Go to fast food dining. Parking is an issue during rush hours. And you have to review your order before leaving with new employees. Opens at 5 am on weekdays. Counter shields are off.

The service at this location for dining in was as good as could be expected. The only thing that caught my attention was the fact that the parking lot was extremely small. The restaurant is situated in a location which is surrounded by a “triangle” of intersecting streets.

Love the spicy chicken burgers and the fries are delicious.

One thing I love from McDonald's is that my French fries are always fresh and hot. I appreciate this place so much because even though they might have French fries done they still make my fries extra fresh. Thanks a lot McDonald's crew! Best customer service ever.

I have got to praise the Lord for having a beautiful young lady attend to me named San Juanita(shift manager) n for being the kindest n sweetest girl i have ever met at the mcdonalds on international blvd by the gateway bridge in Brownsville, Texas. I came in to this McDonald's with only a couple dollars in my pocket n around 1500 points in my app to get free food(usually only enough for a small sandwhich) so i ordered large fries 🍟 n a small sanwich,i ask if there was any specials so maybe i could get a bigger burger since i was very hungry,i had not eaten breakfast,lunch or dinner i had been stranded on the streets since 0300 am in a broken down truck that was overheating because my trucks water pump gave out n snapped my fan belt n water pump n alternator belt killing my battery too,also sitting in my truck for hours in this horrible n miserable South Texas heat 🔥. If you are visiting the Micky Dees so close to the border, the staff is amazing but many speak Spanish as their primary language due to the majority of their customers being from the border. But they are the most polite and hard-working staff I have ever seen in a McDonalds. I don't know what this location pays, but these employees go above and beyond.

There is a nice quick drive thru here.

The McDonald's near UTRGV usually has a variety of clients that consists of p students, families, and mature individuals, so it caters to a diverse population. McDonald's now serves a wider array of more nutritious fare such as salads and apple fries which is encouraging to individuals such as myself that usually stay away from fast food. I had a frappe (frapuccino) which, while delicious, should be offered in a plain coffee version with a low sugar alternative to reach a wider segment of the population. Because it is fast food I cannot give it 5 stars although it is at the top of the industry, with one notable exception. What does make it stand out is its Ronald McDonald House which offers a invaluable experience for families with seriously ill children who need a place to stay while their little one is in the hospital.

Pretty good McDonald's location, the remodeling made it highly attractive, especially with the screen menus where you can place your order now. But lots of people come here, so it's packed most of the time by TSC and UTRGV students.

Some staff members were using gloves and some others were not. Customers expect for all staff to use gloves, especially now with the pandemic situation. Please take care of us as we take care of your economy.

Ordering through the app continues to be going great! (9-02-2022) I have been ordering through the McDonalds app recently at the International Blvd. location. It had bee working out good. I order during lunch and I go pick it up. The wait is usually not long. Who can resist McDonald's fries? Come get yours at your nearest McDonalds.

Placed my order, 2 different orders were taken after mine & they got their food before I did.

The service was good. Bathroom was clean however my burger was not cooked well it was red meat in the middle.

Did big Macs get smaller? There place is clean and friendly, but the automated kiosk makes fast food very slow. Plus, the chicken nuggets are as bad as ever.

It is a good option for people going at the University, very close to them and relatively cheap, although maybe more expensive than other McDonalds, it is still affordable. The only issue is that the soda fountain is almost never in good condition, otherwise, all is good.

I went during drive through I requested extra sauce during my purchase and they didn’t add it at the window they told me they couldn’t charge me because they couldn’t grab my phone and that I would have to go all the way around after they didn’t charge me it after I requested they did. They then told me that I need to pay when I initially make the order after I had already attempted to do so I spoke to a male manager there on shift at around 7:40pm. They also forget to add my order so I went back for my order and they gave me the wrong order again … definitely very unsatisfied with the customer service received.

Im a Night Shift worker so I often stop by somewhere to get a quick meal well I just left and as I’m already a couple minutes into my driving I decided to eat a fry and I have never been so disappointed the way I am now because they were COLD you could tell they weren’t even under any sort of heater they had to just be sitting there , to the point they even tasted funny! Definitely not eating these fries I’m scared of getting sick off of these! I don’t even want to eat my burger because if this is how their fries are I can’t even imagine the burger! Went thru drive thru. Got my order wrong/incomplete. No biggie it happens. But when I went inside to get the rest of my food. Well, I usually love to come to this McDonald's for the NFL bundle. Only this time I find in my bundle a dirty fork with some kind of sauce on it. Obviously used. Today I bought a small caramel latte, and they gave me previously made it. When I asked the store manager, she didn’t explain why this tasted terrible. She made a new one the taste is the same as sour taste. I wondered why this tastes like this. They made this coffee by expiring whole milk, I think. I had the worse experience while I was dining! While I was minding my own business connected to the only outlet there is in the store, literally up high specially for someone who 5.0! These 2 employees sat in the second booth close to the main entrance door and started shaking there legs, of course I thought it was normal! After about 10min of constant shaking it started getting louder & gradually the shaking increased to an abnormal rate! I had my headphones on but took one off to see if it was just me but I heard them giggling and what not! The manager present some dude very young just stood there! Worse Mcds ever dont bother going. order 4 adult "kids" meal they got my order wrong twice. First on my way home realized one of my meals was wrong went back to get it replaced. Google Maps and the Company’s website both say that the drive thru closes at 1 am (but hours can vary around holidays). The night we went was most decidedly NOT a holiday yet they turned us away at 12:34 am. We took our business elsewhere. Beware of this if you’re looking for a quick late night meal.

Food was meh. While ordering at the drive thru we had to constantly repeat the order. Young man at the second window wanted us to park in marked spaces that were occupied. When we finally get the food the burgers were poorly wrapped and the nuggets were all over the bottom of the bag. They were just thrown in there and the box was not sealed properly. Found a HUGE EGGSHELL in my Egg McMuffin!! Told the manager about it and he apologized...somewhat. Told him if it was a little piece of eggshell it wouldn't be a problem...but this thing was HUGE! I've cooked eggs many times and don't recall EVER dropped an eggshell this big into the pan or mixing bowl. My dad was a cook years ago, if he would have seen this his jaw would have dropped!

The food comes out relatively quick although every time I request something at the counter they take FOREVER to acknowledge me. Some of them just completely ignore me and call out names for orders and place the food on the counter. Usually i’ll need a refill or sauces and I have to shout to get their attention. If this were Chick Fil A they’d instantly try to help you, I don’t understand why Mcdonald’s can’t follow in their footsteps.

Went back in 2017 chicken nuggets food tasted like it had mop water in it. Got super sick for a week. Thought nothing of it. Was guessing it was my bad luck. Even went with my pops a few months back and the mccrispy chicken burgers were sad the patty size were so bad. It must be the location only McDonalds that's had consistently bad through the years. Decided I want McDonald's tenders. Tis location serves the same stuff. Tenders were grey and chewy. Super small tenders. Id give it 3 stars but consistently bad orders

They gave me my order wrong by drive thru. I ordered a cheeseburger and I received a double cheeseburger with no pickles or ketchup, it was plain and incorrect. The only satisfying thing was the general manager Mrs. Garza resolved my problem and gave me a solution and apologized because she mentioned sometimes employees are really busy and might get confused. I accepted the apologies and left the drive thru happy

This place has gone down hill but people still keep going. Quality and customer service is bad. The server today got upset when we noticed that all our drinks were not what we asked for. The receipt said coke, she brought all hi-c and when she took them back, she did so begrudgingly and also almost spilled the drink over. The only reason it didn't was that the lid held on. Then an elder lady asked me what was wrong, and I told her what, and her response was well I can't do anything about that but with a tone. Which left me wondering, then why ask me.

Restaurant is always dirty tables floors the staff lazy you wanna have a good meal dont go there dont throw your money away staff is always on there phone it doesn't, matter how much you remodeled the place if you have unprofessional and lazy staff and rude they get upset when you ask for refills and napkins they have worst management victor and another lady they have there name tags fipped so you cant see name

This is the wooooorst location EVER! They take about 40-50 minutes to make a simple order. Today I just went and I order 1 meal and a pie… they forgot to inform me that they didn’t had a pie and make me wait around 45 minutes for my order, I asked for a return of the money for the pie bc I was just done and they said they can’t do that…. Please avoid discomfort and long wait time and just choose a different location.

Order was placed at 8:44am and was received at 9:15am, we ordered 3 #2 and it took 30 minutes to get the order wrong we were missing the hashbrowns. I called and spoke to Jimena who said was the manager and understood why the service! There was no empathy, no accountability and my options were just more struggles to me. Believe me I would normally not rate this way but when.you bump into someone that is not accountable and does not even try to make things better its good to speak up not worth it to deal with them. The good thing about this franchise is that there are many other options. Thanks and really hope they get their act together.

The staff is the worst, take care of them, they try to invent that for asking them for ranch sauce, buffalo ketchup is an extra 75 cents, what you have to pay is a bloody robbery and according to them, it is their employer's policy. and apart from that they want to mistreat you if you ask them what they should give you without charging their extras anyway without some rats it hurts the place with those employees you can go to hell that place

Horrible customer service . The store manager didn’t even know her own store number. McDonald’s you need to be careful who u hire . RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF . The AC didn’t work in the play area at all it was so hot. The place was filthy dirty even the floors were sticky. McDonald’s cooperate be careful who you hire this store manager was a disgrace to the company. I’m a former Crew Trainer and I would never have my store or employees like this. I will be calling Cooperative as well. DONT EAT HERE HORRIBLE STAFF , DIRTY EVERYTHING, NO AC IN KIDS PLAY PLACE.
