The burgers are generous and tasty. There's a good selection and choice of products. The service is quick and efficient. The prices are reasonable. The fries are a little bland but still good. I highly recommend it.

Not disappointed by the burgers, hot wings, and fries. While not the best burgers in the world, they're good food; personally, they just needed a good homemade sauce to spice things up. As for the prices, they're more than reasonable: less than 30 euros for three burger meals (including one for children) and eight hot wings. Friendly service and a unique atmosphere.

The food has changed radically for some time now. Before, it was the reference tacos/burgers in Épinal for me, but now it's really to be avoided. The meat seems spoiled, the tacos lack flavor and are far from the ones they used to be, which were good, not to mention the fries, which are not at all the same as before and are soft and tasteless. I still tried several times, telling myself that it was probably a bad day, but no... I'm really disappointed that such a good fast food restaurant is going down so much. I even threw up the tacos I had just started. The burgers are still okay, but once again, they are not at all the same quality as before, and it's a shame because they offer affordable prices and the employees are friendly, but everything is ruined by the food. Hoping that this changes and that it becomes as good as before.

We usually go there and it's good, but this time we ordered via Uber... a bit of a wait but it's still reasonable. However, I ordered a simple taco with nuggets and the taco arrived filled with ground beef (meat that I don't like...) without cheese sauce and especially without taste. As for my partner, his tacos had no sauce and were dry. The tenders were oily, dry and tasteless. As for the fries, it's the same: hard and cold with no taste. While we like to go there in person because it's very good, I sincerely advise against ordering.

Usually good, but twice I've ordered takeout with missing ingredients, and my last order consisted of a steak between two buns. This isn't the first time the burger has been incomplete or with uncooked fries. The Palermo is supposed to consist of: steak, mozzarella, lettuce, tomatoes, and oregano.
