This place is across from my dentist. So I can appreciate the extra soft plain rolls. Also, the soft white and whole wheat bread slices and friendly customer service.

Perfect bagels. we got a few different flavors and each one hit. The texture is exactly what a bagel should be. The tofu scallion cream cheese was yummy too

Friendly staff . Makes you feel welcome in their store . I always get the everything bagel 🥯 with cream cheese and it’s always been great so I can’t speak to other more complex orders! I went to Bagel Pub one time ( they are both in equal distance from my apartment! ) and staff was rude and unfriendly so I never went back there .

They have so many types of bagels to choose from. Even whole wheat poppy seed. They have cream cheese flavor that I didn't even know it exist. Must go if you are looking for bagels.

The Bagels are great, but trust me...their banana walnut pancakes are absolute perfection. First got them in 2013 and when I came back to Brooklyn in 2016 I had to order them again!

For such a ritzy neighborhood you can actually get a great deal on bagels and coffee at this place other places in the area were double the price and not as tasty would definitely recommend this location to grab your breakfast needs not sure about lunch have not tried it yet

My favorite cateres in the entire city. I spent weeks trying to find a suitable place for food for my event and Bagel House definitely delivered. They were on time and constantly in communication. The food was not only delicious but also Impressive and at a completely reasonable cost. The bagels were fresh and flavorful but more importantly the sandwich were full, moist, and packed with fresh ingredients. I like serving food that is well prepared as it reflects on me as a host when I am throwing events and everything came absolutely perfect. My company will be using them exclusively into the future

My order of a toasted cinnamon bagel with tofu scallion cream cheese was delicious. The other bagel flavors were also tasty. The staff were warm and friendly. I’ll be stopping by again and again for freshly made bagels and tofu cream cheese

Stopped in while I was in Brooklyn I personally really enjoyed it. The place was nice shop with lots of options for bagels. The sesame cream cheese bagel and plain butter bagel were great. Toasted exactly how I asked and very quick. The food guy and cashier we're both really nice. The bagels were fat and fluffy yet still tasted crisp. The flavor was really nice. Coffee was good regular coffee nothing crazy. I would eat them again. The employees were very nice, bagels were full even on Sunday afternoon.

Oh my goodness, maybe hard to believe, but I've struggled to find a fantastic bagel lox in Park Slope. But no longer! Bagel House made me the most delicious and perfect bagel lox with all the right fixins. It's called the Lox Spectacular and that's exactly what it is. The service was wonderful as well. It's true, people remember how you made them feel. Bagel House made me feel like coming back. The atmosphere is nice for a quiet time to yourself or hanging out with some friends. The rest of the menu looked amazing, with a slew of smoothies, griddle platters, and many different types of omelettes, sandwiches and bagels. Way to go Bagel House!

Food was on point Bagel wasn’t over toasted( burnt) just perfect. Their selection of cream cheese and bagels was good .clean tables clean floor and clean bathroom( very important) Not overly priced but $5 for a good bagel is ok in my book . Would recommend and eat again Seating was ok

Perfect place! Delicious bagels. Today, Wednesday March 5th 2024, my wife bought us two bagels with egg for breakfast and they were delicious! Then at the end of the day around 5 pm I also bought myself one bagel, one part with Nuttela chocolate spread and the other part with peanut butter. And it was very tasty and amazing! The sales guy at the checkout was very nice and friendly! This sales guy was very positive and fantastically friendly. This first photo is of him and me, I took a photo of the two of us together. And the most interesting thing is that when I asked him about the discount, he also gave me a discount on my order! :)

Usually I go there for breakfast, as they make fresh bagels in the store. However, I got my lunch from them today, and it bangs ! It is really good because they grill the burger, which makes tasty and juicy.

I found their bagel pretty good and there are many choices of cream cheese.

Pretty solid bagel shop. Yes, their bagel dough could have a bit better flavor, and yes, their cream cheese does tend to look a bit weathered a few hours after they open, and yes, their tomato slices are skimpy and often have cores, but they're a friendly bunch and it's a spot we revisit often.

Not the most superb bagels in the neighborhood, but they're solid, their chicken and tuna salad are both great, and everyone that works there is so friendly! You could do much worse in choosing a spot to grab a bagel or a sandwich.

I guess it's a newer business in the area. I went for breakfast. Didn't try the bagels. I had an egg sandwich instead. It was good. As with most businesses they take your temp and some of your personal info. Prices weren't bad. They did however have indoor dining. So if you're looking for that I think that more places are allowing it. Would recommend 👌.

Bagels here are pretty good. Coffee is always fresh and the staff is always pleasant for the most part. I'd complain about prices but I guess it has to do with the neighborhood. They have pastries that are baked on site and taste ok.

decent bagels. ordered a bacon egg and cheese and it never got made. ordered it again and it came with fake bacon. should at least tell me when I'm ordering that you don't serve real bacon so I can order something else.

Unlike literally every other business with serve yourself coffee, they charge full price for a second cup. They then called me out in front of the whole store to tell me this. His excuse was the quality of the coffee, which in both cups was pretty weak (necessitating the second cup).

Dont go here they have the worst customer service ever...make your way to Bagel World on 5th ave and 3rd street they are wayyy better

Terrible service. Placed an order through seamless and received notification it was received and was being made at 12:48pm and to expect the delivery by 1:20pm - 1:30pm the latest. Food never arrived during that time. I work in hospitality so I understand sometimes things can get backed up - totally get that. Called at 1:45pm and spoke with a very rude staff member. Was told delivery guy was already out and would be there in 5 mins. Another 20mins later and still no food - mind you I live in the neighborhood and is roughly 10 blocks away. Called restaurant and they kept sending me to their voicemail to avoid talking to me. Canceled order and received a full refund. Stay away from this place…there are far better and more reliable places in the neighborhood.

Used to love this BF, but lately the service had gone downhill. Last time I was in there, after we ordered we waited and waited, only to have them realize that they didn't start our order. Today, we went in, were asked what we wanted to order, I took a moment to check in w/my kid. Then they just ignored us. Done with this location.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I live in the neighborhood and stop by sometimes. Today the bagel I got was wrapped in paper that had a whole chunk of hair in it. Like, so much hair that it really looked intentionally put there. Absolutely disgusting, I've never had an experience like this. I will be contacting the Department of Health. Do not go here!!!

I was here yesterday with my daughter to get a coffee and I find a hair on the half and half milk and I told one of the guys and he said THAT NOT MY HAIR THAT A LADY'S HAIR AND THEY ALL STARTED TO LAUGH.. Unprofessional workers. I will never come here again..... I would notify the health department about this situation

They made my order incorrectly and when I called told me that somehow seamless had made my food wrong and there was nothing they could do. When i asked to speak with a manager i was told he was gone and wouldn't be back for "hours".

Never coming back to this place . I had ordered pickup an hour ago before i went there. And when i went the food wasn't even ready . The owner keeps showing attitude . Absolutely the worst service ever .

Not a good bagel shop at all. They do not know how to make coffees at all. Asked for a iced coffee light and sweet and it was very dark, the only milk they had was almond milk, and there was literally ONE ice cube in the cup; and the coffee taste bad itself. To make matters worse they didn't even cut my sandwich in half... The ONLY good thing about this bagel shop is that their prices are fairly low compared to other Park Slope bagel shops, but now I know EXACTLY why that is. Low quality and low standards.
