Jason's Deli

I came in this morning not knowing what I wanted to eat. Katie the manager, helped me and recommended the BeefEater. It was excellent, just like the service. Thanks again Katie, I'll see you next week

Came in for lunch today and had the soup and sandwich combo with a strawberry short cake and it was freaking delicious!!!! Service was awesome and the place is really clean!!! Staff seemed on point....I will be back!!!!

Had a large catering order for a Saturday morning. Ordered breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and fruit trays. I was able to pick them up early and they were ready!! Sandwiches were delicious and the fruit trays amazing as usual. Thank you to the manager, Matt, who was there early to make sure everything was in order. He even helped load my car with the catering order. Thanks for making a workshop start out deliciously!

No wait on a rainy Friday. I had the salad bar, everything was fresh and / or replaced as I served myself. Hubby got the Chicken Alfredo and said it was pretty good. Clean place, plenty of seats.

We came here before the posted date of grand opening. We where very excited to have one closer to our home in burleson. They where able to open early and did that without any big announcements I think it was just a few days before scheduled anyways they lived up to their great reputation awesome food, great freindly service. Product was consistent with other locations. They pay a lot of attention to detail to make that happen. Will be coming here a lot. The salt shaker picture is to show you quality and detail, they could have used regular salt and pepper but they go they extra and that makes for a even better salad or soup!

After 5 visits, I can say it's every bit as awesome as the other locations. If you've never been, there's a huge beautiful salad bar with probably more than 50 fresh options, including some delicious dressings like jalapeño ranch and greek. They are constantly stocking, and I've never waited on items. I've also finally tried the yankee sandwich. Y'all it's piled HUGE with meat and outstanding!! We also usually try a soup with our salads. The french onion, pot pie, tomato, potato, and lobster soups are all excellent choices, but the southwest/tortilla? is my absolute new fav. YUM! We always have the self-serve ice cream for dessert and leave with a brain freeze. The location is BRAND NEW, so the kids at register are learning, and I've seen them need the support of a nearby manager a time or 2. I'm sure there will be a mistake with my food one day. I'm also sure a manager would make it right. That's the world, not just food. If you want phenomenal salads and sandwiches in a clean, friendly atmosphere, Jason's is your place. Half of Burleson was counting days until opening, and there's a reason why. Go see for yourself!

My wife enjoyed her Muffuletta sandwich and my grand girls loved the tomato soup with grilled cheese for one, the other had her usual Marinara with penne noodles. And of course the ice cream. We enjoyed the entire meal

I got the Chicken Panini- and it was SO good. It had a wonderful pesto aioli and the chicken was cooked to almost perfection. My brother got the tomato soup and grilled cheese combo and his was also very good! Staff was super nice and the food was great what more do you need? :)

Leo helped with my Togo order! He was very kind and quick. The food was SPOT on. Sometimes bake potatoes can be thrown together but this one was fully loaded and delicious. Everything about this experience was great. I was there at 12:35 on Saturday the July 12th so applaud the staff on duty.

Food and service was awesome and the manager took the time to come over and make sure everything was perfect.

The only complaint I have is that the "gumbo" was not gumbo at all. I know it's not going to be your average Louisiana style gumbo but it was literally rice and unknown vegetables in a dark roux. Where's the meat!? Other than that, I've been twice and the service is great, it's clean and the sandwiches are good.

I usually get the turkey wrap. Its always so good round, full and tons of turkey! Today we went through the drive through and I got my usual turkey wrap. Boy it was a joke! There were 2 small slices of turkey and about 3 tiny bits of lettuce. The wrap was completely flat.. Anyway,, I was very disappointed. This review should have only 1 star, but I gave it a 3 because its usually pretty good. And pretty expensive for sandwich, a flat wrap, 2 drinks, and chips. $31.

Not sure why it seems to always take a very long time to get through the line at this location. Only one person working 2 registers with a line to the door at lunch hour is an odd choice.

The food and service were great. Only problem I had was the front door was catching on the concrete causing the door not to shut when opened. The room was very cold because of not being able to shut. The employees seemed to not to notice. Was told by a other person that it has been doing this since they opened. It was very cold on this day and really windy.

I came in to order a brownie and get some ice cream. I stood at the to go section while the guy helped two ladies who placed an order. After taking their order, he walks off and starts doing something else. I made eye contact with a few more employees but none of them came to the register to help me. I get upset, then I leave. I'm not standing there for my health, I wanted to place an order. This is rude and horrible service.

Very underwhelming experience. Never been to a Jason's Deli before, doubt I'll make that mistake again. Ordered the chicken salad sandwich and a baked potato. Also got 2 drinks and paid a whopping $29. Figured for the money, the sandwich would be good. The flavor was pretty bland, had to use salt and pepper to get something out of it. There was also very little of anything on the sandwich. There was a handful of smashed chips thrown on the plate and apparently they forgot the pickle. Luckily, the potato was pretty good and actually fairly big. It also needed a lot of seasoning, but at least it saved our meal. The employees weren't rude per se, they just didn't talk to anyone. The guy that dropped off our food didn't say a word to either of us. I thanked him and he just walked away, extremely awkward. The only thing that jumped this from one star to two was the potato and the soft serve. Truthfully, the best thing about the entire experience was the free soft serve. It had more flavor than everything that we paid too much money for. Should have gone to Jersey Mike's.

Hate to give 2/5 to a Jason’s cause I love it however this location is not living up to Jason’s standards! Most of our food was cold Mac and Cheese and chicken Alfredo pennes was cold! Couldn’t even heat up the food right! Mac and cheese was cold pasta with watery yellow sauce! Don’t bother with this location go to Arlington instead. This is our second time here trying to give the local spot a try but second time disappointing just like the first time.

AllTables were Dirty with Dishes we found 2 Tables and thay were rocking back and forth as we ate ,Employees standing around laughing and talking while the Dining Romm was filthy

Went in the drive through today and they messed up both my grill cheese sandwiches. Looks like they used cheap American instead of cheddar that they normally use. Also gave me the wrong chips and waited a long time to get someone to notice me to fix it. I've been to Jason's Deli from Florida to Texas. Worst meal ever. Mac and cheese was cold. Sent it back. It was hot and under cooked. My paninni sandwich had one tiny slice of tomato. She brought more cold pieces to put on my hot sandwich. They need better cooks because I have always liked Jason's.

Placed a to go order on Friday at around 3:30, and what I saw was half the tables in the dining room were dirty. Everyone including the manager were crowded a round talking.

Im here right now, its 10:30 am (they open at 10am)I had to walk inside because the drive thru was not open. I parked and went inside, I asked them if drive thru was broken, they said no just didn't open it yet. Whats the point of the drive thru? Been her 10 mins still waiting for ONE sandwich and soup.

Picked up our order. Get 1 block from our house the restaurant called. They gave us somebody's order. By the time we went back and then back to our house our food was cold. HORRIBLE
