credit card and I understand that credit cards cost the business money but if the prices weren’t so high already, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but I’m not gonna spend $40 by the time you get a drink for two people to eat at a quick walk in place that’s not even serving you.

I thought I died and went to heaven, I ate there for a month straight and the food was out of this world then all the sudden the food is burnt to her crisp ice cold my name is Dan T in case the owner is curious I use you guys through Doordash It's almost like The restaurant was sold and somebody fired all the good chefs It's so sad if it stayed I would be eating there for lunch and dinner almost everyday and if you keep the names in history you'll see that I'm telling the truth. I tried to call and let the manager know before I went to bad review but you just get put on hold This is so sad I own a business together end of town and I would want somebody to talk to me and tell me if you were doing something wrong before writing a bad review on us Believe me I get it. I guess the reason I'm doing this so somebody knows I hate to see a restaurant get a bad rap When I know full well this place is capable of greatness.

The 1 star is for the pricing of the Pepe's breakfast burrito. Plus $4.50 just to add chorizo and no potatoes. Total came out to $17.50. Ridiculous. And forgot the beans. After requesting a cup of beans and making my own burrito, it came out good. Red salsa has a good kick to it. I am really hoping the price is a mistake. If not, for the price I do not recommend the breakfast burrito.

We came out to Pepe’s this evening and was very disappointed that the quality of the hard tacos that made them famous are no longer made with lots of lettuce and smothered in cheese. I went back to the cashier representative Natalie to show her the tacos that had very little cheese barely a sprinkle and requested that they add some more ? She stated that there was an extra charge . I showed her again the lack of cheese as this was the first time I had experienced this at a Pepe’s ? She reasssured me that this is how they make them and that she couldn’t give me more cheese without an added cost . I realized t this moment that that standards have changed . The met was dry I ate it any way . I’m usually writing positive review but tonight’s experience at Pepe’s in brea Tod me no to return here again.

I do not recommend this place at all plus the lady’s who work at this restaurant are so rude. Me and my family went to Pepe’s after my daughters game and we ordered 4 California burritos to go and when we came back home the burritos hardly had any carne asada we called and they tried to say that each burrito had 6 spoon full of meat as you can see in the pictures they did not have 6 spoonfuls of meat it was mostly fries. Also I had to pay extra for some pico and guacamole, which yes I understand for the guacamole but not for the pico. Also we had to wait an additional 5-7 minutes in line because I asked for it after I received my order so I had to pay and wait for it to be handed to me. The lady just couldn’t hand it to me after I bought it when it’s already made that was ridiculous. Then she hands me the bag and looks at me in my face and says,” Do you need anything else,” like I’m bothering her! I spent almost $100 for our order definitely not worth this much for what we got plus the bad customer service.

Very poor service. You expect better service from the drive through. Enough time sitting and waiting for your order to be correct. You pay for food. You get home to enjoy your food you paid for. Then, you open your bag to see this? Tortilla with no meat (when you ask for plain taco). You ask for a chicken taco and you get beef? You order a carne asada plate and you get 2 tortilla chips. My wife calls in to let them know. She has to drive all the way back and hand back the carne asada taco (that’s their policy?). That’s not even sanitary or should be a health department issue here? You also have to justify they got the order wrong? Terrible customer service ends up crushing your reputation and no one will eat at your establishment. The food is subpar and too salty at best. Go to Alberto’s or even Tams burgers! I give this place zero stars for customer service and 1 star for food prep. Keep driving or looking for the next Mexican restaurant. Take my word for it. It’s not worth the hassle.
