The folks here are FANTASTIC! I work right around the corner in Industry City, and end popping in here regularly, and I am your average nobody, but so help me, they make me feel like a King, by remembering my order to perfection, without me even having to utter syllables, and always go out of the way to make sure I have a great experience at their location. I want everyone here to know that Thursday- Sunday, the small assortment of time that I ever spend in this Dunkin, is sometimes the best part of my day-- This is an awesome franchise, and the employees are the shining stars!! Thank you guys so much. CORPORATE-- Give these kids a raise!! They deserve it!

I came in this morning at 8:20 to order a medium Iced macchiato and 2 orders of hash browns. The lady at the register was very nice and polite to me. I had my order in my hand and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Great experience !!

I love DD!!!! I've not gone to a DD that I didn't get great service and the food not be delicious. So, can't say much except that this location's staff remember repeat customers, so my uncle was greeted with a laugh and joking around. I liked that.

I visit this location on weekends occasionally. Very clean and they actually listen to ur order and make coffee accordingly. So far they have made coffee to my expectation. I am very picky with my coffee. They also toasted the crossint perfect. Little crisp. Love to start my weekend with the perfect coffee and breakfast. THANK YOU 😊

First and foremost good morning! What a great way to start mine because not only do I run on Dinkin I run my best with greatest Dunkin customer service. Here at 1710 Eastern Pkway has just that. I INSTANTLY got greeted by Kanapathipil with such a genuine friendly smile. He then proceeded to take my order and listened and fulfilled. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant with my cheese melted (delivered), a sweet black pepper snackin bacon, not too toasty (delivered), 10 munchkins, 5 glazed chocolate and 5 glazed blueberry, can’t mess that up and a medium iced caramel macchiato with caramel drizzle on the bottom of the cup then topped with whip cream and a little more caramel drizzle and yet again, HE DELIVERED!!!! Everything wa great. I then wanted jelly for my sandwich, yeah, it’s been a thing I’ve done since high school, it’s actually tasty and I forgot you have to pay for those now until the girl that was making the food and looked at me like umm I can’t do that then turned to Kanapathipil who I then figured was either the manager or shift supervisor and told him and he instantly with a head nod of assurance saying give it to her, no ifs, ands or buts, no sorry it’s an extra charge for that, none of that. She handed the jelly to me. He then came back and asked me if I needed a plastic knife, I would have eventually realized I needed one but I said oh yes, very kind, such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Not to mention that in the hour I’ve been sitting in here enjoying my food and writing this review and sipping my coffee there have been about 10 guest that came in greeting him as regulars, like they look forward to seeing him and him then. Just so pleasant. Ohhhhh, and he gave a dog a doggy cup of whip cream. GO KANAPATHIPIL!!!!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!!! I will be back for sure. I will now become a regular when in the area. Thank you for being so pleasant and for making my coffee PERFECT!!!!!

I like the coffee either hot or cold, but if you want good donuts go to Peter pan donuts in greenpoint Brooklyn they are always fresh and exciting flavors asks their bagels are the best I've had anywhere !!!

This location is spacious & well kept. Good prices on the prepackaged ice cream. Parking lot & some outside seating. Cool, clean location to stop by for a treat.

Got a Big & Toasted and a Pink Velvet macchiato. The young lady that took my order was nice. Seems like she was working by herself so my wait was long. My items were delicious tho.

This is one of the smaller stores so they don't have a large selection, especially later in the day. They have a decent amount of seating and the staff is generally friendly. Be aware that there is a high school next door and when school gets out for the day the place is flooded with teenagers.

I went into the store for a smoothie. The store was spacious with a moderate seating area. It was midday on a Saturday, so the line was short. I was able to place my order quickly and it was prepared in less than 10 minutes. The clerk was pleasant and efficient. My only area for improvement would be that the restroom needs to be better maintained. I enjoyed my Mango smoothie!

Their coffee always good they make it just the way you want it no complains on that, the food order also on point but their customer service can use some training on being pleasant or ateast appeared to be friendly. They all seem very serious and to their self, also they can try to clean up the chairs and tables.

While this location doesn't participate in a lot of the deals that DD Corporate publishes, I can't fault their employees for that. Drinks are usually good, and the staff 4 our of 5 times is very nice. I've been to far worse Dunkin locations. Recommended.

This is one of the better franchise locations. The cashier was very customer-service friendly. Love the interior setup, wifi, and they even have a bathroom yippee! This area of Brooklyn really developing quite nicely.

I have to say this was a great experience. I had an issue with my card in the drive thru and I didn't want to hold up the line so I asked to pay inside. The server obliged and as i was pulling around i noticed i didn't have the other card with me. Lucky for me my husband didn't work too far away so i was able to go grab his card and pay for the order. Even though i felt like i took forever and looked like i was ordering and not paying. The servers were still kind and patient with me. I respect good customer service especially in my situation. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I ordered 2 glazed donuts and they weren't in the bag.

Need to post a sign on the front door that directs customers to the take out window after closing walk in hours, everyone is always visibly confused. Also no bathroom use.

There was a point when I switched from Starbucks to Dunkin , I guess it was easier and better the Dunkin app offers than the Starbucks, besides the coffee quality in Starbucks started going down to meet Dunkin so there was not much difference so I could use to accept Dunkin, but lately it looks like Dunkin decided to do not care about quality and not matter which coffee variety I try is always a "burned " after taste, at least in any of the 3 locations that I use to go. I'm not returning to Starbucks because definitely Dunkin app perks are better, but for $0,50 cents extra any local Coffee shop has better coffee so for now I'll support my local coffee shop.

Clean store, staff seem ok.the thing I didn't like was I said thank you two different times an acknowledgment would have been nice ,they spoke good English and weren't even busy. Dirtiest Dunkin’ toilet ever, with floor buildup that required days to accumulate. With unswept floors, two ladies annoyingly did deep cleaning and baking while I waited for the cashier to complete the complex order of the customer in front of me. There was graffiti on the bathroom’s mirror and door. A large piece of the light-switch faceplate was missing along with the soap dispenser tray, but it’s unsightly installation pads remain prominently adhered to the wall tiles. The remainder of the store which includes a drive-thru looked fairly new and their donuts were tasty and fresh as usual.

The Dunkin' worker who made my coffee put a coffee stained lid on my coffee cup. It appeared that lid had dried up coffee from hours ago. When I brought this to his attention, it seemed he knew he had done that. Because he didn't even look at my cup. He had another lid in hand almost instantly. As if he knew he was trying to get rid of a tainted lid. 🤦🏽‍♂️

I had a terrible experience there. They gave me a recess sundae instead of an oreo sundae and when I gave them back they said they will make me a new one and they just brought me back the same sundae with oreos on top of the recess and I am allergic to peanut butter!!!! and they made me wait like 10 minutes to give me my money back, no apologies NOTHING!

They had 7 workers behind the counter (I counted and I’m not just over exaggerating) and it was still the slowest service I’ve ever had and I literally go to Dunkin every single day during the weekday. It took me 13 mins to get my iced macchiato and another 7 mins from that to get my bacon egg and cheese croissant. 20 mins is absolutely INSANE with SEVEN people working behind a counter! I’ve had faster service from Dunkin’s that only had ONE worker! I spend over $100 a month on Dunkin’, way to much freaking money to be waiting that long on an order! I’m going to have to rethink my choices in giving Dunkin so much of my money

I want to give this location more stars but lately their customer service has been pretty bad. Main reason I go there is their drive-thru as it's convenient since I'm driving on 3rd Ave. They seem to never get my order right and when I ask them to please fix it, I usually get attitude from the ladies at the drive-thru. I figured if I downloaded the DD app and ordered "On the Go" it would be smoother, since all they have to do is read the order received and I just pick it up. But no, they still got my order wrong and when I pull up to pick it up my coffee, it's never ready! 24 hours🤣 first of at a certain time that feels very inconsistent they lock the door. When i complained i was told go to the drive through window and knock. Drive through is 24 hours If your not in a car i feel this is incredibly dangerous but This is one of the few places "open" in this area at the time i get out of work so we deal with it. Last night a coworker wanted to go so i walked with him and even tho the guy took the order he told him they were closed even if we came in a car. WHERE ARE THEY 24 HOURS??? Only the drive thru is open at night. I asked for a cone, and they gave me a cup. They were out of all chocolate ice cream. This is definitely a last resort Baskin Robbins. Only go here if all your other options are exhausted.

I would not have had to write a review usually but I just had a smoothie made with a rather disgusting blender. I now question how everything else is made, and I understand the idea of fast food but I could see it. At least do me the courtesy of hiding the mess. I stopped here with about 20 minutes before I needed to be at work 2 blocks away. A delicious coffee and a toasted bagel sounded amazing, so I ordered. Jt took nearly 10 minutes to get JUST my coffee (it wasn't crowded) and when I asked for the bagel they said they still hadn't toasted it and offered to give it to me cold! . I said no and left with no bagel and no refund. I will NEVER return to this location. I know it's a national chain and my review will not stop anyone from going... but maybe I'll at least prepare you for the piss poor service.

I am shocked that this man working the night shift Muhammad. He wanted me to take my phone so he can take my card. He said I will get a report in the mail. Also throwing racist slurs that we are animals. And there are alot of animals that are in the world. I cannot even begin to describe the way I want to show him how animals carry on. This Dunkin tends to be out of stock for many food items and SUPPLIES! I've had 7 orders altered because of something out of stock within the span of 2 months. The workers here are nice and reasonable, but I still want what I ordered

Usually my order is spot on every morning then out of no where the coffee was brewed different. It was very strong. If I wanted strong coffee I would go to Starbucks. Also I order wake up wrap. Egg and American cheese. Again, without saying anything they put some other cheese that to me looked like and tasted like mozzarella. That's not what I ordered and to just change it without saying anything is not professional. A few workers are good while most are not.

Always get order wrong. Stale donuts. This is the worst DD that I ever had the unfortunate experience to be served by. They serve old donuts and 90% of the time the order is wrong. Moreover, their outside speaker does not work and they refuse to fix it.

I'm just disappointed with Dunkin in general as a company. The Mobile order option is convenient yet the orders are not always correct. For example today I ordered a large cold foam cold brew and received a small with idk what inside. I couldn't even drink it was so sweet. I also ordered an avocado sandwich which was missing the avocado. I'm not mad because people do make mistakes but I'm upset because all Dunkin's have this no refund policy. There have been multiple times I order something and it's out of stock and they will not issue a refund. I just feel it's poor business for such a large company.

I beeped for her to back out and as she began to, i motioned for her to take it as i took a more difficult parking spot.(being gentlemanly) Finally i get to the door of DD and the line is too darn long to enter and one person on the cash register as usual. Customer service is poor. Wifi does not work. I had an experience where I asked for more caramel and she handed me the bottle to do it myself. I found it to be rude but some people won't have an issue with it. They make pretty good coffee. It is fairly clean.

Homeless people always inside soliciting while people are ordering or eating. Can't ever just sit down peacefully without them bothering the customers. Aside from that, the food and customer service is good. They just need to find a way to keep the soliciting away.

Bathroom "Out of order" for more than a month. How long does it take to fix a bathroom? Or they just don't want customer access to it. I'm always forced to go across the street to industry city to use the bathroom. Extremely inconvenient. I have to risk leaving my car in their parking lot just so I can use the bathroom even though I'm a paying customer.

Be wary of the food. My friends and I went to grab quick food and we all had symptoms of food poisoning the next day. Also, there were no bathrooms even though we were customers.

Stay away from the person in the picture. He is extremely rude and unbecoming of this company.

I went to this location this morning. I got there at 855am I ordered my breakfast & didn't get my order until 915am. The person making the sandwiches got into an argument with her on duty manager. He told her to be quiet several times that he didn't want to hear her in front of several customers. The employee explained to him that she needed help and he ignored her. I became upset and asked if I would be compensated for the long wait. I was not compensated and due to their inability to do their job I was late for work. I do not recommend this location and the upper management needs to look into the managers they hire.

Horrible service. I had to tell the workers 3 times over and over to correct my order and they still kept messing up. Until i received my sand which all discombobulated . They don’t listen or don’t understand english and shouldn’t be interacting with customers. There have been several instances (early morning and late) that I have arrived and the front door was locked. I would see cars at the drive thru and would order outside in line behind the cars. By the time I get to the window then the employees open the door. Sometimes its just one person and the door remains locked to keep up with the orders. The lines are always ridiculously long every time I come. The employees take their sweet time to prepare orders and one of the male employees comes to work looking high with his eyes barely open. Please consider hiring new employees and better management because the current staff do not care.

I love Dunkin Donuts - but this place was by far the worst one I've EVER been to 1. I asked for very light and sweet, & the coffee wasn't even close to it. Yesterday night, Wednesday Jan11 2023, at 9.40 i stopped in front of this branch, the doors are locked, and the workers are sitting on chairs, playing on their phones. When I indicated to them whether the shop was closed or not, they jumped towards the kitchen. I turned towards the side window looking for answer, i saw the workers from the side, but when they saw me they hid !! 10 minutes of knocking on the window, with two other customers. A lady and a young man want to buy coffee. After 10 minutes, someone opened a window with extreme coldness and said the store is closed...thats disrespect and very bad experience I told him, why don't you answer me when you saw me ? He didnt say anything I'm close to fifty years old? This is not the way you treat the customers I made a video, and I will not be stop about my right, and I will not be stop until these boys are gone

I went there march 20th for ice cream they did not have cones or icecream that i was looking for . I had to pay for the ice cream before i could ask or confirm anything . I told the server if he can refund he asked the other lady working and said they can . 1 week later the refund has not been processed . The service is slow and they dont care . I ordered a strawberry lemonade drink and there were bugs at the bottom of my cup. Once I showed one of the staff members, they just took the cup and threw it away. They didn’t even give me a refund! Very big facility with lots of chair and tables and employees says there is no restroomnfor customers. Why most Dunkin donuts do not have a restroom for customers but want customer business why don't the city look into this and make it mandatory for all food business regardless of size to have restroom for customers.

I ordered a Box of Joe for $29.99 plus $2.66 tax, totaling $32.65, for my co-workers. Unfortunately, when we opened it, the coffee looked and tasted like watered-down tea. It was so diluted that it was embarrassing to serve. I returned it to the store, and even the employees commented that it looked like water. I was told I could only receive a refund if I came back the next morning, which I explained I was unable to do. The employee, Muhammed, called his manager, Hussain, who then spoke to me and said he would need to “investigate” to make sure I wasn’t scamming them before issuing a refund. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially given the price. Save your time and money and go to Bagel Pub next door instead, similar prices and much better quality.

I asked for a mocha from the night shift guy but he gave me a regular coffee and didn’t gave me any napkins and I went back to change the coffee he was so rude and didn’t fix the coffee or gave me a mocha

I love Dunkin Donuts. Love the chain. But this one gives you the worst customer service of anywhere I have ever been in my 46 years on this planet. Their drive through speaker never works. Never. Now you add in the incompetent staff. The gentleman today that served me should be fired immediately. Bad communications skills, gets the order wrong and charges you for stuff you don’t even order. He got over on me tonight and i will never come back here again. This gentleman and the person who hired him should both be fired immediately and consider non customer service jobs.

This Dunkin tends to be out of product often. Their customer service is poor. You’ll wait at the drive through window in silence. They won’t even greet you and ask to give them a moment. Just 3-5 minutes of silence.

I frequent this DD/BR and half of the time the drinks are decent. The staff is a little slow so I would expect a wait. When ordering ahead, make sure to check your order, they never know to pack the donuts until you ask. We went for the BR 5/31 deal which was 31% off your purchase. Never in my life of ordering ice cream have I been charged for the cup. There was nowhere on the menu where the cup was said to be an extra charge. What am I supposed to do? Bring my own cup next time? Carry it with my hand? Just include the cup in the freaking price, it's like charging for the container when ordering carry out. For a place that advertises 31 flavors, you can expect around 10 if you visit them on a good day.

Horrible customer service! The place just opened up! Not sure but it’s the morning time! And the place is dirty! And the customer service is awful’ .35 seconds no one greeted me! And no one told me where my tea would be’ waited over 10 mins for my tea to just sit there’ no instructions’ horrible’

Terrible place. I ask management to increase the number of staff during the night shift, because customers are forced to wait 30 minutes or more for their orders. This employee works very slowly; it gives the impression that he is sleepy and not interested in his job. As a result, lines form and customers’ time is wasted. Please pay attention to the organization of work during the night shift.

Racial PROFILING!! How about i reported this incident in May and the people just called me this morning in August. Im African American the day i came in i was starving we were hosting my uncle's funeral down the block at a funeral home. They dont allow food this was the nearest food. I deeply regret coming here and how the staff made me feel as a black woman. The man ahead of me middle eastern has a $100 bill and they arent supposed to accept bills bigger than $20. I come with a reward but its a screenshot now they reject me the black girl but take the middle eastern mans $100 that they didnt even verify if real or not. I made a report that same week the email said expect a response that week. Its now AUGUST and i get a random call. Explains the story the man apologizes then when i asked for updates and feedback he like huh why? What u mean why sir u aint hear what i just said i experienced the day i had to bury my dead uncle and i came hungry to your business and how i was treat but how their own race they aint hesitate to kiss the man's butt in front of me. Yeah dont ever go there racist and terrible!!

Went there around 1230am tonight and the man at the register was very polite..however the food that i ordered tasted like dirty electric..they need to keep the toaster cleaned it tasted horrible i threw it right away

This is one of the worst Dunkin locations in the neighborhood when it comes to early breakfast. They had the nerves to burn the hell of of my croissant instead of sending me another one. I guess because it was a delivery they didn't care. So be very cautious when ordering from this location. They don't know the difference with temperatures.

When I walked inside I over heard the guy behind the counter tell the lady he was serving I'm sorry for over charging her 80 cents and she left without getting her money. I'm next in line and my order came to $2.28 and he short me 50 cents. Now if he does this to everyone he can walk away with a nice bit of money at the end of the night.

TERRIBLE! Old donuts, they don’t have all ice cream flavors, PLUS you don’t understand what they’re saying. Bad service and tables are a mess, they don’t clean very well, or don’t clean AT ALL.
