Staff is really sweet and makes sure you have a fun time. Music is good, they don’t play the same 5 songs on repeat and the food has improved a ton. I always have a fun time there and the staff really does their best to take care of you.

One of the best places to go out with a group of friends for drinks and amazing food. Super good aux and fast service. Highly recommend the fry platter and soju cocktails. Must go for a night out in new york. amazing staff. ask for kevin!

I visited Itaewon on Friday night, and it was absolutely the perfect choice. The atmosphere was fantastic, with K-pop music and videos adding to the fun vibe. The staff were super friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. We tried three dishes: the tteokbokki was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, the seasoned fried chicken was even better than what you’d find at famous Korean chains, and the kimchi pancake was perfectly crispy. The dipping sauce it came with was a standout and made it even more flavorful. The vibe was amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch! I’ll definitely be back soon!

While the vibes was nice, the food was mediocre. I would only get their ramyun since you can’t really go wrong with instant noodles. But wow, they used the cheapest quality squid and pork, both were as hard as bricks. Kinda a shame since the sauce was really good. ☠️😅

I love this place! The drinks are great, especially the soju – one of the best I’ve ever had. There’s usually a time limit, which is fine. A great spot to start the evening. The music can be quite random since everyone can add songs to the queue, but that adds to the fun. Try to be only a group with max 6 persons otherwise it could be difficult to get a Table.

Really fun spot! Itaewon Pocha has such great energy — lively, colorful, and feels just like being at a late-night spot in Seoul. The food was delicious, especially the seafood pancake. It did get a little loud and crowded at times, but that’s part of the vibe — definitely more of a hangout spot than a quiet dinner place. The staff were really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a great place to eat, drink, and have a fun night out with friends. I’d totally come back! always a great stop when i visit

Korean drink bar on the second floor. Not super crowded but still a small crowd of bargoers occupying tables. Decent selection of drinks, courteous staff, and festive decor all around. It’s a nice place to check out for a group wanting to grab a few drinks.

I went there with my friends for Sunday dinner to have a good time. The food was okay. Also I like the vibe and decoration. However the waiter doesn’t seem enjoy working with a service mind or we might did something that make he feel upset. So the other waitress took care of us and she was very nice. Our bill was included the tips already (party of 4) fyi And the bottle of water was not cleaned well…

Not the best place to go. Food was mediocre. Drinks were the standard and was typical NY pricey - 16-17 dollars for soju service was slow. Not friendly but it was Christmas Eve. I’d skip here.

Came in on a Tuesday night with my friends. It was a group of 4 including myself. Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We were seated in a corner directly under strong AC even though it was around 30 degrees outside. We politely asked if it could be turned down, they unplugged something but the whole section remained cold the entire time, even with our jackets on. We only ordered soju, beer, and a soda. Once they came around, we asked to move to another table. We were then told to wait, but ended up standing for another 5 mins, only to watch the newly opened table be given to another couple who had just arrived. (It wasn’t a busy night and there were plenty of tables opened). When we were eventually moved to a slightly warmer spot, we had to relocate all our drinks and water ourselves without any assistance. The biggest surprise was the bill: a 20% automatic gratuity was added, supposedly for parties of 5 or more or after 10 PM which neither of which applied to us. Even the receipt wording was confusing, mentioning automatic gratuity for “parties of 0 or more,” which essentially means everyone gets charged. Considering the level of service we received - basic requests weren’t met, and much of the experience felt self serve. This was incredibly frustrating. Overall, this place has really declined since pre COVID times, and we left extremely disappointed.
