My family and I just had a wonderful experience at De Mole. The server, Alex, was phenomenal.. very kind and accommodating. My passionfruit and blood orange margaritas were delicious and my shrimp quesadilla was yummy.. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend.

Today was a hard day. As we were enjoying brunch, we received negative news. The team was super accommodating and just overall amazing. Not to mention the food was already fantastic. As soon as we walked in, we felt so welcomed the manager was really nice! Our server was super cool and had such a unique style, we loved her vibe. The drinks were delicious, made with fresh ingredients and definitely strong (which I like!). The food was on point, the steak was delicious. The mole could’ve used a bit more salt, but overall everything hit the spot. Definitely coming back, the service was amazing!

We tried the ceviche, chilaquiles, breakfast burrito, and churros for dessert — and everything hit the spot! The churros were amazing - fresh, warm, and clearly just made. A perfect sweet ending. The ceviche leaned slightly on the sweet side, but was super refreshing, perfectly spicy, and generously loaded. So good — wow! The chilaquiles were rich and flavorful, with generous toppings and a solid portion. The breakfast burrito had a bit more sour cream than I’d prefer, but it was still really tasty and filling. The place itself is cute and cozy, and the highlight was definitely the service. Our server was incredibly attentive, explained everything clearly, and made us feel totally at home. Would definitely come back

Went for brunch this past weekend and am blown away by this place. We were sat and waited on by who I am assuming is the owner. He was so sweet and clearly passionate about the restaurant. We went for the bottomless brunch which was better than I could have ever imagined. First course was elote (street corn) and ceviche (pictured), then chicken taquitos, fried fish and chicken tacos(pictured), then chicken tostada and Caesar salad, then eggs Benedict with corn bread, then steak tacos, and bread pudding for dessert (pictured). To say we were stuffed was an understatement. If you’re thinking about trying De Mole please go! I can’t wait to go back.

Had such a great dinner experience here. The food was delicious and super flavorful but what really made the night though was Jesus, our server!! He was so friendly, attentive without hovering, and made us feel really taken care of the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests having a good experience and we are definitely coming back.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. They specialize in Mexican wines. The Cabernet Sauvignon was fantastic. A rosy, smoky barrel flavor. Epic. We ordered some antojillos. The tortillas are housemade and delicious 😋. The flautas was phenomenal. I could eat 10. Paired with the vino 10 star. The molcajete blendec perfect together. Fresh avacado and crispy chicharon pork belly. Mar y tierra Beyond memorable. The shrimp and soft steak with truffle oil was like butter. The chicken mole was comforting. The conchinits pibil was huge and devine. Nice pickled onion and mild sour sauce. Good quality meats. Good rice and beans. The tres Leche was like heaven. The chips and dips phenomenal. Light but intelligent flavors. Thank you Ruth and Jesus. Top notch service in a magical restaurant.

This was probably one of the best brunch spots I have ever been to! I went with a group of friends and we did the bottomless brunch. The staff was extremely attentive, respectful and kind! Truly an amazing dynamic between aml the workers, we had so much fun and not to mention the food was absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend the bottomless brunch! A love letter to De Mole We cannot overstate how much we recommend De Mole. A few months ago, we visited the restaurant for dinner and were blown away by the exceptional quality of the food, drinks, ambiance, and—most importantly—the warmth and professionalism of the chefs, manager, and staff. It felt like we were enjoying an amazing dinner with lifelong friends. That experience left such a lasting impression on us that, when it came time to plan a 40-person engagement party, we knew exactly where to go: De Mole. Over the course of a month, we worked closely with Chef Ruth and Alex to design the perfect celebration, from the menu to the drinks to the overall atmosphere. De Mole is not like a typical event venue where you’re given a set menu with a “take it or leave it” attitude. From the very beginning, De Mole made the entire experience about us. We collaborated on every detail, relying on their team’s wealth of experience to create an unforgettable evening. During the event, the staff greeted each of our guests with genuine warmth, offering them a drink of their choice as soon as they arrived. As the meal began, the team made it a point to check in with each guest, ensuring everyone had exactly what they needed—whether it was more food, a different drink, or adjustments for specific preferences. There was never a moment where asking for more felt like a burden, and the quality of the food and service seemed to keep getting better as the evening went on. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the party, with many asking where we had found such an incredible venue and how we discovered De Mole. We couldn’t be happier to have celebrated our engagement here and are confident that many of our guests will now become lifelong customers. This is the absolute best brunch or bottomless brunch spot you can bring friends to for a guaranteed good time. Every time I go the place has such a fun and welcoming ambiance. The staff is so attentive and kind and want you to have a great time! They are also playing non-stop bangers and all Latino / Regaton and bad bunny vibes ;) the food is also great!! The ceviche is so fresh, you must try the mole and genuinely you will not leave hungry!! I keep coming back to this place and will continue to do so!!

(Last visited July 3rd, 2023.) Hanging out in NYC for the Independence Day weekend and we're turning up! We discovered that De Mole in Brooklyn was doing their bottomless food + drinks brunch on Monday because it was a holiday so we made reservations and pulled on up! Here's how it went. Atmosphere/Appearance: Out in Williamsburg on the corner of Roebling and Hope Street lies this gem. Naturally, there's no private parking so good luck finding a place on the street or a nearby structure to put your fly ride. The restaurant was very welcoming and felt traditional with lots of tasteful Mexican theming. It was brunch of course so it was certainly a party inside, but it wasn't too loud. You could definitely still talk to one-another. Service: I can't remember who took care of us, but with the speed of which everything was coming out, we were pleasantly satisfied. We had no complaints at all. Food: So their brunch is bottomless everything. It includes both food AND drink. There are literally 12 different alcoholic beverages you can choose from and rotate between throughout your 2-hour time limit. I stuck to mimosas and margaritas. I was delightfully turnt. Lol. There are 20 different tapas to choose from as a part of your brunch and there's something for everybody! We had shrimp ceviche, strawberry dulce cake, multiple kinds of tacos, Spanish corn, just so much. Everything was good, but nothing was outstanding. I didn't expect that, but for it to be bottomless, the food came out hot, fresh and tasty. Period. I loved this concept. Value: If you want bottomless food it'll be $59.00 for 2-hours of fresh plates. If you want to add drinks then it'll be an extra $10.00 more. $69.00 for all you can eat and drink is a little steep, but it was totally worth it! In conclusion, I had a blast here at De Mole for their bottomless brunch and highly recommend it to anyone looking for sample a lot of different flavors. I love not being tied to choosing one entree and one drink option to have repeatedly. Tapas and tasting menus are my favorite ways of dining so I'm glad to checked this place out!

The server offer a course of 4 meals for only $65. We start ordering one course and server says no you missed understood me is 4 each for only $65. So we go ahead and order 8. When we get our course we only get two at a time. The time between the courses took for ever. At the end of check out we were charge $160 for 8different small portions of food that was not even the size of an appetizer. The plates were literally one bite it was horrible. We were expecting at least portion the size of an appetizer. The food was good, but not worth the price. The service was okay. The waiting time was long between courses and also at check out. Definitely look out for extra charges or miss understandings if you go here. I do not recommend the 4 course meal for $65. FYI food portions look like more on pictures than in reality.

The staff were the best part of this restaurant! But do not come hungry. The two hour brunch ended up being nearly four hours because of how long it took for the food to come out. And the food wasn’t even good! We basically had a couple bites every 30 minutes. Two hours in and we were starving. The food lacked flavor and was nothing special, like frozen fast food. Drinks were so weak as well. To charge 70 dollars per person for this brunch is quite honestly ridiculous. The staff were kind and friendly, but I would never recommend the food.
