There is no food offered, AFAIK. One of the friendliest, chill, dive bars. Great drink deals. Would recommend!

One of my favorite places in the area. All the bartenders are pretty nice. One of the cheapest beer and shot combos you'll find. Doesn't get as crazy as other places. Good spot to just have a drink or talk with friends

Anytime I have come to the Beaver 🦫 always reminds of the 70s wood in-lay rec rooms in people’s home. Bartender makes some delicious mezcal margaritas and even had an appletini one night. What a throw back! And the lady that sells the food by the platter, comfort meals to die for. Always a fun crowd and neighborhood friendly. Pink bathroom is a vibe!

My favorite bar in the universe of Jefferson L train stop drinking establishments. Good, ever-rotating, beer selection. It seems that they have a extensive wine menu though I have never explored it. The sandwich menu is nothing to write home about but it does the trick. Very much recommend.

Great neighborhood spot, they always have a good beer selection (HMMM Simple Sour <3) and outdoor seating. Their weekend brunch is good and no fuss, but get there early, it runs out fast. When they do Karaoke, it's the bomb

Winos and beer fanatics love this Bushwick hangout a block. There's always a spot for you at the bar, and now that they serve food, it's a great spot for a sandwich and a boozy lunch. While not great for crowds, it's an intimate place to meet your close friends or a first date.

Great Jefferson Stop (L) bar, with a nice outdoor seating area and good beer/wine selection. Late night happy hour is a nice touch as well.

Nice looking place, but service was not good at all. We had to wait a full hour for our burritos. And... they were so mediocre - I felt like I was eating scrambled eggs stuffed into a tortilla- very "gringo" version of a burrito. Being there seemed like the place was incredibly understaffed and not ready for the number of customers.

I had a great, free drinking time there for New year's Eve. There was a viewing of Purple Rain, but no audio. That was the bad part... Otherwise cool bartenders and quaint environment on a desolate back street.

Nice bar. But dirty tables outside... It doesn't take too long to wipe the tables. I come here all the time, bartenders change quite often. None of them come outside to clean the tables. It is not pleasant to sit here.

Before going to Bunna Cafe we thought we would check out a drinking establishment in Bushwick. We were intrigued by The Bodega because it was listed as a Spanish-influenced wine bar. When I hear "wine bar" I have a certain image in my head. The Bodega isn't what I think of when I think wine bar. It seems to be a regular bar that has wine. There didn't seem to be a mind-blowing amount of wine available. My biggest issue with The Bodega was the service. My wife and our friend saw that there was a wine on special for $8. They even referenced it when ordering. I ordered a beer that was a dollar off, so $6. I thought the bill was going to be $22. It was $24. I asked the bartender and he said the wines were $9 each. I pointed to the special and he had no idea which wine that special was referring to. Even though I expressed my concern about the price difference he made no effort to remedy the situation; instead, he simply handed me the credit card receipt. If you have a special listed for $8 and then people order that special, you should give it to them for that price. Acting oblivious and ignoring the customer's concerns is no way to run a business. Or maybe it is because he got $2 more out of me. No need to return to The Bodega.

Very unfriendly staff. He/she(?) asked us to leave because we were to many teenagers, stopping customers to come in. Although we spent a lot of money and weren't stopping anyone. In the end he even showed us the middle finger!

The service is awful and the food doesn't make a great impression. If you choose to sit outside, the wait staff does not check up on you very often. They run out of brunch items quickly. Honestly, the experience was not anything special. I probably will not return.

Food was overpriced and bland. Got charged for a drink I didn't order and the bartender was very rude the entire time. So many better, cheaper, and friendlier places less than a block away.

I just asked for a Long Island Ice tea right about now and the bartender hit me with “theyre like $25 here” I looked at her and was shocked honestly. I took a deep breath and just smile with an “thats not a problem. Just because Im not white or dressed all “well” or have an ascent doesnt mean I cant afford a freaking drink. So sad honestly. The owner should really rethink on rehiring new staff.

The worst bar in Brooklyn. They have the worst bartender in NYC—rude and gives the worst service. I would never go back.
