Wendys is a little pricier than McDonald's, especially on their drinks. But the one in Burleson, Tx, has the best staff. They are always pleasant, and they carry Coke Zero in which I love!

Great service, friendly workers. Food was hot and fresh. Restrooms were clean and dining area was also spotless. We've eaten here before and would come again.

Well it was okay everything was fine except when we got home we ordered a loaded nacho Burger and ended up with a loaded nacho chicken sandwich which I didn't even know they made we were trying to taste the burger but since it was good I figured we get the burger next

I'm not sure what happened to those other reviewers, but this is my favorite location. They never get the order wrong, the fries are always super crisp and fresh, never soggy, and the burgers and stuff are never made sloppily. You know how some places just throw junk together, but this one always puts the food together with care, easy less mess Staff is really friendly and kind, too.

The young lady at Wendy's on John Jones said they were short staffed and it would take at least 10 minutes to get our food. So, we went to the Wendy's at I-35 service road & Alsbury by J C Penney & Albertson's. They were working efficiently and courteous. Had to wait about 5 minutes for my salad but got the new Hot & Honey Burger & Chicken Nuggets right away. Everything was good!

I went through the drive thru last night at 10:30 and it was a busy place with at least 8 cars in front of me. I was thoroughly impressed with the speed of ordering and getting my food. Both employees I encountered were friendly and had smiles on their faces. Definitely a well oiled machine and I think that's a direct reflection of the night manager... keep up the good work.

My husband and I come here frequently. This visit was a very good experience. We got 2 of the $5 dollar biggie bags and a small chocolate frosty. The young lady at the register was very attentive and very polite. We got our food pretty quick. The dining area is always very clean. Only small complaint is it is really not wheelchair friendly. But manageable to get around in one.

Went through the drive-thru. Had a custom order. Our family doesn't like tomatoes, so we always try to order without tomato. This one got everything right. and it came out hot, super fast and tasted great. The employee that helped us was super friendly and accommodating.

rosasario when I came through the door they greeted me with the smile. She greeted me with a smile. I was having a very bad day today. She told me everything is going to be OK by the grace of God and the store is so clean the floors is great. I advise anybody to come to this Wendy’s to get their food cause they greet you with a smile even the manager was smiling so I’m just enjoying my day here today. The food is great so they got 100% customer service and 100% good and hot food thank you so much so I advised anybody to come here to eat at this Wendy’s in the food is affordable too.

I typically get a single burger but ordered a Jr. size this last trip. The Jr. patty tasted like it had been sitting around for awhile which was disappointing, but will happily stick with single patty burgers in the future.

As much as I love Wendy's, there is one complaint I have with the ordering system there. So, when I went there with my dad and my sister, I ordered 4 4-piece nuggets with some fries. I don't remember what my dad and my sister ordered, but as soon as we got to our table, the employee called our name to come pick up our order, that is when we realized that half of our order was missing. My dad checked the receipt, and that is when we noticed that my dad's order wasn't on there. So my dad went to the counter and had to re-order his food. Moments later, my dad got his order. So yeah, I would recommend this place, but be sure to double check your order.

Went to the drive thru on a whim and asked about specials- he told me they had a five dollar deal with a burger, 4 chicken nuggets, small fries and a drink. It was just right. So ordered it and the food was hot and tasty.

Not bad. The food was okay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, the food was served pretty fast. It was my first visit here but I really have to complaints. I got the pick 4 for 4 dollars. It wasn't bad. A light meal, but very well worth the price at 4 bucks. It's a small drink, small fries, a 4 piece chicken nuggets, and your choice of like 6 burgers. A very good deal if you ask me. The only complaint I have is that the tables were dirty. Could have been wiped down. But, aside from that, the experience wasn't bad at all.

Did not eat inside. But, the very first caramel frosty-ccino I had was awesome. Now I am acting like a fend chasing my first high cause that first one made my eyes wide with excitement to get another one. But I have not got a good one since and I have been to two other Wendy's. Feel like I am wasting money at this point.

Ms. Fallon is very welcoming, greeting each customer as they come up to the counter. She also comes by to check up on the customers food and how they are doing. She's expedient, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. Serivce:5 stars Food:4 stars

First time at this Wendy's. I placed a moble order. I chose to pick up through drive thru. The line moved fast, friendly at the speaker. Received my food at the window. The only words the cashier or presenter said were thank you, which is fine, I just wanted the food and on my way. The burger was exactly as I asked for with special requests and hot, the fries were very hot, and I also received the correct drink. So order accurancy here is on point. Outside of restaurant looked fine, did not go in. Pulling out of drive thru, be careful, pulls straight into shopping plaza parking lot at a weird angle, almost got hit by someone driving up the row in the wrong direction. Highly recommend this Wendy's, hot food quick. Sorry, no pictures, it's just fast food.

the food here is always great. i’ve only had them mess up or forget something in my order less than a handful of times out of the 3 years i’ve lived near here. the only miss for me would be the staff’s lack of customer service. they’re not rude or disrespectful in any way. however, they don’t greet you with any pleasantries or make small talk. they are there strictly to get the job done and go. no more, no less. so while it’s not rude it’s also not pleasant but it does in fact get the job done.

The food was great, the service was fine, but the men's bathroom was bad. First off, there were live crickets crawling on the floor. The sign had instructions to wash your hands, but on the sign, it said "dry hands with paper towels," but there were no paper towels, just the hand dryer where you have to click the button to get it to turn on. So it gets your hands dirty all over again.

Shouldn't have to microwave food after 3 minute car ride home from picking up food. Spent $32, burgers, fries, nuggets all luke-warm or cold. Nuggets different, grisly. Yuck. Not sure what's going on, never had that there.

Food is good and I usually have good experiences in the drive thru. However when I dine in the employees are always rude and I always feel shorted on portion size everytime. The food is not cheap but come on now. the drinks never taste good either. Drive thru crew got it going on though.

Made us pull forward to wait for our food but we were literally the only vehicle in line or in the parking lot. Then she tells me it's because of the drive thru timer. Not my problem, maybe don't be slow.

The food is quick and tasty here, but their drinks are the worst. They use one of those machines that can mix anything, well it does a very poor job. I ordered a Sprite, it tasted like drinking lemon pledge furniture polish. So I thought it might have been bad timing and tried again another time, same thing happened. I tried other drinks that were ordered with multiple combos and all the drinks were not any good. So sad as I like Wendys, including their breakfasts, but I will skip this restaurant from now on due to the drink machine.

Not impressed. The staff was rude in the drive thru and it wasn't busy. Ordered 3 burgers and fries and got a mix of warm and cold food. Maybe just an off day but it'll be a while before I'm interested in trying it again

This location is the worst I've visited in a very long time. No one working the day of my visit spoke English very well including the manager. It makes it very difficult to get your order correct with a language barrier. The food was mediocre at best and the order wasn't right. The store is clean but this isn't Dave's Wendy's anymore.

They were friendly at the drive thru but out of 3 things we ordered, 2 were wrong. I guess we should have opened the sandwiches and checked, but one was the wrong chicken sandwich completely (yes we checked the receipt), one had zero bacon even though it was called a baconator, and the third (a salad) was correct. We were already on the road by the time we noticed or we obviously would have exchanged .

I ordered a baked potato and paid for my food. When the nice lady came she said they wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes so she brought me fries instead. She was really nice but they never brought my potato and I didn't go up to the front. No big deal.

I order 4 of the 20 piece chicken nuggets that means I should have had 80 chicken nuggets I only got 60 and when I forgot the burger and try to order it the guy at the window told me to go to the next window to order it. When I got to the window they told me I had to go all the way around to order the burger again from the same guy that should have just taken it in the first place. They should have people that wants to work in the place that other do not.

Literally waited 16 minutes after ordering before my food was even prepared- but the family that walked in after me got their order in under 10 minutes! The cooks completely skipped my order. The only good thing is the young lady that was working the register. Last time I came here- the lobby was closed almost an hour early, with no note- but employees sitting down at the booths looking at the guests trying to get inside. Someone please do some better training!

The food was good and fresh. I took awhile for someone to come to front to take out order and when deciding where to sit we could sit where we wanted because there was a homeless person sleeping in a booth

Yikes! Dirty. The kitchen from my viewpoint at the drive thru was filthy and when I drew their attention to the gigantic roach, they both laughed. I won't be back. The food, albeit room temperature was good. It was NOT made fresh. I could not feel any warmth thru the bag.

Ordered a baconator last night 3/18 meat and cheese only not to receive my bacon , also ordered a 6 piece nuggets just drive back up there because they forgot it. I understand some nights be tiring but if I’m spending over $25 on a meal I expect it to be fresh and correct and when I told them they forgot my bacon the girl just looked confused and asked do you want it on the side like WHAT !

The place was clean but that's the best thing i can say about this Wendy's. It's sad when the workers care more about the app orders than abt the person standing in front of them trying to order. Myself and another customer waited over 20 min for our food and the other customer's order was wrong. Smdh I will not be back.

They forgot my Sprite, messed up my Frosty, and then straight-up ignored me when I asked for the drink I paid for. No receipt, no Sprite, no refund — just a fake ‘have a good day’ while they kept my two dollars like I’m donating to them. I work for my tips, I’m not handing out free money because they can’t do their jobs.

Ok, this has to be one of the worst Wendy's ever. I've been here 3 or 4 times now and the food is never good. Always seems like it was over cooked an hour ago. Today though, I ordered thru the drive thru. He put most of the order in on the screen. Then told me to wait, after waiting a few minutes, he canceled the order. So I just left. Don't think I will ever go back. Ok it's been 3 months, thought I would try this Wendy's again. Guess what, they still are bad. Ordered the grilled chicken. Received it on the wrong bun and lettuce instead of the fresh arugula and greens. Why is it so hard to do that job. There is no quality control there. I recommend going else where.

One of our burgers was missing it's condiment. Burgers were dry and blah. Y'all need to stop being stingy with your fries. Filling them half full is bullcrap. They aren't precious just because they are a new formula. They're fried potatoes! Fill them up!

Third time in 3 weeks we have used drive-thru. And last time. Asked for receipt and didn't get one! Consistent in getting orders wrong. They got two of 3 sandwiches wrong. Called to let them know and no answer.

Not impressed at all! I went through the drive thru (after ordering 4 of my meals) i was asked to wait... which was fine! When I got to the window to get my food the lady at the window acted as if I bothered her when I asked if the ranch was in the bag. After ordering 5 orders, I got 8 bags with two different orders that weren't mine (out of the 8 bags only 3 were right). When I went inside nobody came to the counter but everyone saw me up there and were telling each someone was at the counter. The same lady that was bothered at the window came to the counter, with an attitude and tried to tell me what I did and didn't have. After going back and forth a few times she finally made one of the orders and I left. Im assuming she was the manager, if so someone should rethink that!!!! She was very rude and bothered. I will not be back anytime soon!!

Almost 6:00 on a Thursday on my way to work. Try to do a quick stop for food. There's a new item on the menu so I asked the person at the drive-thru an allergy question about If a particular ingredient was in the sauce. They made a noise that I assume meant I don't know when I said "I'm sorry?" Kid in the drive-thru said I don't know they don't tell us that. So I said never mind and then sat in the drive-thru line till I could get out now with no time to get any food before work. I know I could try to look it up myself but don't really trust the food after that level of care.

Just reading the reviews I wonder if we’re all talking about the same person. The girl got my order wrong and when I corrected her she just stared with annoyance and then closed the window before I could even say it’s okay I’ll pay the difference. Came back handed over the correct order and shut the window behind her. So rude definitely won’t come back to this location.

Absolutely terrible. Food continues to be smaller portions and price keeps going up. They messed up the drive through order then after going back through the line the girl working the window grabs the food with dirty hands then instead of just replacing the burger she says they can just add whats missing to it. That's unacceptable and honestly gross, not counting dangerous especially after covid. She then handed the still unwrapped burger back to us through the window without making anything right. I suggest find another wendys or anywhere else to eat. Clearly they don't care about the well being or overall existence of the people they're paid to serve. Wendys claims service excellence, clearly not with the current staff...besides the young man who took the order, Preston. He was the only decent part of this food experience.

Worst Wendy's ever. Came thru at around 9:30 pm. They had no customers in parking lot or drive thru. The cashier was extremely rude and was slurring her words. Employees clearly didn't want to be bothered to make anything so we left and took our business else where.

The ladies working the drive thru on this day were very rude and I asked for items to not be on my burger and they acknowledged my request but I didn’t receive my order correct. Also my daughters nuggets where undercooked I don’t really post negative reviews but this is 3 third time. What’s the point of going back and requesting a remake they didn’t want to do my order in the first place apparently.

This wendy at night is no good. The manager that only speaks Spanish is the most rude person ever. To top off I don't get a receipt for what I got charged and received the wrong order. When I called to get it corrected she said come back with all the food and I'll give you your money back. It is 2030pm late from work n tired I was not going back I wanted my order fixed. But manner said no cause guy at window said I got what I ordered.

Fries were brown and crusty. I asked for fresh fries and she told me they just made the ones we got. I asked for a new batch, less done, and she told me to pull forward. 10 minutes later, still no fries. I got out and went to the door, it was locked. I knocked and one worker looked at me and turned right back around. Finally the person who told me to pull forward looked at me and motioned for me to go back through the drive thru. I shook my head no several times and motioned for her to come to the door. She kept directing me to the drive thru. Eventually I did go back to the drive thru. 2 cars were ahead of me, waited another 7 minutes. When I got to the window I asked for a refund. I had to pill to the second window and eventually received one...in cash and I paid with my card. She didn't even ask how I wanted my refund. The girl who told me to pull forward had suddenly disappeared. Also, we didn't get straws for our drinks.

I honestly am shocked at how we were just treated at this Wendy's. We had been waiting in the drive through line since 10:49. There were multiple cars in front of us. All had their orders taken and we pulled up to place ours at 10:55. We were told, even though they don't close for another 5 minutes, and the person in front of us got their order taken, we could not. We asked to speak to the manager on duty who decided to close early and not take out order after sitting in line. They're reply was, "there are other wendys open." And refused to speak to us furthermore.

Wouldn’t bother with this place anymore. The people working don’t speak a word of English. I mean that literally. The lady just goes “you park” and points in a general direction. They run everything through the drive through as fast as possible and just park everyone in the vacant area . Waited 17 minutes for nuggets in a cue of 7 people parked in their parking lot. Order wasn’t even right. Used to be okay. Now I guess because if “the COVID crisis” this is the best they can’t do. The guy that brought the last person their food, with food in his hands, was struggling to put on his face mask, rubbing the food bags in his face, walking to a customers car. We let them keep our money and went else where.

Came Into this Location for my Employees and i food for lunch . We ordered four meals. Great Customer service However the food is Terrible. To order 3 #1's all different ways, there was no way of knowing what was what. Also Strawberry passion fruit ,fruit tea was just green tea with a drop of passion fruit for color. If i wanted a regular green tea i would have inquired for one. Also The drinks, none where marked. How do you determine what is what when you have Coke and Dr.pepper. without someone having to stick their nose in someone drink? This is ridiculous and just down right Disrespectful to the customer that come and purchase huge orders with hard earned cash to get this type of service. This needs to be addressed by management. Im also a business development manager and if this is how the owners of this establishment would like their business ran. i would make it my personal business to make sure i find out who owns it if not corporate and make sure that it gets addressed ASAP. Im am very livid about this situation. IF i could leave a review with no star that's what this rating would be. If you are an employee its your responsibility to Take pride in the work you do no matter how insignificant you think you may be to someone you are very much more being that you are a representation of that company

My coworkers and I ordered food from this establishment today. Each one of us have multiple things wrong with our meal. I do not typically leaves reviews; even if the place leaves a bad tasted in my mouth. However, this is ridiculous. If you have to order for multiple people...I DO NOT suggest the drive through; or at least check it before leaving. They just throw whatever the hell they want together, and hand it off. To whoever worked today (2/17/18); you were EXTREMELY LAZY! 1) I ordered the Spicy Caesar Salad with extra dressing and a lemonade. Why on earth was my extra dressing vinaigrette? Hello! The type of dressing I need is in the name of the salad. My lemonade was also minute maid lemonade. My fault though; guess I have to specify that I wanted your "fresh squeezed." 2) EVERY ONE OF MY COWORKERS BURGERS WERE WRONG. Every one. None of the burgers were marked either; so we had to check all of them trying not to touch the other person's food. Yes, we washed our hands, but some people still do not want their food touched by others. The drinks were also not marked; so my other coworkers who had dr.pepper and coke just had to take a guess. Not to mention...one coworker can not really tell what she has, because it is mostly carbonation. My manager's green tea was supposed to be the Strawberry Passion Fruit....she says it just tastes like regular green tea. Today's service was pretty bad. Your crew needs to DO BETTER.

My chicken sandwich tasted cheap. I ordered the new frostyccini and got iced coffee. I gave it back and explained the drink from their own website and was told I was wrong.. So I dumped it out and went on about my day, cost me a couple bucks to never try it again I'm OK with that.

Dare I say the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food drive through. The food was okay, but incorrect at that. They had given us the wrong drinks. When I politely asked for a correction, I was given much attitude from the attendant. They replaced the incorrect drink with the proper one, but still not the size I ordered. As I asked about that, I received a very rude "that's what is on the order!" Followed by an excessive slamming of the sliding door in my face while I was still holding up the incorrect drink. I will never be back to this location, and I only hope the management can regain control of this rogue employee. Nicely done, Wendy's...

What's the point of telling them what I do not want on my order but they place it on there anyway, hard of listening to the customer for sure and then charge for item I've never asked for worst Wendys ever!!!

The guy at the front doesn’t even say hello, one moment, or anything. Then I ordered a NO cheese, plain double stack. Both times they gave me a double stack with cheese. Then one of the other works said “they need to say plain, no cheese” or it will come with cheese. I said I told him that when he was taking my order. She then says “I know I was telling him that” be that as it may he needs to be retrained on everything. It’s about 10 workers in the back just casually talking and standing around while they have a line in drive thru and in the lobby. This places needs NEW management, new workers the whole nine yards.

Worst service I've ever seen. Went inside and stood at the front counter for over 10 minutes. 5 employees looked directly at me and never said a word. The counter girl was putting in tray liners. She looked at us three times, then went back to doing what she was. Not one employee said a single word the whole time. No I'll be right with you, nothing.. just looked at us. This was a Sunday at 2 o'clock..not busy at all. We decided to spend our money somewhere that deserved it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These are the idiots who think they deserve $15 an hour to flip a burger.

I came in with my parents. No acknowledgement when we walked in.... we stood at the register for 20 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. They glanced in our direction but never once spoke to us.

Drive thru was super slow. They took forever to get literal baconator fries out. I mean all they have to do is put fries, cheese and bacon bits literally not hard! No straw or silverware. The girls working the drive thru had an attitude problem 100% would not recommend. If there was 0 stars they would be top of that list!!!

This used to to be such a a good store, but now the service is slow, and nobody knows what they are doing. Orders are always wrong and burgers have been undercooked, and I walked out after seeing an employee pick his nose and go back to making burgers. Absolutely disgusting.

Food is never fresh, poor customer service, they gave me 4 spicy nuggets and the other six was regular, something floating in my drink. I have been multiple times thinking it was going to change, and it didn’t. The people are not friendly and the food always taste like it has been there for a while.

Me and my kids walked in, they was nit busy and no one was running counter. The manager looked at me twice and kept doing what she was doing after almost 3 mins I finally asked if anyone was running counter and she looked at me weird and told a girl to help take my order. I ordered a a single combo and my kids two 4 for 4. The price was a little high and didn't realize it til I already paid. She charged me for a double instead of single. Our order came out 5 mins later and we sat down. My kids told me that their was an extra small nugget instead of fries cause 4 for 4 comes with nugget, burger, fries and drink. So she gave us a small extra nugget by mistake instead of a small frie to complete the order. I took it up to her and their was other customers in lime she asked me what I needed and I told her that she gave me an extra thing of nugget instead of Fries and she tried to tell me off infront of the customers that I was wrong then I had to reexplain my self to her she rolled her eyes and got me small fries and I left the extra nuggets on counter. I work near buy and I got to this location maybe 3 times a week and I'll never return back. They was completely unprofessional and did not apologize or own up to her mistakes.

I just paid 30 dollars in the drive thru and didn't get all my food again! I will never go back here and recommend nobody goes here. No stars. Wasted my money for the last time!

First of all, we ordered ahead to avoiding waiting and still had to wait 10 minutes. We waited ten minutes and our order was wrong. My nuggets were spicy when I in fact ordered regular. They didn’t give me any of the extras I ordered. Or straws. I’m baffled.

Took 25 minutes to get my fries and nuggets the young lady gives me food and says DOORDASH I told her I’m not doordash im a regular customer that used the app to order…there was customers walking in ordering and getting there food while I was waiting on mine literally ate and left and I was still waiting your not a priority if you are using app this is a horrible location (THE WHOLE STAFF IS UNDER TRAINED)

The burger was more than well done. More like cremated. The fries seemed old & reheated maybe in the microwave. The counter staff lacked the basic intelligence to receive my verbal order & mentally process it. She couldn't grasp the order being To Go. She placed the order on a tray after my 2 attempts of telling her the order was To Go. Won't return & waste any more money at this fast food place.

Drive through late night and wanted to give them a try after a very long time away. It was the worst burger I had in a while. Had to chuck it in the trash it was so terrible. Customer service was ironically good. It's a taste and freshness issue not a customer service one. Doesn't taste anything close to how it used to taste particularly when Dave was alive but the same happened to KFC so I can't be too surprised 😔

Worst service ever. Went through DTO, no one greeted us for literally a full minute. We thought they may be closed so we said “hello” and was responded back with a rude “give me a min”. After that, we pulled to the window and not one acknowledgment. She gave us our items and no thank you or anything, just continued talking to her coworker. This used to be a decent Wendy’s, but damn has it downgraded. As someone who works in fast food, this was a shock.

For the third time, this location has refused to honor (or even scan) the Wendy's app. Usually, they say something is "down," but today, they outright stated they are not accepting the app for points, discounts, or payments. I confirmed after my drive-thru order: "Do you mean to say you refuse to honor the Wendy's app?" Their response: "That is correct." They were otherwise fine in customer service, but this is an unacceptable position from a customer point of view.

Went through the drive through at this location and received the worst customer service attitude. I felt rushed and as I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I asked for bbq sauce for my food. The manager (I was told her name was Antonia but am not sure if that’s correct) handed one over rude as can be and closed the window with no have a good day, thank you or anything. I wanted another bbq cause and she rudely responds to it costs extra. Ok, thats fine. I’d like another sauce and she rolled her eyes and had another associate finish helping us.

Food was could, frosty already melting and preserved before we even ordered it. The woman at the window could not understand us even when we repeated ourselves about five times. We got a few items wrong. The peach minutemaid tastes like a peach, orange lemonade with a medicine aftertaste. It was just an awful experience in all.

So unfriendly and clearly unhappy, as if they cannot believe we bothered them with an order. We have a friendly thank you at both windows with no reply. We were the only customers there, yet they had no time to say a single word. Didn’t even tell us if they were done handing us food. We had to check our order to see if that was it. I won’t be back, but I don’t think they will mind at all. Very sad. 😢 Food seems hot.

If I could give negative stars I would. Women’s restroom had toilet paper on the floor, the stall doors don’t close and aren’t secure per stall. The manager took the handicap stall and she’s like in her 20s. I’m handicapped and had to squeeze into a small like turn around and barely that. Was gonna go through the drive through. Once I came out was asked are you going to order. I said not after your manager didn’t wash her hands when she left and there’s no toilet paper in the stall. And when I mentioned it to her. She shrugged like she had no cares.

I am absolutely bummed out. My husband and I bought 2 single burgers from the drive thru at this Wendy's. BIG MISTAKE! Our burgers were pink not just in the middle of the meat patties but all inside the meat patties. I tried calling the store and the phone just rings & rings. No voicemail either. I totally understand why this Wendy's had 3 stars

Sent my oldest daughter to grab some food for our family. There were only two cars in the line so there is no excuse for the service and food we received. The young hispanic lady who took the order was very rude saying what do you want instead may I take your order. We spent 40.92 and the entire order was cold. We asked for a hamburger and received a cheeseburger. My daughter is pregnant and cannot have cheese. They serve me a burger that was not cooked all the way. I am a GM and I have worked for Wendy’s in the past so I know that they have timers to cook the meat along with the rest of the food items. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Wendy’s needs to take responsibility and accountability for their employees actions. I will not return to this location or any other after this.

Standing in line 5 minutes everybody’s so focused on drive-through. Nobody cares about the front counter. You have two customers waiting. Why do I have to say? Is there anybody in the front counter before someone can come up here and help you made me sit in line too long my lunch is over now thanks you guys for nothing. Might need to ice over there.

This is the third time I have had a bad experience ordering from Wendy’s through DoorDash, and this time was the last. I did not receive the burger I ordered. Instead of four nuggets, there were only two, and there was no dipping sauce included. There were no fries, and the drink had no cover over the opening, which is a serious safety concern. Someone could have easily slipped something into it. I paid nearly twenty dollars for a Biggie Bag with tip, and what I received was careless and incomplete. Thankfully, I got my money back from DoorDash, because this felt like a complete ripoff. I will not be ordering from Wendy’s or using DoorDash again.

On January 31th 2026. Ordered 2 chilies, large fries & 10 PC spicy nuggets combo. Both chilies were inedible with old hamburger meat. Fries were cold & soggy. Nuggets were old and dry. Worse experience ever!!!!!

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Told me to pull up and wait for fresh fries. Waited 15 minutes just for me to pull away and realize they gave old and cold fries along with an old breakfast sandwich. Turned back around and to get fresh food and the employee was rude. Hopefully Managment does better at quality control and customer service.

I guess when it is an hour until you close you just stop making fresh food?? Because that was definitely the case tonight. I haven't had a chance to eat all day because I've been working, I spent $15 for fries that have been sitting, not even warm, and dried out meat patties on my burger. Not happy.

This is not a fresh burger at all. Looks like it was sitting on a warming station for about 5 minutes or longer. Burger was cold and very dry. Manager on shift not very friendly. Will not come back to this store ever again.
