The line will look long, but that's because it's a small space. Didn't be discouraged if you see three people ahead of you, the team that works here is amazing, and they complete orders with high accuracy and efficiency. I'm very thankful for their hard work.

Im from Florida and had no idea what a Tim Hortons even was. When i went inside i had tons of wuestions on what was good and what was most popular. A great lady named SHAMEEM helped me out and actually took the time tos help me pick something that would be good to me. Fast forward, i am there everyday for a Iced Cap and a boston creme donut 😏

10/10 they were busy but we still got our food quick and hot. It was delicious and the staff was really friendly, and I even got a compliment from the nice lady at the register. Fantastic food and service. Great stop on our road trip.

Great staff. Nice and friendly. Got my order with no problems and cooked just as I would if I was at a 5 🌟 restaurant. Great place for on the go or dining in. Bathrooms were clean tables were clean as well as floors. Very happy every time I go. Try today if haven't before. Open 24 hours a day. If unsure of what to order during breakfast hours I recommend the breakfast burger combo. ☺️

Words cannot express how grateful we are to this manager on duty and the staff. We showed up with 13 teenage boys and 5 adults. We had an order ahead order and she worked so hard to make sure it was all sorted and we got what we needed. She was so kind, so calm, and so helpful - all with the most packed restaurant I’ve seen in a while. This lady was a true all star. Thanks!!

I couldn’t set the banana pudding shake down! For a fast food burger the size is humongous! The sweet and spicey burger had lots of great flavor.

The crew here is very professional with good manners. It’s handicap accessible. Very clean. Max needs a raise she went out of her way to make sure that my family and I were comfortable and everyone else in the restaurant was well takin care of she was very hospitable caring more than about her job. Great Whataburger to go to food was awesome!!!

I decided to try for myself and was impressed with the whole experience Please come in this establishment it's hands down worth your time and money I'll be back next time I'm in Wichita falls Texas.we are from Southern California and this place is 100x better than inNout. Period 🙏 customer service was outstanding food was great

Went on a short road trip and saw whataburger getting on the interstate to head home, never had it before so I stopped to give it a try. I ended up getting a whataburger and fries. Everything was fresh and made just how I ordered it but the burger was not good to me. Fries where great and why I gave it 4 stars even though I didn’t like it was because it was fresh and made fast and correct but the customer service was great! The lady at the window and taking orders was in such a great mood and happy. It was great to have a smiling friendly person working. It was refreshing!

Unfortunately this is prime example of the death of quality and service in America. Corporate offices don't care. They are just cutting cost, cutting the workforce and buying the cheapest food they can while living on the legacy of their grandfather's quality and service. Good luck. This is that dime you get from me.

Late night stop here passing through Texas. For starters, the drive-through was probably 6 to 8 cars deep. Inside, there were about 6 people just waiting as they had ordered. We ordered, and our food took just over 30 minutes. You could tell people were agitated. The food wasn't bad, the atmosphere was a little chaotic, and there was tension in the air. It was not the greatest experience. It was Sunday night around 10:30 pm, so maybe that played a part in it all. Maybe it will be a better experience for you.

It was really packed in the Whataburger we went on the Frontage road. I had been looking forward to going to Whataburger since we do not have one in Florida anymore.i was a little disappointed though as the burger I had was pretty soaked with grease. My parents had problems with their order of 1 plain double meat Justaburger. Both my parents cannot eat onions and dad cannot eat all the veggies that come on a burger. Needless to say both burgers came out wrong. The employee who brought the meal said he would get it corrected and back out to them. 20 minutes padded and I went to the counter. The boy I had talked with said they had a problem in the back as they have away their hamburgers. So, they had to fire the hamburger. Oh, the 1st round gave us 3 burgers to take home. The 2nd round wasn't too much better as they brought the entire order again (which was wrong again). It gave us 5 extra burgers and 2 extra fries. It was kindof crazy with the problems.

I’ve been coming here nearly every day for months, and I got used to the lackluster customer service, as it’s clear the workers are overworked and English isn’t the first language for some of them. My orders were correct and service was quick, so it was fine to me. However, twice in the past month, my debit card was charged twice for a single order. The first time the manager apologized and fixed it. However, the second time, a different supervisor wanted to see my bank statement for proof (ridiculous as is), but they then said I needed to come inside and I could do it “later”, as I was on my way to work. I won’t be returning after I get my refund, as I shouldn’t have to go there again and show my bank statement to resolve an issue that is their fault.

My experience was horrible, i came to get 2 hot chocolates with whipped cream and 2 orders of the 2 for 6 sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit, and i repeated the order. Should be simple, right... wrong! They only rang up the drinks and 1 set of sandwiches. So i had to wait for my next 2 sandwiches to be made however she said i could only get bacon cause that's what they had ready and i told them I'd wait and then they said those were the last two biscuits and i had to settle for an English muffin which i did. I told them I'd wait for sausage, and they said it would be 8 minutes. I said okay I'll wait out front, and someone can bring them out front and they said ok, i paid for the sandwiches cause they didn't charge me the first time, then waited parked in front for them to bring it out. 8 minutes went by and had them an extra 4 minutes before going back to the drive through keep in mind their were no cars when i first arrived or while i waited, only a couple of people walking in. I go to the window to hear a big im sorry she checks with the lady who was supposed to make it to learn the lady never made the sandwiches. She tells me she thought i canceled. I told her I'll wait again at the window and i watched her stay to make the sandwiches. She slapped the cheese on the counter and put the bread in the toaster. She then pulls an egg out of a bag that's in between the toaster ovens and warmers. I told her i don't want someone's canceled order or left over egg, and she said it's not left over. They keep the eggs in a bag so they don't turn green in the warmer. I said they were probably sitting there for hours on top of that, and she said it was fresh. I pulled up over 30 minutes ago, and that bag was there. You're not telling me that's fresh, her co worker cosigned it. However, at that point, i wanted my money back for the two sandwiches and left when they refunded it. Never again 😒 🤦🏾‍♀️🙄🙅🏾‍♀️

The place is really bad, they had to make my order 2 twice plus I asked for sauce on the side and I received almost nothing , for the drink they put like 4 pieces of strawberries. Never again !!!!

I went into this Tim Horton’s to kill some time. I got a large hot tea and a sausage egg biscuit. The hash brown that came with it was disgusting - greasy & flavorless. The sandwich was a typical fast food breakfast sandwich. Why am I rating this place a “1”? I went to the restroom. While in there, an employee came in and used the stall beside me - at least she flushed the toilet. After finishing, she DID NOT WASH HER HANDS - not even a water pass through. She just walked out, talking on the phone. Which employee? She had on black shoes with white socks and did not speak with an American accent. Probably the last time they go to this particular Tum Horton’s.

Horrible they always get your order around cause employees are always in a damn rush. I just went today. Ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich get home and find out. I have a sausage breakfast sandwich and it’s all the time cause they’re always in a rush for no reason. They need to train there employees that have been there for a while how to do the job a bit better come on people it’s only coffe donuts, and breakfast sandwiches

Rude customer service - came in with my kids for the "two touchdown to win" Buffalo Bills free medium coffee and they would not honor it! I was at the game, have the Bulls app, 4 tickets, and they would not honor it. The lady behind the counter was VERY RUDE to us, fist said they did do this then made said we did have the code and became loud and mean about it. We will not come back

Ordered a Latte and Decaf coffee. Both were suppose to be hot and both were barely warm. When I said something the lady at the window just kept going “oh, you want it cold” “when I handed it, it was very hot” (It wasn’t and coffee doesn’t suddenly cool after 5 seconds), I was told by manager if I wanted a hot coffee I would have to order a regular coffee.

If I could rate this place 0 I would. They cannot speak any english, which I do not mind, but if you can’t understand what im asking for then it’s a problem. Ordered $30 worth of food for EVERYTHING to be wrong, when I called they continued to ask my name and make excuses instead of explain why the hell I was missing everything and things were wrong. Do NOT go to this location, I’ve worked at Tim Hortons and there is no excuse for this bullshit. The people who work here are very ignorant and don’t care.

We sent an intern to get food for 7 people. The order was messed up and sent back to us incomplete, not once but twice. Absolutely incompetent. I reached out for a refund for the food we didn't receive and they were unable to help, telling us to come back to the store when I was unable to. Online support was equally unhelpful and just told me to contact the store. I'm out over $40 of food and with unhappy workers. Never visiting this Tim Hortons or any other again. Miserable experience.

Ordered online to pick up, arrived and they were out of 4 items. Requested a refund, where they advised to contact customer service via the app. Reached out to Tim Horton’s support, where Jessica sent me back to the store, advising they have to help as they can only assist with orders delivered and not picked up. Definitely disappointed, but looking at the reviews I see why I shouldn’t have ordered from here in the first place lol. Terrible.

This location has the worst customer service as far as the male store manager, not only is he rude, he don’t greet you or say anything to you just take your order. Not today he was at the register around 9:30am mind you I come everyday. He not only didn’t make eye contact so I say good morning he looked at me and moved away without saying a word. So he not taking my order and he not responding. He also yells at the employees. High turn over rate at this location and I rather spend my everyday 3 coffee money somewhere else that adds up daily you know. Just rude and I will not return. Spend your money where your appreciated at. Zero stars management sucks in social skills seems like people hire anybody just to say they have a body these days.

Stopped at the drive-through for bagels, muffins, tea, and hot cocoa. Took forever, and then the bagels and tea were wrong. Took the burned bagels with cold butter back in. How does someone burn a bagel but can't get the butter to melt! They remade them, burned them again, and then microwaved them to melt the butter. Microwaved bagels are nasty! And while they were remaking our order, they were making snide comments and laughing about screwing it up. Don't go here! Also, the owner has posted to call or use the website. We sat on hold for one hour to give the same feedback and someone or the system hung up. Neither the owner or corporate care about their customers. Don't expect to get anything resembling what you order.

Making a cup of coffee to many is an artform. To me, I just want caffeine, and I rarely care about the taste. Even after adding some of my SO's flavored creamer at home, the coffee was still just absolutely terrible. Indeed it was fresh, but so are the steamers on my lawn after I let out my dogs. Puzzled still what they did to the beans to get them so acidic, but there are bigger questions in life, like why does this location allow addicts to accost people in the drivethru? Baffling. Simply baffling.

Food is consistently under cooked. Especially the muffins (4X in a row now) which have icy cold centers. Tried calling 3 times but since nobody answered I suppose I'll leave a message here.. Come here almost daily and I'd change the review if you check your oven.

This place is a joke. You want eggs well dont expect anything other then green eggs that taste like sulfer. There has been many times ive ordered lets say a farmers wrap and the person will say a "breakfast wrap" i say no and correct them. They apologize and fix it. Bit where the kicker comes in is the person making the food only hears breakfast wrap and isnt bothered to look at the order screen. Want a steak wrap nope you might get chicken. And i just watched the dude make my sandwich with one hand, no wonder is falls apart when i bite into it. Ive received more messed up orders then ive received one that they got right

I'm done with Tim Hortons. Incomplete order after a long wait - no receipt for me to go back and prove what I paid for. This happens constantly at Tim's, not just this location. I swore by their quality and service years ago, now it's like their motto is "How to care less"

This Whataburger is trash! From their customer service skills down to completing a clearly stated order. My mother in law and I went this morning to get some breakfast on the way back home from the airport and we were greeted with trashy attitude all around. The person at the drive thru had a very dry and crappy attitude and rushed us. He would not allow us to finish what we were saying without hearing “what else.” We CLEARLY said bacon they gave us sausage; I asked for a jalapeño cheddar biscuit, they gave me a regular biscuit. If they wouldn’t be so rushed and would listen, they would have satisfied customers.

This location needs to take a hard look at Management. Saturday 9pm. Waited 45 minutes for 3/5 of us to NOT get our food. 5 or 6 customers that ordered after us received their food no problem. We voiced our frustrations and told them how other people who ordered food 10-20 minutes after us were already eating. I guess we complained too much because she refunded us our money, slammed it on the table and told us to “Get out”. 8 employees behind the counter and “only 1 was cooking” according to an employee that was handing out orders. The burger I received was good. Not complaining about food quality. Simply poor management.

We’re traveling and wanted to get some whataburger as we were passing through. We did an online take out order. First we went in and used the bathrooms which were disgusting. Then we sat at a table to wait for our food and while waiting we watched a girl sneeze twice on the cup she then used to pour one of our drinks in. We just got up and left. Disappointing.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I've never been to a fast food restaurant before and been ignored for 40 whole minutes while having to wait for my singular cheeseburger meal. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. I will never be returning to this location, and quite frankly, I'll probably not be going to Whataburger in general. Staff were cussing and rolling their eyes. Loitering and chitchating while I stood a couple feet away the entire time.
