It took 10 minutes of turning on and off of my radio and making noise before someone took my order from the drive thru. I had 2 tacos and 1 medium coke. Coke was 3/4 full. Once I took a sip of my drink it was not coke but carbonated water. I went inside and tried all drinks available at the drink machine but it was all carbonated water. No one ask to help me. One customer was upset about his order. Got frustrated and left and threw my drink in the trash. Piss poor service! It was 1/16/2025 @ 5:45pm.

highly disappointed on there app, Jack in The box app I don't know if it was our phones or their app I've been charged for it it hasn't even put on the screen I had to pay another 23 something to order the $20 Burger , hopefully we get the 23 that we already been charged for ,. But it's Sunday it's about 6:05 I guess they're overworked well it's obvious they were overworked because it was supposed to be two medium curly fries only received one a small curly fries put in a medium boxI worked at before sorry know the game I'm probably going to try to get a job so Victor holler at me you people need help there I'm just trying to contribute. but other than that the 20 dollar Burger bundle is a good deal if you can get all your food that comes with.

I came by expecting normal JITB service and food. The service and food was terrible.

If you order during the day you get a standard jack in the box experience. If you order at night, however, plan to be waiting 30 mins—1 hour to get your food. We placed a mobile order and still had to wait that long due to there being 3 cars ahead of us. I tried to go inside to ask for the food because they informed us it was ready. Once inside they wouldn’t acknowledge me so I waited in the drive thru as I couldn’t cancel my order.

The dude sounded like he couldn't be bothered to even take our order and we were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I had to get out and ask them to have the one person that had been in front of us the entire time to pull around and when he came to the door because it was "drive thru only" he asked if we had already placed our order. I told him I didnt even want the food anymore. This is quite possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had

The absolute WORST jack in the box!! Almost 20 minutes in the drive through!!! And no apologies from the employee. At the very least offer a free soda or dessert or something! Also it's apparent the grill was filthy, the food tasted terrible. Do better! Much better!!

Every time I go to this store, the experience gets worse. I went through the drive thru, 1 vehicle ahead of me and 1 vehicle behind me, I ordered a breakfast burrito and 2 breakfast jacks. I was asked to drive around to the front of the store, while waiting 15 minutes for my order, the vehicle in front of me as well as the vehicle behind me, gets their order and leaves. Another 6 mins goes by before the worker brings my order comes out with an attitude. 21 minutes waiting for a burrito and 2 breakfast jacks in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. I'll definitely be taking my business else where from this point forward

i had my friend go pick up my food for me and i ordered one jumbo drink, and two regular tiny tacos. they told my friend that i got no drink with my order. i tried calling the store multiple times and got no response. kinda disappointing.

We arrived at 10:20pm on 5/23/25 and were told that because the cashier doesn’t want to work they will only take credit cards and not cash. We stood around for another 10 minutes waiting to order while three employees wandered around the store. When I asked about ordering we were told I would have to wait until 11pm for another cashier to show up. We left! This place is a joke

The location on Villa Maria in Bryan had the absolute worst service and quality of food tonight.. The shift leader didn't care to correct orders that were given out incorrectly tonight and everything was cold! You can clearly tell no one at work wanted to be there. It showed in every aspect.

I went to jack in the box at 10:30 the food took quite a bit to reach out of the drive thru and getting home i cant swallow the fries. They smell weird and seems like im eating plastic. Please revise and analyze whats being done. I don’t usually have this problem in this place but this is not a good sign. Plus all of the reviews posted recently.

I order Southwest salad and omg! The bowl was less than half full and plus I ordered southwest salad because the dressing and they send me ranch, Seriously? For a 9 dlls salad there is no way.

We went tru the drive tru it took almost 20 mins and then 10 mins to take my order and I order 6 tacos and 10 mins waiting on the window and one of the tacos were bitten! This unacceptable!! This was at 3am!
