Their store hygiene is very poor, and there was a disgusting live cockroach in the pizza. I called their store and asked to speak to the manager, but the manager pretended not to understand English and had a very bad attitude. I said I would report it to the health department, and they said, "do whatever you want to do" and then hung up the phone.

Decent a few months ago. Lately, constant mess ups on delivery orders. This is the 4th time I'm having an issue & I'm tired of calling the store. By the way, It's not my duty to come outside when delivery instructions are clear to buzz my bell and come up. Otherwise, why do I keep tipping your drivers and pay a delivery fee when local pizzerias dont charge? Please get a grip on your store. This is possibly my final order with this location, at least.

He wanted to give me an old pizza dough with sauce on top that was standing on the side for along time before I came to the store and when I refused to take it and wanted a fresh one he got mad and made me a new one but was very very bad. It was row and the toppings were too little I ordered 5 topping and I can barely find any. So disappointed, will never buying again from them.

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior I experienced at Papa John’s. Not only was the service slow, but the staff was outright rude. The employees were shouting at each other in the kitchen, using foul language, and seemed completely uninterested in providing any sort of decent customer experience. When I addressed my concerns, I was met with an attitude rather than any attempt to resolve the issue. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be returning—there are plenty of other pizza places that know how to treat their customers right.

When we ordered the pizza the Arabic guy was rude when taking our order over the phone. We placed our order and picked it up the pizza was undercooked and incorrectly made as we ordered BBQ sauce instead of Marina. They told us they would make a new one for us and to come pick it up and when we got there they demand the undercooked pizza. Claiming policy as a reason. Horrible customer service ruined our night. Order somewhere else.

I ordered ten toppings pizza from the app at 6pm and waiting for my husband eat together at 10,after six pieces we found a hair inside the cheese! It’s not on the top !!! Already melted with cheese! So yuck and I called the store, the manager was very rude to us, he refused to admit it was their fault and kept arguing with me the whole night, he thought we just want the refund after we full , I can’t imagine how mean is this person and how comes this person can be the store’s manager! He said if you want money I can give you $5 but you have to come here to get it , but it’s not my fault why I need to drive there? so mean, and he Threatened me not to call the company,I told him I’ll keep the dirty pizza in my fridge and the pictures. I mean I always order papa johns because that’s so yummy, but now I don’t want to eat it anymore.One star only for the store not for the food.
