My favorite location food taste great and staff always nice and great best in the area
Excellent food. Better customer service. Friendly staff. Great location. If you want a kfc stop in at this location. Nicole is the best
Nicole is absolutely amazing. She was there by her lonesome, and just gave everyone who came through the most wonderful and kind service. It wasn't just that, but also something extra that few take the time to give. She gives her heart in her service. She should be acknowledged and praised. She sure made MY day in just being her. Well done, Nicole! Thank you for being someone who restores my faith in humanity! You are seen, and appreciated. You probably don't get it enough.
Came in to get a pot pie. Manager apologized and said won't be ready for 20 minutes. She suggested the $7 fill ups. I got the 3 piece tenders. I asked for fries she saie it's normally a 50 cent up charge and offered both mashed potatoes and fries since they had no pot pies ready.

KFC, known for its iconic fried chicken, delivers a satisfying but guilty pleasure. The crispy, flavorful coating encases tender chicken pieces, and the aroma is undeniably enticing. Yet, the excessive grease can be overwhelming, making it an occasional treat rather than a regular meal choice. Sides like the mashed potatoes and coleslaw are decent accompaniments, but the biscuits often steal the show with their fluffy, buttery goodness. The menu diversity is a plus, offering various chicken options and combos. KFC's value for money is commendable, but health-conscious diners should indulge sparingly due to its high calorie and sodium content.
Food ordering is fine. I just dont like the fact that you have to bother the one employee on the counter just to go to the restroom (because they lock it everytime) , ask for a spoon, ask for some ketchup (they dont provide these upon pickup right away). Other than that it is all good.
Great chicken at KFC just got too pricy, think I'll have start buying at the supermarket deli to feed the family.

Food is great but the parking lot needs a new paving and exiting out from the drive thru can be a pain because you only have one choice, and that's a right on Beach Blvd. Other than that, chicken is amazing and what you'd expect from a KFC. Only bad food I ever had were old fries that were gummy to eat, a complete waste of money. But for chicken, still recommend if it's the closest one by you.
I've been here awhile back. Food was actually prepared fresh for us, so all the food was hot and delicious, but... staff were MIA. we waited 15 mins for someone to help us, and the staff all took a break at the same time, so you're left with NO help at the register

I now remember why i don't come to this location anymore. Their food never taste fresh. The fries were so dry and cold. They tasted like they cooked them an hour prior and set them under a warm lamp. The only good part was the woman worker with an Eagles sweatshirt. Come on KFC you need to step up your game

I will never return to this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 12 piece chicken bucket with all dark meat. I noticed on the receipt that it said spicy chicken but my daughter can’t eat spicy so when the drive- through cashier Diana was going to give me the food I told her that I need a regular sandwich not spicy. She then paused and had a look on her face as if she was upset. She then just took the food and closed the window like she had an attitude. When she came back and gave me the food I told her thank you and said that she shouldn’t have an attitude just because I asked her to change my order. She then was very defensive and went back and forth with me about what I said. After a couple of minutes of going back and forth I told her to have a good day. Of course when I got home they gave me chicken breast when I clearly ordered all dark meat.
Got a 20 dollar deal with 8 piece with sides and a drink. The people who works there have no clue how heavy these sides are. Lost all my gravy but im cool. I really wished they knew the integrity structure of the bag. And im pissed. Never going over again.
Beware when ordering online. People tend to just walk in and steal your order off the pickup shelf. Staff don't even care, when we asked about where our order went they just say "oh we gave that to someone already, they showed something on their phone" without offering any way to remedy the issue. Terrible service on that regard.
This location needs to be shut down!! Food is never fresh, fries always soggy, with the long wait you would think the food is fresh .. .took forever to get one Famous bowel which chicken was not chewable, more corn than any other ingredient!! I'm not visiting this location anymore, now I see why Churches is better!!!
Got FOOD POISONING for the first time in my life because I ordered the chicken sandwich from this KFC location. I have never had any issues with ordering the same exact meal at other locations, but this was a horrible experience. Safe to say I am NEVER going back to this store again. Eat from there at your own risk!!
Don't waste your time at this franchise. The manager of all people made me wait while she talked with your employees about gossip. I was the only customer at the place at that time. The manager needs to be replaced. She is lazy
I like Kfc very much , I took a bucket of wings , 2 salads , 2 mashed potatoes and ordered a toy !!!! I got only the bucket of wings, but the toy and the salads and mashed potatoes were not put ( they just gave me fries ) if I wanted fries I would have ordered them. Why is it hard to be so attentive? Why are there places where you want to drive 15-20 miles to get to that Kfc branch!!!!!

First and last time at this location. Chicken was dry and grey, tasted old. No way this rubber plastic looking chicken was made same day. Just check the pictures. INEDIBLE.
Found a very long piece of hair in my chicken Gross. Tried to call them and they won't answer.
