Ordered steak fajita. Great flavor to the meat. Tomato pepper onion all Fresh and not overcooked. Tip..order 1 or 2 extra tortilla and enjoy.

Al pastor nachos are delicious!!! Chimichangas and guac are also great. Im convinced anything you order off the menu will satisfy your appetite. Food is always made fresh. It’s Worth the wait! :)

The Nacho Bowl is official and is more than enough for leftovers. The girl at the front register was very pretty as well. Good food and a pretty hostess. Definitely my new go to spot.

Best mexican food i’ve had in nyc, their carnitas burrito is so damn good, tacos are phenomenal they don’t skimp on the meats, enchiladas are delicious, nachos are great, chimichangas are bomb, horchata is good, huge portions in everything. i’ve never been disappointed in 4 years of ordering from them, definitely recommend supporting this small business :)

I want to gatekeep this place but i feel like they deserve so much recognition. I have been ordering here for the past 2 years. I always order their chicken tinga taco and their nacho bowls (with chicken tinga). They give big portions and the flavor is just so good. Best Mexican joint near my home!

The best Mexican spot in the Bronx. They never let me down, whether I order delivery or go to pick up my food. The staff is friendly and I believe I once met the owner who was also extremely friendly! My favorite menu items are the tacos, burritos, nachos, and burrito bowls. All of the food is delicious with a homestyle feel!

The chicken and stake tacos taste soo good and the AL Pastor ( spicey pork and pineapple) Nachos taste delicious. Delivery time was pretty good. Had to take pictures before I finished eating couldn't finish the nachos but will be devoured later. Yum

Ordered from this restaurant twice just to make sure the first time I wasn't just hungry...A lot of things are good when you are extremely hungry. Guacamole is very filling and the chimichangas are more than enough to share if needed. Food is always hot and ready to eat. Tacos are delicious as well, I hope they continue this kind of service.

Update 7/22/18: I lower the rating although food is good and service the hygiene needs a lot of work, they serve and cook, touch the food with the same hands over and over, lady takes order and receives money with the same hands she touch the raw vegetables or food.

I ordered nachos w everything. I was extremely Disappointed with seeing they used American cheese instead of traditional Mexican cheese. Also the steak wasn't the greatest. I won't be purchasing food there again because food wasn't the best and customer service was distasteful.

Hi I recently ordered food from this restaurant, first of all the food is excellent very recommended, but the lady's attitude is so rude. She obviously doesn't care about the restaurant since it's not hers. The owner of the restaurant should do something about this, I honestly feel bad for the owner because he is losing clients because of the lady's attitude.

Terrible customer service. One of the items I ordered never came. Reached out to them and they kept saying it's coming but it never showed up. Had to contact Seamless for a refund. The food that was delivered was even worse than the customer service. Do not order anything from here. Save yourself the headache and look for alternatives nearby.

They are the rudest ppl. Just called to order and the guy called me stupid and made me feel so uncomfortable that I cancelled my order because of fear that he might do something to it. Can't believe a small restaurant with a C rating from the health inspectors would treat the little customers they actually have like that. Save your self the mistreatment and just order from estrellita poblana their food is more expensive but they actually treat ppl with respect.

Do not order Panchos thru uber. They use there own delivery people and are instructed not to come upstairs. Very inconvenient especially when u have newborn baby. Hugely disappointing.

The food is great .. what i don’t appreciate and like is that they run out of the American cheese that gets used for the nachos and don’t communicate that with you when you’re ordering. I understand things run out but at least communicate that part with the customers because i don’t even eat cheddar cheese . The cheddar cheese is hard by the time it gets to me cause when it dries up it doesn’t taste as good as it’s supposed to . I’m so disappointed at the fact that instead of the lady trying to accommodate me or even apologize to me she kept arguing back , telling me that I’m the only one that complained about it. That’s not professional and that’s not right !

This was a replacement order. The first one was undercooked so they sent another and I gave gave back the first. And Just look at how pink this chicken is! It was so bad that I literally left my house to go all the way there and personally take it back to the restaurant to show them. Anyone can mess up once but twice in a row and knowing that I literally just complained about it? You gotta do better than this.

Ordered chicken quesadilla and a guac as takeout. The guac was great the chicken was pink and undercooked. I called them they said they would re make it and deliver it. I tried the second chicken quesdilla, the chicken inside was pink again. Guys come on, Check the inside don't assume it's cooked from the look of the outside.!!!!

Food is really good but lately they have very bad customer service when you call to ask for delivery. The lady who usually takes the orders is being working there for while and before she was very attentive but now she is being rude even when you are spending almost 40 dollars. I guess because the restaurant is not hers she does not care whether they loose clients because of her attitude or maybe people just forget that customers make a business like this one to be successful or not. Sometimes it is not only about the food, you want to be treated with respect and receive a good customer service.
