Great Thai food stick to the authentic dishes over the fusion choices
Good beer and good food, cute and discreet for a busy street establishment
Great services and good to help to clear out stupid paxs if they are stupid I love them so much-loved them
Great coffee great service. Nice place to eat with a nice back yard
Such a yummy menu and outstanding hospitality of the staff!
Nice people. Best Pad Thai in NYC.

Love the food, Deserts, cocktails. Simply delicious food.
Sweet people, good menu, very versatile space for coffee, food, or drinks. Beautiful patio!
Delicious, consistent quality food! Order delivery from their website directly.
Everything is extremely delicious! Make sure to support local and order directly from their Website!
Fantastic food in a great place. Already looking forward to going back for more.

Great food great service. We r gonna do it again
Matcha brownie is the best! And also banana Nutella bread is a must :)
Just ate here and I’m so happy I found this place close to my house! The food is SO good! We had the duck and the ravioli, it was delicious. Nice place to hangout and have good food in Bedstuy!
I've been here a few times - excellent food, delicious drinks and great staff! The place is nice and cozy too. Definitely recommend it.
Food is very good as is the ambiance. The workers are very friendly. I will recommend to dine in as this type of food does not do well reheated.
The waitress is very friendly and the food is great. Really glad to have found somewhere with quiet outdoor dining that isn’t on the street.
Great food. I enjoyed my time eating their. The staff are very nice and professional
Amazing and affordable thai Italian fusion. Their thai iced coffee, thai iced tea cake, and green curry spaghetti with fried eggplant are all INCREDIBLE!!!
Intimate space for Thai food. After 4pm, computers are not allowed as the dinner crowd trickles in. I got the pineapple fried rice and it was 💯.
Some of the most unique and delicious food I've had in years but way way too expensive for such little portions.
My favourite local place. In the morning good breakfast and good coffee. For dinner great thai food. What is not to like?
One of the best Thai food, and amazing home made hot sauce!
the best thai. the spring rolls were the best i have ever had. the portion is small though. the curry was fresh and tasty. the fried rice was good and spicy. the portion was generous. this is one of the best thai meals i have ever had. the delivery was quick and the food still hot and very fresh. i really don't understand the other reviews?
I had the pleasure of hosting a party here. Poupee was an absolute joy to work with! They made my birthday very special! The food was great and the service was great!
They're greeeeaaaat... I enjoyed the food and the environment. My son had a blast... look out for "David eats eats world" coming to YouTube near you... the plants are faux but it still looks good.
Lovely garden. Makes the place really special. You can bring your own food then order cocktails and drinks to enjoy in their garden. Friendly staff. Good music.
Dinner here is a treat! Sriracha chicken wings, green curry, and fried rice are all so delicious and well-made! The backyard space is an absolute gem. So glad they're right around the corner!
Best Thai food around! The servers were so nice and the backyard was a delightful experience. I will be making this restaurant a regular dining spot.
I was part of a small group that held an early afternoon meeting at A Gusto. The staff was extremely attentive, the food was fresh and tasty (wings, curry puffs, rice and pad Thai), and the atmosphere was chill. The Thai iced tea was a favorite amongst my party. I highly recommend!
I was introduced to this restaurant when attending a birthday party for my friend. The food was delicious (chicken thai fried rice 10/10), the backyard seating area was beautiful, and the owners were welcoming and friendly.
This place is super cute, and is amazing as both a coffee spot and for meals! There is a well-done backyard area with grass, and a huge tree for shade and a well laid out space. We got an almond milk matcha latte, which was strong and earthy but it tasted great after adding some sugar. The satay chicken appetizer and the "special roll" were an especially good surprise. The rice roll has crispy braided rice paper around the outside so it looks delightful and it tastes great. For entrées the green curry with tofu and the coconut soup were also super good pics.
This Thai restaurant is super cute, trendy and really nice inside. It could get packed so they do have an outdoor seating, but be careful when it rains, there are no umbrellas or tent to stay under. The food was great, they have vegan options for appetizer, entrees, soup and dessert! And the drinks are delicious, I highly recommend the sake lychee tinie!
Good fresh food, friendly service and refreshing option in the neighborhood.
They make good food they have good service they do delivery all over the place the prices medium .
Great hot chocolate and coffees, good atmosphere, not too expensive.
Beautiful, quaint dining venue in Brooklyn. Easy access to main shopping centers.
Awesome space, good food & great vibes! Visited multiple times, & had only positive experiences at A.Gusto Cafe. •Really excellent Thai food,...great coffee! •Free Wi-Fi & excellent backyard
It's a cool spot to have some drinks, well priced too. Only had a few apps and they were good. Loved their gyoza. The service is attentive but nothing that'll blow you away. The only thing that drove me crazy about this place was how loud the music was. Especially where I was sitting. I could barely hear myself think.
This is an excellent Thai bistro with amazing food and a lovely backyard. Please note there is a pet bunny that has free roam of the backyard that was not advertised beforehand. Although the bunny is adorable and friendly, we brought our dog thinking there would only be other dogs. Please be aware of the bunny in case you have a dog or allergies while dining.
That day I was just trying to have a meeting for work and this evening was the perfect place to run into before closing . To our surprise we was able to see a rabbit because we decided to go to the backyard which is decorated beautifully . I went here i the past and the services and food never disappointed me . Perhaps one day this place can bring you some joy or surprise too .
Portion sizes were small in relatuon to prices. Yummy though!
Food very tasty, however a bit pricey
Good mimosas. Good fried tofu. Okay curry. Okay coconut soup. Okay service.
The building is so cozy and the back yard is beautiful! Staff is friendly and helpful but I feel like there's barely any espresso in the drinks.
A little overpriced, but food is tasty. Also, they l like to put massage onions in their dishes as filler, so it can appear as though they are giving you plenty of food
This place is interesting. It seems to be largely a coffee shop and I came here for lunch. I think it would be incredible in the summer to come here for a glass of wine and sit outdoors, they have a lovely space and it looks like they do it up well. I will say that the prices are slightly higher for the food, given the average price for thai food, and while its not your typical street thai, its not all that upscale either to warrant the pricing. We tried the pad thai with king shrimp (its the only one that uses traditional thai noodles, the drunken noodles is made with the same skinny noodles which didnt seem authentic) and we had the pineapple fried rice- tasty, but a little overdone and a lot of turmeric. The pad thai was really good though, right mix of flavors, comes together well, really well prepared. I also came here for breakfast another time and I will say that while they try to keep the flavors as authentic as possible the amount that you get for the price you pay is not adequate. Which I find very unusual for a Thai restaurant. I would say that for a better Thai experience I would go to other restaurants I would come here maybe for drinks and apps in the evening or do I enjoy the outdoors space that they have during the summer. I will say that the pastries and the tea and coffee are good and I would be another good reason to come here – think of this one is a café than a restaurant really. I do recommend the desserts and the coffee/ tea here and perhaps the wine - will try and come back and do the wine on a summer evening. Overall, cute place, but maybe still trying to figure itself out. definitely check out the bathrooms! Great job on the interior of the restaurant as well it’s super cute!
the place is cute but the service is a little off. I popped in this past Sunday for a quick bite and drink before my hair appointment and the owner decided to add a $30 tip onto my bill. I even wrote in the new total amount including the tip on my ticket. Why I was charged an extra $30 for her pocket I have no idea. Pay cash
Our experience is a bit unusual but I don't recommend you this place if you like basic human interaction. Let's talk about the odds here: This is the second time I go there and see that it's closed between 4pm-5pm, yet it seems open on the maps search. We waited outside with my kid about 20 min, they saw us waiting, it was 4:55pm and they did not care, did not open the door to invite us in. they waited exactly 5:01pm, while we were at the door waiting they prefered organizing some bottles instead. When the time came they just unlocked the door and step back, instead of pulling it wide open for us, it was very impolite. Since my son was really hungry, although I felt the temptation to leave upon their attitude, we sat there and gave an order. They did not wipe clean the table it was full of dust in the garden. We ordered 3 dishes: Thai rice was nice Clear soup was ok The seafood tempura was horrible but the sauce was ok. But they were fast, our dishes are served within 7 min. Considering overall experience, I would never ever go there again.
This place has a great a ambiance. Cozy seating area inside with a lovely accent wall as you walk in. The host was not friendly, she was direct and prompt with seating then told us to scan the menu. After ordering, the food came quickly and was good. We had Edame , nasty noodles with shrimp, fried rice, iced tea and hibiscus latte. Shortly after we began eating the server mentioned that they would be closing in 10 minutes which would have been 5pm while also walking away from the table. With that being said these people aren’t big on customer service, if you’re looking for a friendly vibe ; this ain’t your spot. Lastly, the bathroom was clean with lovely decor and real plants.
I ordered from A gusto thai last night and the food was horrible. Green curry had a whole bunch of water with no flavor. The basil thai fried rice was flavorless.
I usually enjoy this spot but today I ordered clear soup & salad due to not feeling well. My soup had a piece of mold on a vegetable. The Au Salad with peanut sauce was divine but the soup was a waste of money.
Food quality was good, my only complaint is the baby size portion of noodles I got with my to go order for $15 we ordered the spaghetti gusto, first thing I noticed was the size of the onions and peppers they filled most of the container which didn’t leave room for anything else, we barely had 2 oz of pasta. This dish should be an appetizer not an entree, definitely not an entree portion
I ordered the Basil Fried Rice lunch special to go and the rice wasn’t fried (it was plain rice) and containers were half empty. Food came quick and the woman was nice but 🙁 wouldn’t order again. Just sloppy all around
Charged us for an item we didn't order, which we only noticed after we picked up and got home. Also they had run out of tofu for the day so we got veggies instead for our noodles and curry. Some of the veggies didn't taste cooked and the green curry was really sweet. :(
Fantastic! I've been wanting to eat here and now I found another healthier way to eat great food with a great price. The meals were crisp and yummy. Will easily recommend this place to others. Reasonable rates and large meals.
There is no need to actively go out of your way to endanger black lives when your presence in this neighborhood already does that.
This place is waste of time , they don’t put wi fi in the backyard on purpose no work ethic workers eating food while serving NO LAP TOP don’t waste time
DONT COME HERE THE ONLY THING NICE ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE BACKYARD THE MENU COULD USE SOME TLC
The worst food... pad thai was burnt ... eewwwww disgusting. There are better Thai restaurants
Racist establishment that seeks to violently gentrify the neighborhood. Multiple reports by locals of awful treatment by the owners.
The space was really nice, but the food was just so very bad. The drunken noodles consisted of top ramen/angel hair pasta and refried rubbery fish a la crown fried chicken. The fried calamari was basically fried rubber bands. The srirachi wings consisted of 4 Buffalo wings smothered in srirachi sauce. The fried shrimp in the pad thai was inexplicably fried with the skin on. They need to put a lot more effort into the food.
I so wanted to support this local cafe, but I'm dissapointed with how rude and unproffessional was the waitress. She treats customers with disrespect. Although it was a convenient lunch place for me, I'll not be going there anymore, neither will my collegues from work who had similar experience. Very dissapointing.
I ordered delivery getting the $13 Pad Kee Mao/drunken noodles. It was basically a small portion of spaghetti noodles with tasteless rubbery fried fish. It was the worst meal I have eaten in a long time.
Please ....please ...please do Not go to this restaurant, the Asian business owner has no regards for Black lives. August 18, 2016 she called the COPS on me because I was eating outside food in her cafe's backyard. Mind you I had brought a latte from her earlier, but she vehemently scolded me for eating outside food in the backyard. Afterwards she locked me in her backyard and said "you all act alike" (cough ...cough black folks). I told her I was not going to leave, but afterwards she called the COPS on me and they charged into the backyard to arrest me. During the moment the COPS charged into the backyard I had a scissor and pencil in my hand since I was doing some craft project there. The COPS told me to put away my "weapons" as they tightly held onto to their belt. Y'all I feared for my life then ......because COPS are so trigger happy and any movement with my pencil or scissor could have costed me my life ........DO Not ...DO not go there .....The Owner has no regards for Black Lives ....please
Absolutely terrible service. Owner made terrible racist remarks and threatened to kick me out. If you're really part of the BedStuy community, please do not support this establishment. One of the most disrespectful moments of my life.
Worst Place to get Thai food. I usually don’t leave any reviews, I won’t recommend this place at all. It taste very bland and the presentation is poor.
Bad experience. Ordered some food to go. I had something with Shrimp and Chicken, it was way to greasy. Was sick with bubbly stomach the next day
The Host customer service sucks! I would of liked to sit but she rushes you to order like you’re a bother.
I ordered calamari Thai fried rice with added shrimp and the shrimp tasted like it was left out over night and re cooked. The calamari was ok. I then called the restaurant who told me that they checked the other shrimp and they are fine. I am not pleased with the service I received and will never order from this restaurant again.
I really wanted to like this place, having ordered from them a handful of times before, but my most recent experience has left me with a literal and metaphorical bad taste in my mouth. I ordered a green curry, gyoza, and "spicy" tom yum soup, and while the curry and gyoza were perfectly fine, the soup tasted like it had gone bad. Like, really bad — I've had tom yum soup a million times before, and had never tasted anything like the bland, salty, quite frankly, urine-y soup that they delivered. When I phoned the restaurant to request a refund or replacement dish, no one was able to help me, and simply said that a manager would return my call the next day...which did happen, but only to tell me that there was nothing they could do since their policy requires me to RETURN the soup to the restaurant for them to verify if there's something wrong with it. (Which is honestly more work than anyone wants, but I'd have been happy to do.) However, since the person I spoke to night-of seemingly had no idea of the policy, I threw it out without a second thought, leaving me without any "proof" to show them. Order here if you don't mind hit-or-miss food made by people who literally don't care at all about their customers.
DISGUSTING! I ordered the jumbo shrimp pad Thai and it was rubbery, bland and tasteless. There were a bunch of little burnt chips throughout the whole plate and the eggs were burnt as well. The whole thing tasted burnt. It was just a hot mess all over. I don't understand how they can get away with charging people money to eat this crap. Gross. Just gross. Trust me, don't waste your money or taste buds.
I ordered this last night off UberEats and seriously What the FUK did I just eat? I had the chicken satay which was NOT chicken at all what was that? It was the nastiest shit I ever tasted in LIFE! Pink brown and purple colored on the inside...flubbery, just thinking about it makes me angry. I also ordered salmon with vegetables. The salmon was just as bad as the mystery meat chicken. It was basically raw I didn’t ask for sushi and it looked terrible taste terrible. The basil fried rice I ordered wasn’t as bad as everything else but this place will never get my money again. I really can’t believe how nasty that shyt was. How are they in business at all? Disgusting. Zero star is too much.
Racist owner that has threatened black customers and refused to even serve my friend and I lattes. Don't understand how gentrifiers can come into a community and be disrespectful to people who have been living here for years. All customers should be treated with respect.
I ordered red Thai curry with vegetables and it was a watery liquid that didn’t taste at all like Thai curry. There was no coconut milk. It was horrible. Do not eat here
Terrible food and terrible service. The incompetent server told us she couldn't get us a larger plate because they were in the kitchen.... what??? Guess she was too lazy to venture 8 feet away to accommodate patrons. They served 2 small spring rolls cut in half at $9 and the crab fried rice at $20 had almost zero crab in it. The shrimp in the noodles ($23) was rotten and the beef was stale. They should be shut down.
I have never been disappointed by Thai food before. Unfortunately, both the pad thai and the Tom yum soup I got here were awful - the soup had two pieces of mushroom and two shrimp, and the rest of gray broth. The pad Thai - overcooked sparsely found chicken pieces and noodles clumped together and barely warm, with very little sauce that didn’t penetrate the clump of noodles. See for yourself in these pictures. I feel sad that the quality of the food here is so low.
Ordered from Postmates and I’ve Never been so disappointed with Thai food. Pad Thai was absurdly spicy, especially for a dish that traditionally has very little spice, plus the chicken was undercooked. I ordered gyoza and received flat, soggy, fried things that were basically inedible. The fried rice had tons of massive chunks of onion, almost added up to more than half of an entire onion. Never ordering from here again.
Zero stars. Not only were the two women unpleasant and rude, the place was empty on a Friday at dinner time. Now I know why. Flavorless, cold food. The papaya salad was gross. Nothing was spiced. Bad service, bad food. Wasted my hard earned money. If you try this place, bring your own napkins and seasonings.
The absolute worst Thai food I ever had. I ordered massaman curry with tofu and the rice was burnt , the tofu was not in small pieces; it was in huge large slabs, and the potatoes had the skin on and they were all different colors. This place is garbage! I wish I took pictures of the spring rolls because they were disgusting as well
i ordered delivery from this restaurant and spent $110 dollars. The food does not taste good. Do not waste your money. The best thing they have to eat are the shrimp rolls. Actually do not even count the 1 star for the review consider it a zero. I am a cook and I'm totally disappointed by the food. It seemed like it was a rush job. They need to get better cooks. I had to throw some of the food away. The Satay Chicken steak was horrible. The chicken was rock hard that you couldn't even chew it. The cherry tomatoes tasted like they were about to spoil. Garbage.
