Posso dire pizza favolosa. Una/due volte l'anno veniamo appositamente qui per mangiare una pizza 🍕 veramente ottima Grande, ingredienti buoni,impasto morbido e allo stesso tempo si sente che scricchiola leggermente in bocca Per due persone:2 pizze/2 birre/1 acqua mezzo litro/2 tiramisù al pistacchio (buono)/2 caffè/coperto(2 euro a persona)=tot circa 50 euro Per il posto e la pizza buonissima e grande!spesi ben volentieri.
Molto carino il locale, noi abbiamo cenato fuori con il nostro cane, ambiente tranquillo, buona la pizza staff gentile

Excellent pizzeria, tasty pizzas with light dough. They also offer more unusual pizzas with local ingredients, like mocetta or lardo. Beautiful views from the outdoor tables.
The place is beautiful, the pizzas are of excellent quality, including the ingredients, and the service is fast.
We returned to Le Moulin after eight years and can confirm the excellent experience we had back then. A typical restaurant, not huge but not small either. Reading other reviews, you might think it seats barely 30 people, but it actually has three rooms, and overall there are quite a few tables. On nice days, you can also eat in the small courtyard in front, where there are a few tables (a few). Reservations are certainly best/necessary, even at lunch. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick and courteous. The pizzas (they only serve pizzas, except for platters and maybe one or two other cold dishes) are large and delicious: crispy and thin, just the right amount, as my daughter said. I tried the pinsa, however, with a different dough than the pizza (I love pinsa in general because everything is thicker and easier to digest, in my opinion) and found it delicious, well-made, and super easy to digest (precisely). The vegetables were also good (I had a vegetarian one), fresh, tasty and plentiful!
I'm not much of a pizza fan... but this one is special, beautiful to look at and good to eat without burning and nice and clean underneath, I recommend it.

We've wanted to try their pizzas on several occasions...unfortunately, the few available seats are always occupied, and we're making reservations for the next time. It would also be helpful to choose a time to reserve one of the few available parking spaces to avoid parking along the downhill road. See you soon.

Molto Saporito! Excellent Italian Pizzeria, had a super tasty Pizza dinner with my friends. All 14 of us were very satisfied with our meals, that says a lot. Very recommended and worth detour.
Se volete assaporare una buona pizza a Brusson e gustarvi un bel panorama, questo è il posto giusto. Il dehors è carino anche se non ci sono molti posti a sedere. Il servizio è rapido e il personale è gentile. Il menu è molto vario. Prezzi nella media. Parcheggio comodissimo.
Molto buona la pizza, molto troppo caldo nella saletta superiore. Ambiente piccolo, meglio prenotare, i cani non possono entrare. 2 pizze, 2 birre medie, 2 caffè 1 amaro circa 36 euro.
Ottima pizza, buono il tagliere di salumi e formaggi tipici,veloci a servire nonostante il locale fosse pieno. Inoltre questo locale è ,sia esternamente che internamente ,molto bello, ovviamente sullo stile della zona
Un angolino appartato e ben dislocato. Interno ben arredato e accogliente. Pizze molto buone, realizzate con ingredienti di qualità. Mangiare all'aperto baciati dal sole è stato molto bello.
La tipica pizzeria di montagna. Non ci andrei per mangiare la pizza più buona del mondo ma il posto è bellissimo, dentro gli interni sono molto in stile montagna, curati e puliti.

Pizzeria piccola ma in una struttura tipica valdostana. Pizza particolare (non napoletana) ma ottima e molto leggera. Merita se passate da brusson. Conviene prenotare perche i coperti non sono tantissimi.
It's a real pizzeria, there's no other dish than pizza, very nice atmosphere, in Aosta Valley style, we had a pizza and appetizer, both good, they have few seats available especially outside, adjacent parking of medium-small size. Dogs are not accepted inside
La peggior pizza che abbia già mangiato. Prezzi da Milano centro, lentezza estrema nel servizio, pizza salata, coltelli da campeggio che non tagliano. La bimba di 18 mesi ha pagato il coperto di 2 euro. Semplicemente pessimi. Se proprio volete andarci portatevi dei coltelli che tagliano…
Very unfriendly and rude staff, rushed out of the restaurant way before closing time stated. Food was standard, with cheap wine being the only positive.
Though we booked a table for 8pm and arrived promptly, we were (literally) brushed out of the restaurant at 9:30, despite their closing time being listed as 22:00. The service was poor - staff were unfriendly and uninterested; plates were taken away as others were visibly eating, and they exclaimed “viola” as we left. The pizzas were standard and we enjoyed the cheap wine on tap.

Pizzas were very slim, and lacking ingredients...... For 11 euros (it said 10 on the menu) that is not good. When i came to take the pizza, it felt like they wanted to rush me, they did not asked if i wanted any dessert, drink, or anything else. Pretty bad... When exiting the restaurant, a dog came from their garden and barked at me agressively like he wanted to attack me for no reasons. I will never come back again and I do not recommand.
