We came for dinner around 5:30 on a week night. There were a few tables of people, but not packed by any means. Our server took our drink order and came back quickly with our drinks. He took our food order and it was 45 minutes later when our food finally came out. We had ordered an appetizer, but it never came. We had to tell him to cancel it, he was surprised that we didn't want it anymore. We asked for the check but had to go up to the counter 10 minutes later to ask for it again. The food was fine but I would not recommend going here- the service is awful.

The staff was friendly and the food was fine. The cocktails and michelada were ok. The thing that bother me was the "optional" 10% tip that they do not tell you they add into the bill. Unless you tell them you do not wish to add it then they charge you what you consumed. I did not mind tipping for the good service but it was shady the way they just add this into your bill without mentioning it.

The fish was okayish but the fries next to it and another extra order we got were raw. Too thick and hence not well cooked. I mentioned it and apparently we were not gonna get charged for it but we were and we couldn’t eat those. They were 140 pesos and definitely not worth it

Slow service, brought the wrong drinks after waiting 30 minutes. It was impossible to get the waiter's attention although it was not busy at all. Then they automatically added a tip to the bill without advising us. Check your bill carefully. Don't double tip.

Service is non-existent at this restaurant. When I went there , I was greeted by staffs. But they never cared to take my order. After 20-30 minutes , I left.

A fish burned into charcoal and a salad without dressing. We returned the fish to the kitchen, but the replacement never arrived. The dressing for the salad also never arrived. We ended up squeezing a couple of lemons on our salad, and that was dinner. The sunset on the beach was great, and we left soon after.

They basically tried to scam us by adding on the check 10% of the price, claiming then that they included a tip for service. Other than that, we waited over half an hour for a quesadilla and tacos, being almost the only customers left in the restaurant; the food was simply ok, we had better ones for less money (120 pesos here for each). They brought us as sauces an assortment of bottles, from Magi sauce to store bought salsa verde and roja, no need to say that they were pretty tasteless. When they then brought the check, and we told the waiter that the amount was incorrect, he explained that they basically calculated already a 10% tip in, and we had to argue with him to pay the amount we owed them. In total, we paid then 320 pesos for the shrimp tacos (basically only shrimp inside, no veggies), the fish quesadillas (same) and 2 beers.

Went for breakfast food great , slow service. Took family for dinner service even slower each time only 3 other tables in the whole place . We waited 10+min for water 15 for 1 margarita. 30 min pass and we say we want to know how much longer. They bring kids burgers and say it will be another 30 for husbands fish. Only cheeseburgers arrived at this time. My family said to cancel order and we will pay for what we have. All of a sudden you hear here arguing at kitchen window and all waiters lining up to talk. A woman I saw walking around ans sitting most of the time came over with the gloves. She argued family down about how we aren't the only table and it takes a while for fish. That we didnt wait that long. They had food cooking and we couldn't cancel. Only 3 other tables in the place!!!! She refused to cancel and was the rudest person in a restaurant I have ever met. Says she has been in the business for years and knows how long it takes to serve a meal etc. They charged extra for who knows what. I was going to tell everyone about this place because of the morning but after tonight I would never return or give a good review!!! Horrible , there are faster better places.

1. Lack of staff at the restaurant 2. No management presence on the floor 3. Food took 1 hour kids food took 50 mins 4. Either Server did not put in the order or the kitchen messed up. 5. Manager never came to acknowledge the situation until I requested and only to bring excuses and still charge for the whole order 6. During the foods delays, not a server, supervisor or manager made sure we could have something for the kids while the 50mins pizza was being cooked. 7. Gratuity added without my consent. 8. No compensation was offered for the terrible experience. 9. Food was not presented as agreed with the served. 10. Dine in at your own risk, but before, read reviews please.

Other than the beach front location, there is nothing good about this restaurant. All of the food seemed like it was prepared from processed ingredients. We were all excited to have tacos, especially fish given their location. The flour tortillas (only option) were clearly from a package, much like Ortega brand. Not what one would expect in Mexico. I ordered the shrimp tacos and the shrimp were tiny and seemed like they had been frozen. This restaurant is clearly geared towards tourists, so it's possible this place may appeal to you if you're not interested in having fantastic authentic Mexican food. Our group had just spent several days in Oaxaca and this place was a start contrast to the food there.
