I have been here twice since then and have received nothing great service from Marcus last week and my server today Brandon. Thank you Vanessa I changed my review to a 5 star rating. We stopped by the Olive Garden in Buena Park for dinner and had a really great experience overall — definitely a 5 out of 5 for me. The food was awesome. I didn’t really like the chicken gnocchi soup, though — something about the texture just didn’t sit right with me. Not sure what it was exactly, but it didn’t have the same appeal as everything else. That said, the never-ending salad was so good. Super fresh and crisp, and they brought out plenty of it. Our server was really sweet, even though she accidentally forgot my Dr. Pepper at first. I mentioned it, and she apologized and comped the drink, which I thought was a really thoughtful gesture. Big points for how she handled that! There was no wait at all when we arrived (just the two of us), and we got seated at a booth right away. It was clean, quiet inside, and honestly a really comfortable vibe. I’d say it’s not necessary to make a reservation, at least based on our visit, but it probably depends on the day since I’m not local. The parking lot was a little sketchy, especially later in the evening — we heard a couple of people yelling at each other out there, which was kind of unsettling, but once inside, it was calm and welcoming. We spent about $10 to $20 per person, which felt super fair for the amount of food and service we got. Overall: great service, great food (minus that one soup), and I’d definitely come back again if I’m in the area.

We went here after Knotts for our sons friends 18th last minute dinner. We were served by Brianna. She was so lovely, polite professional and took amazingly great care of us. Everyone enjoyed their meals and there was so much that most of us took a doggie bag home. The cocktail (only I had one) was yummy and we got a complimentary desert for the birthday boy and the staff sung Happy Birthdya along with us. It was a great choice, there were 9 of us altogther. I would give it a 10 out of 5. Everyone loved the Brianna, the food and the service. Thanks Olive Garden, we will be back.

Our experience here was great. The service was fantastic ! The food is very mid in terms of taste. It's nice but nothing special, you could easily recreate the food at home. It is also very expensive for the quality but we had a nice time.

This restaurant (this location) is one of the fastest seating wait I've experienced in the chain of Olive Garden restaurants. The choices are great for all Italian food newbies and kids. Forgive me, I'm not expressing discontent at all. Its good food. My only real discomfort with the restaurant is that their a/c is at full blast so take a warm jacket. Other than that good experience.

Don't order extra cheese on your pasta it makes it salty. Had the mushroom Marsala substituted mashed potatoes for angel hair pasta. Super fast service good came out really fast. Not busy we also got seated quick.

The service was a bit strange on our most recent visit. Our server felt really eager. Too eager. It was actually kinda annoying. We sit down and within 30 seconds he already wants to put in some appetizers for us. We say we need more time and he comes back like 2 minutes later, picks up the kiosk, and asks if we want apps. Like chill lol we can literally put in the appetizer order into the kiosk ourselves. He kept trying to push us to get add ons or desserts throughout the night and wouldn’t take the first no as a no. It was just really awkward for us. Other than that, the food was fine as always and the ambiance felt like an Olive Garden.

When there with my family food was good, server did great job. Only reason im giving them 3 stars is because we had ordered the warm donuts to go. When we got home my daughter tried 1 and said it was salty. I didnt believe her and bit into 1 that was heavily coated, instantly spit it out with how salty it was. Luckily my daught had a top donut barely even had any on it. When i called they only offered me gift card or to come pick up a new 1. My family still wanted them so i picked it up but didnt receieve nothing else for compensation for the inconvenience which was the disappointing part. Wasted gas going round trip. Only reason they didnt get 1 star is because of the dine in service and food.

Put name in for a table and was told about 20mins. An hour later we got notified that our table was ready , only to be told we needed to wait longer for the table to be cleaned. There were at least 4 large tables that were clean and ready to go that we saw...after finally getting seated we ordered our drinks which came in good timing but then waited for quite a while before someone came to take our orders. We didn't receive our bread sticks or salad until maybe 25mins after being seated and the plates that were given to us were filthy and still had some kind of food stuck to them. We had 4 of the all you can eat pasta bowls, which we were only able to order a second helping of because service was so terrible. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

Got seated fast also got food fast but a soon as my server couldn’t bring a simple of bread sticks and instead said sorry it come out with your food .when requesting for a salad he replied by saying sorry can’t change your food for a salad I had to tell him to just bring a order of salad. I just don’t understand how he just wanted to argue about getting any of my orders to my table. I tried to give olive garden another shot after a few years of not coming here do to the cheap ingredients and what seems to be Italian frozen food you can get at the frozen section of your grocery store . For anybody looking for good quality Italian food I suggest you try Bucca de peppo instead of waiting your time on frozen bread sticks and water-crest lettuce with no nutrients.

I don’t usually leave low reviews unless something truly requires attention. This visit was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had at Olive Garden. The place seemed terribly understaffed, and our table was ignored almost the entire time. No one checked on us, refilled water, or brought basic things like napkins or utensils. Each time we asked for help, staff said “I’m not your server, but I’ll get someone,” and no one ever returned. Even the call device on our table was flashing for minutes while employees walked by ignoring it. One staff member made a rude gesture when I asked for help. I eventually had to go to the manager myself just to pay and leave. I hope management seriously addresses the service and staffing issues here. No guest should ever be treated this way.

I would like to start by saying the quality of the olive garden restaurant has desperately decreased over the years as a kid. I remember going to the olive garden and enjoying the food this time when I visited. I was met with a sad quality of fake Italian food, no passion, pre-made meals, frozen crap meet balls were cold, I'm the middle, and taste less you could see water dripping out of the meat balls & don't get me started on the calamari it was so dry the breading just fell of taste less excess for food the bread sticks the waiter brought us were hard as a rock you could tell there were microwaved, also our waiter was so rude he started by only providing 1 glass of water for two people we had to wait 15 mins for another glass the staff were so disorganized not mentioning they brought us our main dishes frist then our appetizers this is so ridiculous this establishment is a Joke I will not be coming back I recommend you stay far away from this location!!!
