Opinions de Elmwood Tacos and Subs Buffalo
I go to Ets all the time. Shirley was so nice while taking my order and has great customer service skills. Bravo to her for being a great employee.
The BEST waffle fries I've ever had! I love going here late night. They open late and it's a close walk from where I live. They have great quesadillas too. A great place for a variety of great food.
They had a wide variety of food to choose from. I liked that they had healthy choices, such as different salads. The food was very delicious! Friendly staff, my food was quickly cooked, even though I ordered for 4 people. Overall, a very good experience here!
This place is amazing the tacos the enchiladas out of this world. The subs are fabulous also. Plenty of seating the workers are very gracious right in the heart of Buffalo you can't go wrong. Top marks will definitely return again
Always good food always good customer service
This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and food is great. It is a family owned restaurant and is used with local quality ingredients. I live very close to the restaurant and stop in for lunch or dinner a couple of times a week. I have tried almost everything on the menu and everything is amazing. I definitely recommend going to this restaurant. The restaurant is very clean and very well maintained. The staff is always welcoming, which creates a good atmosphere. Prices are great and food is great. I usually get a beef and bean burrito and love it so much, so if your in the mood for a burrito, then get a beef and been burrito.
Tonight was my first time here since moving back to college and it will NOT be my last. I ordered the Fit Salad and Fit Bean Supreme (the burrito) and they were amazing! I had the burrito later in the night and it was still 10/10. Highly recommend!
I love these tacos! I often pick up tacos on lunch. If you get there between 11:15 and 11:40 you can quickly go thru the drive thru. I like the tacos spicy tacos with the ETS sauce.
GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS ALERT This place is a little too renovated to fit into the neighborhood. The fixtures on the counter and in the lobby are just too mass corporate looking and McDonaldized to really top the list of cool interiors. But the food here is very good and priced well. The service here is also good. They do have a drive through as well. Nothing tops off getting a bean taco from here on a corn shell.
Delicious as usual. Tacos were amazing. The waffle cut fries were cooked to perfection and the bag was big I could not finish them off. Went through the drive thru and the food was properly and neatly wrapped and packaged. Well done!
Coworkers recommended it and I decided to try them out. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and ready to take my order. Prices were decent but the food was definitely worth it. I would return if in the area.
❤️ this place! If I'm in the neighborhood , I'm getting myself a beef taco supreme. It is incredibly satisfying. Update, I've been back several times when close by and hungry, and have the same thing every time and it's always just as good as the first time. I also appreciate the staff which seems to be very accommodating, and great people.
Amazing family owned and operated business that delivers incredible consistent food every time. The drive thru is perfect when grabbing something for the family. There is always something for everyone. It’s the cleanest restaurant in Buffalo!
The only thing I have tried from the menu has been the Waffle Fries with Honey BBQ sauce and honestly that's enough for me! The french fries are so perfect and taste so good. They are great for a late night snack or for something light during the day. Maybe I will try other food there in the future, but I am so content with just the fries that it might take a while for me to branch out.
Been coming to ETS since I was a child. Food is second to none. I've never had better burritos in my life. Now living in Canada we drive up every few months to stock our freezer. Keep up the fantastic work!
I've been eating here since a young child its sooooo good NEEDS MORE LOCATIONS PLEASE 🙏 😩
🍴Mexican pizza (with extra sour cream) BuffaliciousBites gives ETS 5 stars!
Went through drive thru yesterday and got greeted by the sweetest girl named Layla! She had such a big smile and a cheery attitude. And not just that! My food was given to me warm and neat! I love ETS!
1st time there. Nicer than expected. Clean and good service. Prices are good considering the rent businesses pays to be on Elmwood Ave. Awesome people watching too.
We had the pleasure of being helped by a gentleman named Reese (not sure if I spelled his name correctly). He was very kind and charismatic and we will definitely return.
Love the beef tacos with medium amount of ETS sauce! I've been a customer off and on since about 1977 (?), when I first had the tacos and subs as a college student. Now I live out of state, so I get to Buffalo just once in a while. This summer I visited and was surprised at the price of the tacos, but the quality is the same (Soooo good!) I even turned my husband on to them. We bought a volume to take with us! The counter associate was very personable. The place is clean. Parking was adequate when we arrived. Question: what kind of cheese(s) do you use? It's perfect.
I've been getting tacos from ETS for over 40 years, and I have got to say. 🌮!🌮!🌮!🌮!🌮!🌮! They taste as good today if not better than they did 40 years ago. I was in my taco glory. This is a classic beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato Taco that has not changed in over 40 years other than the shape of the tomatoes. Which are now cubed. And the tace is a little bigger, but they also cost more. They're well worth the 💲 The only reason I don't give it all five stars is because I've been going hear my whole life. But it's been a while, a long while. I used to be there 3 to 4 nights a week, literally. When I was younger, the people working and the atmosphere was much more fun. Not that the people working today didn't take great care of us, they did. It just wasn't the same atmosphere or staff when stopping on the way home at 3:00 AM. ✌🏻🇺🇦
I haven’t written a review in a while but I went there this evening through the drive thru.. and the girl you have working the window.. I feel like she is going to go far in life! She has the driven CEO fire in her! I can feel it. I have always had a good customer service experience there.. BUT… I think her name on the receipt said Luscia, she deserves a raise! She was so patient, efficient, friendly and professional. A service with a smile and eye contact and told me she hopes I enjoy the rest of my evening. I drove away feeling like her energy was electric and magnetic! I was excited to dive into my dinner after the interaction with her. :) Great hire!
We had breakfast at ETS. I had a breakfast burrito with eggs and beef, made spicy. It was so good. Just like I remember ETS tasting like! We also had a yougut parfait, very good. Had another burrito with bacon , egg, bean, and cheese. A+ very good. Had potato mashers, mmm tasty. The breakfast menu is new. All the items we had were very tasty and made with quality ingredients. Thank you for the free coffee. We will be back. Open at 7:00 AM.very good addition to the menu.
First time eating at ETS… AMAZING. Had a chicken and bean burrito it was perfect. Tried the fries with cheese sauce, perfect. Their churros? PERFECT. They also have Loganberry!! Extremely friendly staff especially Harley who cashed us out. Great experience and would highly recommend checking this place out.

Love the drive-through loves the tacos. I love their waffle fries. The service is OK. The ambience is much better than McDonald's and it's much much healthier depending on what your order.

It's been around for a long time. It's simply good affordable tasty food in a fast-food world. Its cleanliness is exceptional plus plus. When should we eat here once yo crave the taste again.
Nice subs. Sadly they don't offer that many options apart from a small selection of meats and the option to add lettuce and cheese to whatever method of delivery you pick. They are similar to taco Bell or Mighty Taco in that they don't offer that many options. They have delicious cookies and lots of drink options. Overall, if you're looking for an average taco/sub shop, or you're looking for something quick, then this is the place for you.
Friendly waitstaff, really clean and well-done interior (looks almost like a chain but they sunk all their money into the one location.) Not much to choose from: a few hot and cold sandwiches, burritos, and tacos, but the food was decent and the subs were huge. I had a great ham and salami grilled sub and some pasta salad. They have a drive-through as well.
It's amazing but Just need more fries coming for a big back! 😀
I've been going here for years. The portions have gone down, and the prices have gone up, but the quality has remained consistently a 4. Subs are a little slow to make, and sometimes the tacos are a little sloppy, but the spice is nice and the fries are to die for. If only they still came in the big bag they used to.
Cant order over the phone, have to do it online. Wanted to pay cash, had to use card. Food was ready quick. Employee forgot the chicken finger sub, after reviewing the receipt. Thankfully i checked before i left. Food was well priced and tasted good
The food was pretty good. I would definitely try other menu items if I’m in the area again. The young lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and patient with all 7 of us. It was our first time here and we were unfamiliar with the menu.
I order their chicken supreme the meat taste like some old dry chicken,. Went back another time and was the same way...
Nice spot! I was given a gift card as a gift and stopped in for lunch. Tried out one of their cold subs, the beef taco, and the fish taco. Unfortunately they were out of cheese steak subs, but the Italian Assorted was on par with a good deli. The tacos were good, the fish taco was light and fresh. The prices were higher than expected as they had 1 $ on google but my girlfriend spent about $22 on 3 beef tacos, fries, and a fountain drink. Overall a good experience!
Good food at reasonable prices. Views and seating are nice in a comfy atmosphere. Staff is friendly and courteous. I miss that they no longer partner with Skip The Dishes, as that was a great relationship which allowed us to order delivery from them whether at home or at work :(
I thought the food was great there! My kids had a problem with the spice level as even no sauce had a kick. Not much of a difference between medium and no sauce! Other than that, the restaurant was clean. Took a bit to get the food but I felt it was worth it. Serves some items that don't fit the theme, like giant cookies and pumpkin milkshakes (both were awesome BTW).
Pretty good food. I got a chicken quesadilla with some waffle fries and a lemonade. Quesadilla was pretty good especially with the sauce. Cut in a weird way. Fry’s where excellent. They have a drive through. Decent sized parking lot and dine in area. Everyone there was nice. The cookies look huge
A local legend, good food, great price, great selection. Think fast food but a little better quality than that. Resturant was busy and clean. Staff was attentive and friendly

ETS throughout the years, has always been consistent. The taco supreme is the most requested taco they have. You also are going to want a order of their waffle Fry's. They are really good. Even though there is nothing fancy about their food. You will be satisfied ordering from here.
Reasonably tasty food with standout guacamole. Love to support local business using locally produced ingredients, but the quality of the finished product is inconsistent. Overstuffed or understuffed burritos and tacos, weirdly grainy ground beef. Service is on the slow side even when it's not busy. Staff is always pleasant and polite though!
The last several times I have been disappointed but used to love it. It used to be my late night spot of choice. My hot sub took 45 minutes and came out cold. The fries are consistently under cooked and the cookie is hit or miss. The burritos are still good.
Haven't been here in quite a while, definitely not as good as I remember. Ordered the nachos with chicken. We were going to eat inside there and when it was ready we sat down and when I opened it the cheese was just all on top, not even hot, just barely warm, not really that appetizing. I really guess I should have complained and asked for a fresh one since it seemed like it was sitting for a bit before we were called for the pickup. Other than the food the place itself was clean, I like the level of the tables and seats, perfect height. The air conditioner was way too cold for the outside temperature, we were freezing!
It’s ok. Not bad, not good. The drive thru wait time is ridiculous. I’ve been coming here for years and don’t really remember it being that bad. The tacos are really small for the price and they load them with lettuce. If you want something quick, it’ll get the job done I guess.
Another place that has unfortunately lost something along the way. Meat and taco were cold and soggy. Almost no seasoning on taco. Used to love waking up and smelling ets to start my day as a kid. Place was always a treat but past few trips back to Buffalo it just has not been the same quality.
Stopped in for a quick bite. I ordered a supreme beef taco mild. It was a bit spicy for a mild. I love spice so I had no problem, but if it was for a child it might be too spicy.y partner ordered the chimichangas. It came with two small ones. They were super crispy, good flavor, very hot. I think a Little overpriced for the size of the items. The taste was spot on. One of the main reasons I gave a low rating was the atmosphere. A person whom I think was the manager seemed to be going through a personal crisis and was talking very loudly on her cell phone both in the seating area and as well as behind the counter.
ETS has been one of my favorite restaurants growing up in Buffalo. And I recently visited home from Georgia and ETS is always my 1st stop my usual 1 beef taco supreme and 2 hardshell beef tacos and a loganberry. However I was disappointed my food was not the same. If you changed something please revert back or please train your employees to fix ETS how it's supposed to be.
Did the portions get smaller?? Ordered our usual and both were smaller than we're accustomed to. Still tasted great, but disappointing.
The young lady at the counter had a terrible disposition. When asking for a replacement item, she took the item and threw it on the counter. This probably wouldn't be so bad, but bad service and barley edible food is not the ETS that I used to know. Bland unseasoned tough chicken is not what i asked for. What i dod ask for was extra lettuce, which i dont appear to have received, and it's supposed to have some sauce on it, but where is it? I'll wait a few more years before I'll revisit this place(M.C., rude cashier)
First time here, not the best experience. Flat soda, cold/old fries, and after having to repeat my order twice to the cashier, sandwich was still prepared incorrectly. When I received the corrected version, it appeared to have been place back on the original bun, which had completely turned to mush. Not really impressed.
Been 3 times. Decent food but way overpriced. Expect to pay $25 for a 12 inch sub and drink after tax. For the price I would expect the employees to at least act like they want to be there, which they never do.
I’ve placed an order on DoorDash and unfortunately did not receive the waffle fries. In addition, I have stated no cabbage and no pink tangy sauce on my tacos and they came with them anyway. Very unacceptable.
First off this is not a reflection of the staff. Harley W took our order from the drive thru & they were great! It’s just the food was not great & this is my second time giving them a chance & left being disappointed. I got a chicken burrito on a 10’ tortilla but instead it was tiny & not flavorful. I also did order a side of waffle fries and that was tasty! Overall, I honestly would not recommend :( one star for the customer service & another for the waffle fries!
food is meh. the prices are laughably high. an order of fries with a side of nacho cheese came out to $7. combo meals are like $17. fast food at sit down restaurant prices
Quality has deteriorated in the last few years. I used to be a huge fan of the food here, especially the chicken quesadilla and the chicken fajitas, but they were both dry and tasteless. The only thing that we ordered that was decent was the cookie. Will not be back.
I have been to ETS a few times and the food was okay but I just went through the drive through and ordered a taco salad and was told no. When I asked if I could have it without the shell they said no again. The taco salad ingredients are the same things on every other item. They could, they just didnt want to. Upset :(
My buddy likes to frequent this establishment for some late night eats. He usually has a problem with missing item(s) tho. After a few visits I Decided to roll with it and order something for myself. I Choose a Chicken Quesadilla ,you get a decently sized one in a box with a little bed of lettuce on the side and sour cream. It was rather expensive and mediocre at best. The chicken was bland and I can pretty much guarantee it comes from a can. I may be wrong but if so it's really lacking flavor. If it wasn't for the cheese and salsa it would be down right awful. It would be nice if they tossed a sprinkle of diced tomatoes on the bed of lettuce. As of now I'd rank Mighty Taco above this spot. The fellow at the counter was extremely uninviting with a heavy stank face very bad negative energy. If I happen to try this place again and am pleased I'd be willing to adjust my outlook.
Extremely overpriced for lower quality food. Nothing here that probably wouldn’t be better at a local pizzeria
Consistently terrible. Today I had tacos supreme which looked like burritos but tasted like neither tacos nor burritos. My "tacos" were oozing large quantities of liquid. Also, watch out - their food can be very spicy even without any salsa. Lots of hot pepper in their beef.
It's a mediocre spot you can eat at after drinking or on a late night tip. I've only had their tacos but they're honestly Taco Bell status. Usually wet and sloppy and beef with a strong taco seasoning taste. The waffle fries are cool I haven't tried anything else but this isn't a good place for American style tacos.
Ordered tacos, there was very little meat, they were sloped together, a total mess. The waffle fries weren't even cooked - they didn't even start to brown. For slop like that I could have went to one out the taco places. After working a double it would have been nice to have been served food that the people making it showed pride in what they did. Very disappointed.
Waited 35mins which is the norm btw if you order a hot sub at a restaurant with sub in the name! Then my order was wrong. No apology compensation or food offered AT ALL. Aggressive attack from the manager, so after 45mins I walked out without my order, losing $45 in the exchange because the food I had received by the time I actually gave up and left. Awaiting a likely snarky response to this instead of a prompt refund. No wonder the Union organizations accuse them of “bad faith bargaining” considering they wanted me to pay full price for their mistake and just accept the cold food as the result!
The half tuna sub on the toasted sesame rolls were my favorite! Got one tonight and it was less than half the size it used to be! The roll was thin, perfect for a hot dog. Gone was the big crusty toasted sesame rolls. It was wildly disappointing. No more will we be making a special trip to get what was once a favorite. The taco salad was half the size. Such dramatic changes in portion size all at once was incredibly obvious. Shrink-flation is one option, but I'll pass.
So I ordered properly, emphasized the additions to my taco. I checked the printout, and indeed I paid extra for sour cream, and ordered spicy. Is it asking too much to actually get what was ordered? Every time I order from here at the drive through they forget at least 2 things. This is the 3rd time. I give up.
How the non-Mighty have fallen. I loved this place for nearly 50 years. Now, just more money for less food and poor quality. I mean, they call this scant array of limp green lettuce! Very saddened. And, please, stop apologizing and making excuses and start restoring your beloved restaurant to what it once was and probably could be again.
Won't take order over the phone. At drive thru placing order was told subs take too long and must order inside. Ordered turkey sub and got a ham sub. Same thing happened last time. I used to really like this place but I think I am done.
Show up at 1006 am standing outside while workers are inside watching. Maybe switch opening time to 1030? So we waited five mins and knocked and was told it was still going to be a while before they opened. We went down the street to Louie's and got our food in less then ten minutes. Maybe give watches out for Christmas presents this year.
First time here and I was disappointed. I got a beef and bean burrito and the meat was like very ground up… almost into the texture of mush. The toppings were pretty good. The rice bowl was super disappointing. The chicken looked like unseasoned boiled chicken- picture is attached for reference. I spent over $20 for a small/medium sized burrito and a small, bland rice bowl. Honestly… Taco Bell has more flavor and better prices. Or for a little more money, Chipotle is much better. The staff were friendly and pleasant… but the food was a flop for me.

Elmwood Taco & Subs has changed dramatically over the past 2 years. Their food has diminished in quantity and quality, yet their prices have increased. I ordered a taco salad that had nothing but meat and cheese. None of the ingredients ordered were in the dish when I got home. I will not return to this place.
My chicken quesadilla was awful. The cheese sauce taste like it came straight out of a can nice and cold. They are overpriced. They treat their workers awful. Don't go.
I ordered a chimichanga yesterday. I asked for no black olives and light salsa. When I received my food it had olives and heavy salsa so I asked the young lady if she could just take it off. Then I started to eat into my 3rd bite I noticed it was a little cold when I checked the meat inside cold has ice, so I returned the food and asked for my mom’s back , when I was explaining my experience with the food all the other employees were laughing like it was funny that I was mad that my food was bad not once but twice. As I was leaving they were still laughing don’t think I be going back. All those kids working there did not give a damn as to what they were serving!!!
I'm from out of town so maybe that's why I didn't like this place but I really did not get anything good here to eat. I ordered a veggie soft taco which I assumed (possibly mistakenly) would be some green peppers and onions maybe a few mushrooms but instead it was a slice of cheese, sliced tomato, and that shredded lettuce you get at the toppings bar at a burger joint. I also ordered the pasta salad and it had so much vinegar that I could barely eat it. Maybe that's how pasta salad is done here but I didn't like it very much.
Bad experience, won’t be coming back. Ordered chicken tenders and waffle fries (among other things)- didn’t get the waffle fries. Went back through drive through an hour later (after going home and having my kid tell me there’s no fries) when I to explain the situation, they argued that I didn’t get waffle fries. Had to pay another $5.45 for some waffle fries for my kid. Here’s the thing- Whether the cashier inside messed up, whether she didn’t hear me, however the waffle fries did or did not end up on the order, it doesn’t matter. I just paid roughly $50 for some chicken tenders, a sub and 2 tacos (and I thought, some waffle fries). They would rather argue with me and make me pay again for some waffle fries than keep a happy returning customer? Where’s the sense in that? Secondly, $12 for 5 chicken tenders with no fries? Really? I didn’t mind ordering the fries separately the first time, but now thinking back the whole thing wasn’t really worth it at all. They were dry and gross and not worth it. So long Elmwood taco place, great customer service (sarcasm).
The staff was so kind and patient as I decided what I wanted. Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of the food. I ordered a taco and it had cold, unmelted American cheese on it. Overall, I thought the food was bland. The only reason I would come back was for the excellent service provided!
0 stars! Just approached the drive thru, the employee said he “would be with us in a moment.” We waited at least 10 minutes, tried to communicate via the speaker, no answer. We then backed up and re-approached the drive thru and an automated voice stated the restaurant was closed. We would have greatly appreciated an honest, up-front “hey we’re closing and will not be able to serve you” instead of leaving us to wait, starve, and rot. - Two hungry parents, who were delayed in returning home to our babies
This break my heart. ETS is core memories and go to comforts, but it wouldn’t have been that for me without the people there. I cannot in good faith go buy lunch after witnessing and learning how management/ownership has treated those very employees that made so many become regulars. I like sour cream with my rice bowl, not causing hardship or supporting retribution. Do better.
Ordered take out through the drive thru window. They completely messed up the order. I order three tacos one beef, one chicken and one fish and got two beef. I ordered a children's taco and didn't get the bracelet it says it comes with. I was charged for my order in full price but was missing too many items. Poor attention to detail. Not worth the drive from clarence to ETS.
I will never eat here again. I've been to this place about 5 times and ALL OF THOSE TIMES they messed up my order. My order wasn't even extreme or hard to follow. I literally wanted a soft shell taco on a white shell with beef cheese and sour cream only nothing else. I state that exact sentence each time. I asked for one taco with just a white shell and beef NOTHING else. THEY COULDN'T EVEN DO THAT!!!! Since I'm not a picky person I ate it anyways and was still disappointed because it tasted awful. They need workers who can at least understand basic skills. I think a 5 year old could follow the instructions and make a better taco.
On 8/22/24 we pulled into the drive thru at 10:45pm. The employee answered and told us to take a look at the menu and he would be right back to take our order. We waited for several minutes (the kids were really hungry). I asked if they were still there a few times with no answer. Then, I noticed a female employee leaving the side of the building. I pulled up to the window and they had shut the lights off and left. I know we pulled in late at night, but they're open until 11pm. I can understand if the employees had already cleaned and didn't want to dirty their stations or make food. Just tell us we are too late to order. I would have understood and gone somewhere else. Don't tell us to wait and you'd be right back. That was unprofessional and a waste of time.
The employees are super nice. I've seen people deal with the owners and they only seem nice when it's their friends. Otherwise they will not hesitate to argue or yell at you. What happened to the customer is always right?? The food is always inconsistent and the beef is so greasy, its like liquid. Also nothing is really gluten free. There's a ton of cross contamination because the fries are apparently fried in the same oil as a the tenders and everything else. The cookies also taste kind of waxy.
7/6 ordered two taco supreme beef’s with black bean, paid $15.01 with a drink… has no lettuce or tomato and is so small, waited 10 minutes for it had to drive back around and wait another 10 minutes On average this place is okay, but they have so much potential. I usually go through the drive-thru, but the dining room is nice. The staff at the window is hit or miss as far as being friendly. You need a key to get into the bathroom which is annoying. I like their spicy diablo sauce, waffle fries and work in the city so it’s convenient to eat there, those are the main reasons I come back. However, it’s not always hot. Tonight was one of those nights. I got two beef taco supremes and the guy in front of me was there for 10 minutes… so by the time I got my food it was completely cold. I brought it back to the office and it was also SOAKING wet. Like half a cup of liquid grease came pouring out of my taco so they should really focus on making sure the food is hot for the customers and draining the beef… I’ll post a picture as well.
ETS has been a favorite of mine since 2012, but they have been steadily going downhill the past few years. Portion sizes have gotten smaller, quality of the product is inconsistent, and with all of this hullabaloo about how the owners have been treating their staff, I can no longer recommend this as a Buffalo classic ☹️ Hopefully they get it together soon.
Food is awful. Ordered a beef and bean with rice and guacamole (guacamole is $2.00 more). There was no evidence of beans and about a teaspoon of guacamole. The rest was beef slop. We had not ordered from ETS for several years. For some reason we forgot why it was so awful and ordered again. Was 54 for 4 burritos and 3 drinks. Burritos were tiny and we were still hungry after. Also: You have about a 50 percent chance of getting what you wanted.
The food was horrible. Absolutely the most bland thing I ever ate. A rice bowl plain white rice plain chicken NO seasoning or hot sauce at all one tiny scoop or sour cream and salsa although I ordered extra. Couldnt even toss in some beans cheese lettuce NOTHING.
EXTREMELY pricey for how much food and the quality of food. Also nothing about this “cheesesteak” is philly. The steak is essentially high end ground beef. The cheese is white american or provelone. The bread is too spongey. Everything pictured was 25 with a $3 tip for a girl to hand me my food at a counter. Also no straws? Do you realize how much of an inconvenience that is (i spilled logan berry because there is an unclosable hole in the lid). You can’t even make the argument that its a noticeable difference environmentally. Never will be returning, jims across the street is far better.
Just had my first experience with ETS, it will also be my last. Went through the drive through tonight and ordered a supreme taco, beef burrito, waffle fries, and a milkshake. They never put the supreme taco in my bag, and I didnt notice until I got home. I called the store and spoke to the manager "Mike", who said he wouldn't refund me unless I gave him the check number on the receipt, which was in my car outside my home on a cold rainy January night. So I went out there in the rain, got the receipt, waited 5 more minutes on hold (was about 20 minutes altogether) and gave him the check number, 675. He then refused to refund the missing taco back onto my credit card, and said I could come in for a new one some time. 1) You charged me for a product you didnt provide to me. 2) After essentially making me pull teeth just to talk to a manager and refusing to refund my money, what on earth makes you think I would ever want to come back to your establishment? On top of all this, when I told him which item was missing, his response was "well that's a pretty big item for them to miss" like I was making it up or something. This was my first time ever going here, I'm not some established customer who's going to keep coming back no matter what. I dont even live nearby, I was just in the area then and wanted something easy and simple, which was the exact opposite of what I received. Worst customer service ever.
Unfortunately got some truly abysmal tacos here. I decided not to post the photo bc I don’t even really wanna trash them.
ETS STOLE MY MONEY. Went through drive thru and paid just over $28 for two burritos and 2 fries only to be told they’re out of fries and can’t issue a refund without a manager. Proceeded to wait over 45 minutes for a manager that never appeared. Eventually had to leave without my money because I had somewhere else to be. This is the most convenient drive thru in relation to my job but I will never return.
I came here to pick up a Uber Eats order. When I needed to use the restroom, they told me I couldn’t because I wasn’t a customer. The sign clearly says to ask an employee for restroom entry, yet I was still refused. Delivery drivers come here regularly, and treating us with such disrespect is very disappointing. This is not customer service, it’s rude behavior.
Im throwing away my menu. I ordered a full ham sub the other day & it was the worse sub I ever ate. Roll was burnt on the ends. The ham had a few hard chewy pieces in it which Im guessing was grissle. I can understand some but I had to spit three bites out. Gross. A ton of mayo oozing out every bite ,I didnt order extra mayo but I got it. Wont order from here ever again.
I would agree that ETS WAS great. Loved it. But now too much $$ for not much of anything. $6 dollars for a beef and bean burrito that would be considered a taco anywhere else in the world. The contents so minuscule that you taste the thick tortilla overlapped on itself more than anything in it. My “burrito” attached 2 bites out of it.
