The food was pretty good. The Thai iced tea, the ramen, the dumplings, even the crepe cake. Excellent ramen, but it gets crowded quickly on weekends so be prepared to wait. The service remained excellent, and the cozy atmosphere added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. A reliable spot for those seeking a memorable ramen adventure.

Ramen place with much more than ramen. The omurice was cooked perfectly and we really enjoyed the pork buns. Will have to be back to try the ramen

Loved the ramen very delicious and their mango crepe cake is good as well. They are very affordable too.

This place is amazing, I love everything about it. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is incredibly tasty, and the staff is warm and friendly. My favorite dish is the Tokyo Tonkotsu Shouyu with Shrimp Tempura - it's so good that I've already visited two different locations. This will forever be my preferred spot for Ramen.

The Thai iced tea, the ramen, the dumplings, even the crepe cake. One of our favorite things about this location is that it feels private with the separated booths and curtains. We sat in the booth, it has a call button which was convenient. When we finally received our order, we were not disappointed! Food was amazing and on point!

The best out of the two Kyuramen spots we’ve been to in Ny. Although this one is a little cramped affecting the ambiance, the service was phenomenal the food came out super quick and we were in and out.

I wanted to treat my family to some good ramen and instead of going where we would normally we found Kyuramen in a search. I really liked the atmosphere and it's decor. The private eating booth were very nice. My son and I ordered the Kimchi Ramen and a side of popcorn chicken. My husband ordered the vegetable Miso Ramen and vegetable Spring Rolls on the side. The wait wasn't to long for our food and my son's eyes were glowing when he got his bowl of ramen. We just ate and admired the space we were in. The ramen was soo good and very filling! I had to take a break before I tried to finish my food. Also the Amazing lemonade was amazing! Very refreshing! The cucumber in the drink was very interesting and added a kick to the drink. Will have to try doing this at home. There was no rush from the staff at all.. There's a button in the private booth for you to use when you are ready to with order or pay your bill. Nice touch and efficient. I will definitely come back.. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Absolutely wonderful chicken ramen! Great flavor & quality ingredients really shine through here. The service and overall atmosphere is also lovely. I’ll totally be back again for another bowl.

excellent ramen indulgence, got the populat tonkatsu shoyu ramen and spicy version, creamy broth and tasty japanese yolky egg with deep flavor, the spicy was a szechuan spice but tasteful, and popcorn chicken was crunchy and good, love the little tatami huts inside, and waitstaff were interchangable and available at all times, and it was busy on sat night and had ran out of tonkatsu

The first time that I tried them was the summer of my junior year in high school, and I've been going back consistently since then. The warm flavors of the Udon noodles balance the flavors of the Pork while still being spicy. The ambiance is also really enjoyable and allows you to sit down and enjoy your food with no interruption. The customer service was still up to par when I recently went back and the food was still amazing.

The food was pretty good. And the staff was very attentive. One of our favorite things about this location is that it feels private with the separated booths and curtains.Their bowls are consistently flavorful and satisfying, with rich broths and perfectly cooked noodles. The menu offers a variety of options to suit every taste, from classic tonkotsu to inventive vegan ramen.

Pricey but worth the vibe on a date. I went with a friend but if a guy took me I'd be impressed by his taste. Good food, intimate seating, nice lighting for date pictures just very nice overall.

Kyuramen is a great place to bring friends or family to get a delicious and affordable meal! They're known for ramen, but don't sleep on their appetizers! They were so delicious! The chili sweet wings were crispy and delicious! The chicken wasn't too dry! The chili dumplings are a must try! It's very fragrant and delicious with a slight kick! The yin yang ramen was huge - you're essentially getting two ramens in one! There were so many toppings The braised pork don rice is a must try as well! The flavor in here was sooo good and soaks through the rice layers! The tonkatsu omurice was so huge and yummy! The presentation was on point! The baked japanese sweet potato is a must try to wrap up your meal! The potato was so sweet - I think it was sweeter than the ice cream!

A

Absolutely delicious ramen! Broth was super flavorful, rich and tasty, and I did not have to wait super long for my food. Toppings and noodles were all great, the egg and pork were my favorites. Servers were nice and attentive. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely Delicious Brunch for 2! We ordered the fried squid tentacles and purple sweet potato fries, the special CP#3 tonkotsu pork + black garlic tonkotsu pork (the black garlic was to die for kind of good), #6 kyushu spicy tonkotsu ramen combo with Thai ice tea and pork bun. Yuzu drink. We didn’t finish anything. It was fulfilling and so delicious. I gave 5* and I usually max at 4*! I would definitely come back, adding this restaurant chain to my “go to” list. Ps. Wait staff was great! Decor was ❤️ bamboo every where you look, sustainable materials. Food presentation 👍🏼. Please keep this up! I would love this to be part of our neighborhood ramen stop for a long time.

Really cute place. The atmosphere was amazing and felt like I was back in Japan again. They are paired with the boba shop next door and getting a tea with the meal was amazing.

Good option for ramen in the area. Really love the split ramen bowls that are perfect for indecisive people like me. Also really enjoyed their calamari and popcorn chicken. The space is new and super clean. They have a cute decor where each table is in a little contained booth with panels that feel cozy and private. They share the space with Tbaar next door so you can order bubble tea with your meal!

Been here a couple of times. It a cute, kinda small place. Both times I’ve been, I was sat in a bench section that had a curtain for privacy. There is a button system to call the waiter. The food was pretty good. And the staff was very attentive. Would recommend.

Hot ramen sounded good in the cold weather so we went in. We were pleasantly surprised by the interior, service, food and prices. They started us off with complimentary hot green tea. There are several types of ramen, appetizers, desserts and drinks to choose from. Our server was friendly and prompt. We liked the unique flavors of their desserts. Their prices are comparable to those of other restaurants on the 5th ave but they outdo them with the quality of service and the modernness of the place.

Everyone knows a good cold winter cure is a bowl of hot ramen, this new Kyuramen location was popping on a Saturday lunch time, there was a long wait line but moving fast. But maybe a lot of people came for their grand opening weekend offers any order of ramen and receive a free drink from Tbaar next door. Check it out while last this weekend until Feb 6. I've tried their ramen at their union square location, this place also stands very high standard of their food. The same large menu like the other stores. Big selection of ramen, appetizer and dessert. This time I tried their duo ramen black and white so I get to taste two different flavor. While you put them in the same bowl you do taste the difference. The appetizer are all amazing, I really love the squid tentacles, fried oyster and takoyaki. Their thai ice tea is really yummy. Take advantage of thei combo so you get ramen bao and Thai tea at a reasonable price. Service was excellent; even when they are super busy but the food came fast and they kept coming to check on us if we need anything. Also there's a call button on the wall if you need service they will come right away.

I love that we got a new ramen place on 5th! We've been here twice already and both times the noodles in the ramen have been consistently the best I've had in NYC. The popcorn chicken was hard and dry unfortunately, but the agedashi tofu and fried shishito peppers were delicious. The matcha pudding and mango crepe cake were also good. The omrice was fun to see explode out, but the flavor felt a little lacking, might be better with curry. We love the booths here and can't wait to try the outdoor seating in the summer.

J
Jacqueline Chang

Wonderful ramen, my fave broth is vegetable miso. Katsudon omurice was lovely. Not too salty. Beautiful semi private booths were awesome and the call button for service.

S
Shuang L.

I came here with a friend and we each got a ramen set. We also ordered an appetizer, the popcorn chicken which was freshly made and was steaming hot with a hard exterior and moist inside, wasn't too salty. My friend ordered a milk tea and that was the star of the show, it was insanely good, a little too sweet imo but it helped wash everything down. I believe they have a partnership with the store next door and they make the drinks for KYURAMEN and they do not disappoint. The miso ramen we had weren't as good as we expected, it is definitely on the lighter side, not a lot of flavor going on, can't really taste that umami, but the noodles were al-dente. If you want something heavier, try the Spicy Tonkatsu or Curry ramen. The matcha dessert was pretty good too, it wasn't too bitter and wasn't too sweet, it had the right balance. Unfortunately we were seated pretty close to the door, and it was during the winter so everytime someone walked in or out, we were getting blown by the cold air. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

Loving this new restaurant in Park Slope! We’re so lucky to have this delicious ramen place down the street 🤤 Ambiance is modern, clean, and bright with jams like Beyoncé and Dua Lipa. The menu has BEAUTIFUL photography. The purple taro milk tea is an acquired taste that I enjoy and a bit on the sweeter side. Thai iced tea was excellent. Spicy Kyushu Tonkotsu ramen was PERFECT. You can tell that the noodles are handmade. Insane. I got it “hot” and the spice level was perfect. Broth was creamy, but not too rich. Pork delicious. Egg delicious. Corn was a nice touch. I went HARD on the ramen and actually finished it 😂 Vegetarian ramen was also great. Ask for some spice level and an egg if you want it to have a punch. And…AND! A restaurant branded free mask at the end of the meal 😍 such a cute place and we’ll definitely be back *note. I don’t think they have alcohol here! Maybe because it just opened*

Tried Kyuramen in Brooklyn and had the shrimp tempura, a ramen bowl, and a bento box. The shrimp tempura was crispy and light, while the ramen was comforting with a flavorful broth and fresh noodles. The bento box was a nice combo option with good variety. Overall, a solid casual spot for Japanese comfort food and a satisfying ramen experience. 🍜🍤🍱

Delicious, high quality ramen. Got both shoyu and tonkotsu style broths. And omurice. Everything was on point and hit the spot. As appetizers we got spicy chili dumplings and crispy chili wings. Get them both!

We came here for a Sunday lunch. We were seated at one of those private rooms for two. One can hail the staff by pressing a button attached to the wall. Much to our delight, we received complimentary matcha pudding for dessert upon Yelp check-in. Since it was a ramen kind of day, my partner ordered Kyushu Tonkatsu shio, served with pork chashu, bamboo shoots, wakame, half-marinated egg, nori, and corn in a pork broth. My eyes caught the “couple ramen” of black and white Tonkatsu shio and black garlic Tonkatsu served with pork chashu and half-marinated egg. The matcha pudding dessert was perfect after a ramen meal. We enjoyed our visit here, with delicious portion ramen together with great customer service, and we will come back.

So so good! The broth of the Tonkatsu was so luscious, as was the chicken broth which was surprising. Normally the chicken based ramens are not as good but this one was excellent. Service was extremely fast and very polite. The Choya plum wine was a lovely end to our meal. Might recommend a res is you are more than two people. We will definitely be back!!

As a designer, I’ve always believed that the best experiences engage every sense — and Kyuramen does exactly that. The space feels thoughtfully curated: warm wood textures, soft lighting, and geometric details that echo their signature honeycomb booths — all blending into a modern, comforting aesthetic that immediately sets the tone for a cozy meal. We all ordered the Steak Ramen, and it was outstanding. Each bowl was a beautifully balanced composition — rare steak slices melting into a rich, flavorful broth, with corn, bamboo shoots, wakame, scallions, nori, and that perfect half-marinated egg. Every ingredient felt intentional, balanced perfectly to create something simple and satisfying. We also shared the Honeycomb Platter, and it was pure joy to look at — a vibrant arrangement of color and texture that tasted just as good as it looked. The chili garlic edamame, shrimp tempura, eel, scallops, and lobster & chashu salad ball were small bites that told their own stories — playful, satisfying, and full of personality. To drink, I tried the Kyuramen Lemonade — bright and refreshing, maybe a touch sweet for my taste, but it paired beautifully with the savory ramen. Overall, Kyuramen Park Slope was a memorable experience — thoughtful, flavorful, and visually delightful. Perfect for sweater weather and slow conversations. 📍 Definitely plan to visit again — and explore their other locations soon.

Service here is top notch! The servers are friendly and very helpful. The omurice is really good, along with most of the ramen here which I did have in the past. Be mindful of what you are ordering since the items on here are some what pricy and the portion sizes for the ramen can be small.

The food was so delicious! We got the YinYang Bowl, the omurice, and the soft shell crab rice burger, plus the brown sugar matcha bubble tea, Thai iced tea, and matcha pudding for dessert. Service at the bar was great, they have a button to call the server otherwise you won't be bothered. The omurice also got a little table side demo! Very cute and fun.

Really cute place! Service was good just a bit slow but that’s totally fine with me. My friend and I had two ramen bowls, I added the combo of a chicken bun and thai tea. we also shared the vegetable spring rolls and she got the finger ale. Good came out hot, the thai tea was legit fantastic, everything was great. They have cute booths for up to parties of 4 to sit in and they feel very private because they have a curtain so I enjoyed the seating as well. Highly recommend trying it out!

I love ramen and I had visited the flushing location, so it was time for me to check this new spot out! I came for the special that had with drinks when you get a bowl of ramen. It was a bit of a wait since we didn't make any reservations. On first site the inside was lovely, nice atmosphere. It seems they were still working on the outside seating at this location. Which is fine since we wanted to be inside. Once we were finally seated, to make up for the wait they gave us popcorn chicken on the house! We sat in the booth, it has a call button which was convenient. When we finally received our order, we were not disappointed! Food was amazing and on point! 👌🏾 Already planning on going back with friends.

Great food, but why is there a phone number if no one ever answers? Why when ordering delivery do you all not include ramen silverware packets anymore? This is such a small yet significant detail to be missing for months straight and quite frankly I’m getting frustrated. Can’t even call and ask for it because…well…back to the first sentence.

Review based on ramen only. Its pretty good but for a little more I would rather go up the road for Ramen danbo. Meat is tender and sweet, egg tastes great and cooked to a very high standard but the soup base lets it down, more flavour could be had for the tonkatsu. Thats why i would recommend chilli or garlic base. This place wins on choice and variety. Lots of drinks to choose from, choices for everyone. A great place to hang with friends and family.

A
Anupam Chopra

Very cozy atmosphere, I love the wall with the tags and the booths. Booths have a call button and the establishment offers an 8% discount if you pay in cash. I had the omurice with pork katsu and demi glace along with the mint lemonade. Pork katsu was a small serving, pretty disappointing size, but it was tasty. Omurice was also tasty, a wonderful presentation. Demi glace wasn't anything special. Go for the curry instead. The lemonade was AMAZING! don't miss out on it. Matcha and red bean dessert was standard, nothing special, but it was free with a Facebook check in. That made it very special. Overall it was standard fare. Service was fine, one of the male servers who brought me the pork katsu after the omurice told me I could mix it with the omurice. This was confusing to hear because it's obvious the dishes pair with each other.

S
Skye S

I actually really like this location! It feels cozier simply because of the neighborhood it's located in. I also think the layout is comfortable and spacious. However I will note that I thought my broth for the curry ramen was lacking compared to other locations but I still think it's a great option for ramen :)

Gab Wiessmann

I found out about this ramen shop from a video on Instagram that got recommended to me. The atmosphere was really neat and since the restaurant was empty, we got to sit in one of the private booths. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with extra noodles but I never ended up getting the extra noodles. I would have told the waitress but she never came back until it was time to pay. I expected the broth to be more flavorful but maybe it was the type I ordered. Other than that I enjoyed the toppings and the noodles.

Came in for a last-minute date night. Seated very quickly. Very intimate. It's like a personal booth. Host was very nice and welcoming. The food was very tasty. The pork bun was soft. It came with a stamp with Kyuramen stamped on it. (Very cute branding). The chicken was very good too. Ramen bowl was very good. Wish they allowed you to create your own ramen bowl. Rice burger was a new twist to a sandwich but rather tasty. Very good food. For dessert Ube Crepe (so delicious and creamy). There is something that makes you happy while eating Ube.Taro bubble tea was GREAT. Overall, it was a great dining experience. would recommend 👌🏽

New ramen location in Park Slope! Came for dinner and was seated right away. (Not sure if they take reservations at the moment) They have bar seating, table and even booths with curtains (indoor and outdoor). Great for groups and families. Menu is much bigger than other ramen locations nearby. They currently don’t have liquor or beer but will soon. They do carry many other drinks including bubble tea and smoothies from Tbaar next door. Ramen was delicious and came with tons of toppings. Chashu was one of the most tender I ever had. Melt in your mouth tender! They also offer vegetarian ramen and additional add ons. Some of their ramens also have different levels of spices. I would recommend the matcha dessert if you like firm pudding. The Japanese dessert is great for someone who likes jello and syrup. Okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake dish) came with bento flakes and is more egg based. Would definitely get the popcorn chicken and ramen again (but ask for more firm noodles) Vaccines cards were checked at the front desk and all employees wore masks. Definitely would come again.

Decent priced ramen from a chain focused on 9 broth variations. The newer Chinatown location got press for its interiors. This one is good for quick bite. Order the combo that comes with Thai tea. Or I prefer a cool bubble tea or juice from the extensive drinks page. The takoyaki is perfect with crisp outside and soft interior. Not every takoyaki place in this city has this nice contrast unfortunately. Fine to skip dessert here.

A
Abby Shores

This place was down the street while I was visiting my sis, and honestly? Very shocked on how tasty everything was. The inside looked absolutely adorable and the lady at the counter was very nice and helpful explaining stuff. Although we got everything to go, the ramen tasted great, all the ingredients felt fresh and we were even coming in very close to closing. Shout outs for them not just kicking us out lol. The takoyaki and the karaage were a bit subpar for me, but they def have a lot of plus and minus. Like the takoyaki had a great texture and lots of bonito flakes/sauce on it, but very little bits of octopus, so it was a bit sad after each bite how quickly that satisfaction disappeared. Same with the karaage, they felt more like small chicken bites, almost like a chinese style fast food fried chicken to me, rather than a crispy piece of japanese fried chicken. But that's not a horrible thing, a lot of places I've been to don't even have these as options, and these were still fire af. It feels weird having a big amount of the review talking about the sides, but they really gave me a lot of things to think about. I wouldn't ignore them, lots of nice options here. Also I'm a sucker for thai tea. 😍

This is the best RAMEN in NYC ! It’s delicious and basically an explosion of flavors in your mouth. OMG - you all definitely need to try it at least once in a life time ! That’s the first time in 57 years , that I ate a full bow and wanted more ! A must go place in park slope !

They don't allow substitutions so I couldn't have tofu (vegetarian) and I don't care for miso. I added the pork to my husbands bowl. The ramen was really delicious and was very hot! The flavor was great, I got the curry ramen with a passion fruit tea. I'd definitely get it again, just wish it would've been what I wanted.

Solid ramen place in Park Slope. The Deep Fried Gyoza Dumplings were delicious and Katsuobushi Pork Ramen was tasty also, but expected a bit more noodles. Service was quick. Overall good ramen place and will likely revisit.

1/4/25 first time here, work lunch with the guys. We all had the Combo A1 - ramen with pork bun and dessert. Pork bun was good and had nice flavor. Ramen was good too, only two pieces of meat and not as much broth as i expected. The flavors were good though. Matcha pudding was good as well, very light flavor. Hot sake was nice. *** Discount for cash & only two (2) cards if you want to split the check *** Service was good and fast. There's a button on the wall to call them. We were in a booth with curtains. Clean WC (unisex). Would eat here again... Although congestion pricing will motivate me to bring my lunch soon ...

I went at a relatively early time and we got seated real quick! Service was good, nothing special really. The food was decent and I have nothing to really complain about. When they first brought out the chicken, I thought it was soggy because it just didn't look fried. I ordered a combo and compared to my friend who didn't, it looked like I had way less ramen in my bowl. Thai milk tea was tasty, not over sweet. Overall, good for a nice lunch and stuff!

We’ve ordered takoyaki, fried oysters, popcorn chicken and couple more. All other things was ok. But popcorn chicken was problematic. I hate writing bad reviews but this was bad. Chicken was oily bits swimming and as you can see in picture there were feathers sticking out of them!

Ramen was ok, nothing special. Both the tea and the lemonade that came with our meals were so sweet that we couldn’t drink them. I had the eel burger, and it was good, but again nothing special. Good place for a quick, good enough meal. The place is quite small and they wouldn’t give us a booth even though there were 3 of them empty throughout our meal. Service was polite and quick!

Really good atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I really liked the prívate booths . The ramen was ok . I liked the Ice tea and chicken . The ice tea comes with a decent combo deal with the meal.

overall, we had a good experience. wanted to try the viral omurice which was pretty tasty but was lukewarm. it comes with a pork fried rice. the softshell crab rice burger came lukewarm as well. it was too much rice for me. but im glad we got to try it. the thai iced tea isn’t too sweet. it didn’t taste like they used condensed milk, which is what i’m used to. the service was good, i’m not sure what these other reviews were going on about. i would come back.

Humm, I forgot to check What kind of restaurant is this? “RAMEN” Lol between Korean and Japanese.!! I prefer Japanese.!! They had the best Ramen.!! Definitely.!!

We had a mini room to ourselves, and it was quite nice. The food looked appealing, but the flavors were lacking.

My experience here was just fine. Overall I get like the ramen itself was pretty standard taste-wise compared to places nearby and in the rest of nyc. That being said this spot had so many options that I guess it would be hard to expect them to really “specialize” in any one thing. What I liked: - Delicious spiked jelly sake drink - Purple yam fries — large portion, tasty dipping sauce What could have been better: - Ramen was not very flavorful; chicken quality was a bit odd (very fatty) - Wait staff seemed to be very infrequent in checking up on you Overall fine for a quick bite but don’t expect anything over-the-top.

Can here on Sunday for a rainy day ramen fix, but it wasn't as satisfying as ramen normally would. I've been to the Queens chains before, but I'd have to say this one was my least favorite. I dont remember the names of the ramen we ordered exactly, but it was #1 with white garlic, #2 with black garlic, and 2 Sapporo with mild spice. We also added 2 combo specials that came with a bao and thai ice tea and a popcorn chicken. The #1 with white garlic was so mild that you really couldn't tell that there was garlic. The #2 with black garlic is slightly more prominent but not like other ramen places where you get a strong but not overpowering aroma of garlic. The broth was generally not rich enough, and the soup was not hot either. The char sui in the ramen was way too sweet and was missing the smoky aroma. I didn't like it too much. The egg was done very well, and I thought that was the best item in the bowl. The popcorn corn chicken was over fried, where the smaller pieces are dried and hard. I dont think I will come back anytime soon cause with that price and that quality, there are plenty others in the neighborhood that are equal or better. The service was good, given there was a limited amount of communications through the efficiency of the bell, but I appreciate the convenience and friendliness of the staff.

This chain is solid for cool booths and food. My kids like the format so a visit is needed. I do think the broth at other ramen places in the area is more interesting

the ramen soup was good. In principle, all the food I ordered was delicious. but I didn’t like that there was dust everywhere in their restaurant. they should do some spring cleaning. That's why I only give 1 star for the atmosphere.

Was really excited to come here. I like how we get our own room for our own privacy. The whole atmosphere was really nice. The ramen was not as good as I would like for it to be. It was ok. The Thai iced tea was really good. It’s cute how they stamp the little buns. The dessert, matcha pudding with the red beans and milk were pretty good. Overall it was a nice experience but food was so great.

First time there I like the little room with privacy, unfortunately I did not enjoy the food. I got the Tokyo Tonkotsu Shouyu Ramen and the popcorn chicken. The ramen was disgusting, the chicken tastes old, dumpling was ok. I got a bellyache, my stomach wasn’t feeling well. Not sure if the was fresh, also the restaurant floor looks dirty, stick and not so clean place. I don’t like to give reviews but because I got sick I have to do it.

The sauce in the ramen was good but the meat was very questionable (see photos). We kept questioning if the chicken was really chicken or pork…it was very gray and chewy. Normally not a complainer but it was really odd looking. Our waiter also was very rude. We had to keep trying to catch his attention and he had an attitude. They did remove the chicken from the bill which was good but, idk waiting 40+ mins for grey meat and bad service wasn’t it.

Worse food I've eaten . I order from kyuramen in queens all the time and never had an issue. But this park slope location food is the worse. Everything I ordered was tasteless and their lemonade was just pure sugar. I will never order from that location again.

I'm puzzled by the "good" reviews, the food is absolutely disgusting, no flavor, not fresh. The price for the quality of the food is ridiculous, there is no customer service our waitress had a face like she hates her job. While we were at the table you could hear people complaining about the food and price. Even The dessert was horrible. Please go elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible experience with this place this is my first time trying it I ordered on uber eats when I tell you the food has no taste to it at all and the food was super cold the chicken buns look like unappetizing i called about 10 times trying to get an update on the order but had no luck overall I really don’t know how they call themselves a ramen place food is garbage if I could give -0 stars I would

We ordered takoyaki, spicy donkotsu ramen and CP1. Takoyaki was really delicious. but... Ramen was not very tasty. The ramen smelled like a stable.. I was looking forward to it, but it was disappointing. If you don't make a reservation, it's close to the door, but it's cold and noisy. For those who go, take note...

Not much I can say. I walked in with no one at the door and I waited for someone to sit me ....no hello nothing..I sit and a lady and come take the order with a new York attitude...like she is doing me a favor....I ordered 2 appetizers, a main course and a beer .I go to the toilet to wash my hands....soon I get back to the table I find the beer Bootle on the table no glass and not open.i guess everyone has to drink from the bottle. in 2 minutes I get all the appetizers and main course on the table at the same time . The food was ok the ramen was warm not hot . No one ever comes and checks on me. Not much more to say... Besides it is not a cheap place ..... after a year I went back and is even worse than a year ago the service was horrible with an extra attitude that made it even more disappointing...food too the ban was most ban no meat ...and. AAAA of the server on the ticket even more special.......never again

The entire advertisement was false the soup was undrinkable. The waiters were rude.

We ordered one pork ramen and one vegetarian — all the ingredients came separately, but nothing was labeled so we couldn’t tell which was which. We tried calling several times but no one answered. My partner now has two meals lol, and I had to order food again from another place. The ingredients of the vegetarian one also didn't include scallions as the menu says, and only had one mushroom

I recently dined at Kyu Ramen and was served my meal in a broken ceramic bowl. I didn’t notice it at first, but when I did and brought it to the waiter’s attention, nothing was done—no replacement, apology, or acknowledgment. This felt like a serious safety issue, as broken dishware can pose a risk to customers. Very disappointing handling of what should have been addressed immediately.

Terrible food and terrible experience. They warned us immediately that there is a dining limit of 1 hour and 15 mins when we are only a party of 4 coming for lunch. Not sure a stern warning is needed. Then two ramen bowls arrived within minutes while my udon took another 25 mins. Everyone was done when it finally arrived. The tonkatsu came without any seasoning or sauce. Not even salt. Worst thing we’ve eaten in a long time. The kicker is the bent fork they gave us. The ramen bowls are very meager portions. You will get more with an instant noodle packet. The shuffling of the staff walking back and forth in Ugg slippers is so unprofessional. You’re not at home.

I went a few months ago, and the staff forced me to tip. The food isn't even authentic japanese food either, don't go! False advertising from paid influencers to get you to spend money. The food tastes like a 5/10 at best. If you wanna get authentic or even decent ramen, go to Naruto Ramen just a few blocks away from this awful place. Just to let you know tips aren’t deserved they’re earned from good service and good quality food. So don’t force customers to tip!
