Ottima osteria dai sapori tradizionali e autentici. Il consiglio è ovviamente quello di puntare sugli ottimi piatti della tradizione: casoncelli, stracotto di asino e manzo all'olio. Servizio cordiale e simpatico.

Brescia was a stopover for us on our way from Genoa to Munich. While still on the road, we used ChatGPT to find out what was worth seeing and doing during a short stopover here, and we received a recommendation to visit the Osteria al Bianchi. Luckily, we were able to get a table outside and met a very friendly and attentive team who gave us good advice. The pasta dishes were delicious, the tartare was very good, and the sbrisolona was a wonderful finish. Our meal was accompanied by the restaurant's own Lugana wine, which we can recommend. An excellent recommendation that we can only endorse!

We went there a year ago, came in late and asked if the kitchen was open. They were very chill and gave us a seat. The meal was fabulous, both primo and secundo. We ate the best tagliata we tried in Italy yet, and we tried a few. Really unpretentious place - food, staff, the design. The Milan derby was on TV and the staff was watching. It was really homey and a great place to feel like you belong even if you are a tourist. Great place, love it.

Great food and atmosphere. This is one of the oldest and most authentic restaurants in Brescia. Everything I tried was delicious. I really loved the beef in olive oil and their Casoncelli and other pasta dishes. One dish that really stood out was actually the Lumache (snails) appetizer on a bed of turnip puree sprinkled with shavings of egg yolk - try it and thank me later. Great wine selection, low prices and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Very nice dishes and desserts recommended by staff . Very local typical food. The meat filled pasta is very delicious. The Sbrisolona cake is must try too. Come on Saturday morning to eat the fried cod fish from 11am to 1pm .

We decided to go to Brescia, the Server Avenger Paolo wanted to show your God where he was raised and saw someone having fun in a corner with everyone watching. We went to Osteria, the best place to eat, which it's completely true, The Avenger as you know doesn't have meat for quite some time, so he asked everything in the menu to kick things off, we could see his eyes shining, the same eyes that signed the divorced papers, but this time very happy. He commented that it's even fresher inside than outside and added "I guess I'm not the only one that can control the temperature" Even happier when he saw 4 people serving us, he said "people are really happy by having me here, I really make the difference in people's lives, enjoy the gift of Mendes" The last horse he had was his wife, and this time he tasted horse meat and loved it, he even imitated the horse sound while people in the room clapped and cheered for him - best meat ever he stated Desert time and of course again, give me all of them, he even got confused when people asked if he was sure, but also your Avenger controls his own metabolism, so why not! After we left he was as happy as a baby born and people made the hall of fame just for him, and even one kid gave him a Baggio shirt, he risked his name and asked The Impulsive to sign to t-shirt! Bless Mendes, bless the town, and that kid is going to be sane forever!! Abbiamo Pedro!

Awesome atmosphere. You can see lots of local drinking wine and eating fried fish stick on Saturday afternoon. Food is simple but fresh and delicious. It can be a little intimidating when you see a huge crowd but people from the place are all very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Un pranzo semplice e tranquillo in cui abbiamo provato per la prima volta i casoncelli bresciani. Consigliato per la simpatia del personale, per la cucina semplice e tradizionale e per l'ambiente tranquillo e rilassante.

Semplice ma non troppo. Presenti piatti di lunga preparazione ed espressi. Prosciutto crudo molto buono. Casoncelli e strozzapreti molto buoni. Tutti buonissimi stracotti, manzo all’ olio e tagliata. Tutti buoni i dolci. Prezzi buoni, nelle norma, ma soprattutto un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. È consigliabile prenotare. I posti sono limitati e locale ben frequentato. CONSIGLIO.

Ristorantino tipico bresciano, nascosto dietro Piazza Loggia: da fuori non si immagina quanto sia accogliente! L’ambiente è intimo e il personale giovane e cordiale, il servizio veloce e attento. I piatti sono davvero buonissimi, curati nei dettagli e serviti nei tempi giusti — si sente la passione per la cucina tradizionale. Unica piccola pecca: nella sala dove eravamo i tavoli erano tutti da sei posti, e noi (in due) ci siamo trovati a condividere il tavolo con un’altra coppia. Esperienza simpatica, ma non a tutti potrebbe piacere. In ogni caso, torneremo sicuramente! 🍷✨

Personale giovane ma locale vecchio. Il servizio è cordiale ma troppo lento, offerti gli short alla fine. Si trova in centro e non c’è parcheggio. L’ambiente necessita di una ristrutturazione compresi quadri e bagno dotato di turca, osteria si ma in ordine. Con gli antipasti non ci siamo proprio per quantità/prezzo, ma qualità buona. Sul vassoio in foto ci sono 3 antipasti tutti insieme (5-6 fette di mortadella e 6-7 fette di crudo) per 18€, e 3 antipasti di formaggi tutti sullo stesso tagliere (4 qualità per 6 pezzetti) per 30€. Per i primi, i casoncelli molto buoni 13€ e le pappardelle buone 16€, quantità normale. Per i secondi, la tagliata buona e abbondante per 16€ anche se non hanno chiesto la cottura, la pancia di maiale buona ma poca per 18€. I dolci poca scelta e qualità nella media per 6€, la carta dei vini discreta a prezzi nella norma, mentre per il coperto a 3€ ti aspetti qualcosa in più sulla tavola. Insomma prezzi un po’ alti rispetto all’offerta.

Food was average, free bread was cut earlier that day and was old by the time it was served. I can only guess that it was on some other table before ours. At the beginning service was really nice but after some time they forgot about us and we were sitting with empty plates and glasses for about 20 min. They also forgot to bring some stuff like water and wine but it was included on the bill. Really mixed feelings about this osteria as we were hoping for amazing home food and it turned that we need to check the bill carefully.

Followed a recommendation of a local friend, but left unimpressed - the food was oversalted and the salad bar consisted of lettuce leaves, some artichokes and beans, that's it. It is surely on the higher end of the price range and maybe other dishes are delicious, but tuna carpaccio was very boring (like what you buy in a supermarket, only with lemon) and gnocchi were salty blobs. But - the service is very good and in English!

Will write this in English: Shared tables was an absolute no! There is no information anywhere the tables are shared, not even when you call them to book a table. I refuse to share a table for a celebratory dinner with my husband with someone else next us while both couples feeling super awkward.

They will ignore you if you speak English. We were sat in an empty dining room. They gave us menus and then proceeded to fill the entire room with other diners, take all of their orders, give them their food, and then finally stop ignoring attempts to get their attention to take our order. Don't go here if you aren't a local.

Siamo stati in questo locale a cena dopo aver prenotato una settimana prima, specificando chiaramente che volevamo mangiare i malfatti. La prenotazione era stata confermata con la garanzia che fossero presenti nel menù. Arrivati sul posto, ci siamo trovati davanti a un personale e a un titolare estremamente scortesi e freddi. Ci è stato presentato un menù completamente diverso, senza i malfatti, con la risposta che il menù era stato cambiato e che, se non andava bene, potevamo tranquillamente andare a mangiare altrove. Un atteggiamento inaccettabile e poco professionale. Al momento del conto, nessuna attenzione verso il cliente: nessuna domanda, nessuna scusa, solo l’importo da pagare comunicato in modo secco. Come se non bastasse, una mezza porzione di pasta in bianco per una bambina è stata fatta pagare ben 9,00 €, un prezzo assolutamente ingiustificato.Locale sconsigliato!
