Pregame Dyckman

Great place. However I left my book bag by an accident when I called someone told me it was there. I go to get it no one actively look for my bag and now it’s not there.

I had a great time at PG Dyckman with my friends the last week June however, I recently realized I was overcharged on my card about $110. I would really like to know how something like this was able to happen after closing my tab and signing off and tipping a whole different amount. Please help and respond soon management. Ps that night they weren’t serving food as well but I would never spend that much money on just alcohol with no food.

Decent spot to hang out, food was good, drinks were great (they give big cups for $20 of premium), music was really good and the security was nice. My only problem is the ghetto crowd they allow in which makes the place bad, a lot of pushing, bad attitudes, and feeling uncomfortable while in this spot. It feels sometimes like a hoodlum spot depending on the night. Parking is really difficult in this area as well so come early if you plan on coming before 10pm.

So we went here for Brunch on 04/13/2025 and it was horrible from the start. We paid a deposit for the brunch reservation, we were told our slot would be from 4pm-6pm and we arrived at 4pm only for the spot to be closed. I called the promoter and he told me the owner was on his way only to find out the owner wasn't opening the establishment until 5pm. We all wanted to order Steak and Eggs to find out it was only 3 steaks that were defrosted. They didn't have an item that was listed on the menu. We ordered Calamari to find out only a few were defrosted,there was no steak sauce for the steak, the cook didn't follow instructions and cooked some of the steaks wrong. We were only accomodated a round of shots and that was it. We had to keep asking for the refills on the unlimited drinks.

terrible service, the hookah guy was very disrespectful, they kicked us out to move people with a bottle however the tables around us didn’t have bottles. security was very disrespectful when we tried to explain our situation to them

Waiters was very unprofessional walked passed us,after getting their attention and never coming back to our table. Serving everyone else but us. We back to the bar to get another drink and told us that happy hour ened at 7pm which it ened at 9pm. After waiting an whole hour to get a hookah. One of the Waiters came to us and try rush us... i explain to her that i wasnt going nowhere yet cause i literally just got the hookah... Sad to say will never come here again And management need to train their employees about customer service

Honestly the service was terrible. I’ve never been to a spot where I didn’t want to leave a tip but this is the ONE. Service was absolutely terrible me and my friends were the FIRST people in the bar. Bartender didn’t take our order not in fact 4 other groups came in and she took ALL their orders before ours. Not only that but, the food was cold and took forever to come. Which makes absolutely NO sense. Definitely won’t be returning. The only good thing was the DJ !!! But if you want good service do not recommend

The worst service ever. They literally had one bartender for Cinco de Mayo. I tried flagging her down numerous times for 2 drinks. She only paid attention to the men, or the people already sitting down instead of actually looking up pretending she couldn’t see me. I flagged down other employees. No help whatsoever. I was basically ignored. Being a bartender you have to have way more attention to detail than that. As for the other staffs, they only pointed to that one bartender instead of being team players and assisting. I had an entire group coming for bottle service and I just wanted to get my drink on and wait, but we were forge to option in for another lounge because of the terrible service and terrible employee attitudes. Do better especially on holidays.

If you’re a black girl this is not the spot. My friends and I went here and we were not acknowledged. After sitting for a while a man walked in the lady at the bar served him and again just left us sitting. The other girl there was eating at the bar and couldn’t care less if we were served. We got up and left. I will never beg to give any establishment my money who doesn’t want it.

4 of us went on a Tuesday for the 2 dollar happy hour. We ordered two steak tacos and two chicken, but when the server bought it out, it was four steak tacos. We let the server know the correct order and he stated, there's only steak tacos. We then called over the waitress who took our order, let her know we asked for two chicken tacos, she says "y'all didn't order chicken tacos, all I heard was steak, and walked off on us" leaving the steak tacos at the table. I asked another waitress who was the manager and she lets us know that woman was the manager. Her behavior was unacceptable. We finished our drinks and asked for the bill, the total wasn't much, around 22 dollars. But the lord handled it, they ended up accidentally charging my card the amount of 3 shots (6 dollar ticket), which my friend paid for with cash, not the original amount... Be kind, it's free!

Their entire demeanor is extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. It sucks because I like to come here after work for happy hour to enjoy the wings and the music and they take away from the experience and make you uncomfortable.

Went here a few years ago and the experience was HORRIBLE! We had to pay to get in if we didn’t have our ID , fake bartenders , and horrible service all around ! My sister lost her purse and the workers refused to let her come back inside to get her bag ! She had to replace everything she lost !! Beware of this horrible place

It seems like underage kids are allowed in without question, but adults who don't "look the part" specifically, those who aren't white are treated with blatant disrespect. I was asked to leave my table without cause, while others were allowed to stay. The discrimination was clear and unacceptable. No one should be treated like this based on their race or background. I won’t be returning, and I hope the management takes a serious look at how guests are being treated.
