Wonderful restaurant in the main square. We went for dinner and the beef cheek main was a treat. They have gluten free options and gluten-free bread. The service is excellent. They were open only for a short time in the afternoon and in the evening - so recommend calling and making a reservation.

Had a lovely lunch at Flizzi. I really couldn't make up my mind with all the tasty options on the menu. The "polenta e Bruscitt" was marvelous, as well as the selection of local cheese. The staff was super friendly and they were proud of sourcing local products and home made dishes. Must stop by if you happen to be in Macugnaga, and make sure you are starving!! So many things to try.

Wonderful place. Macugnaga needed a place like this. The food is all local, from small artisan producers. The proprietor, Mirko, struggling with his English, had the patience to explain to us the provenance of each item on our plate. Thoroughly recommended.

Staffs are very kind and polite and good services. Food are good especially tomato sausage polenta was very nice. Interior is also very cute and clean . And toilet is very clean.

Excellent selection of delicious little specialities. We especially liked the Lasagne, and the hot cheese with honey pumpkin pistachio sauce and ham.
