I had a wonderful time visiting here while I was in Cabo! I ordered the tuna tostados and surf & turf as my entrée paired with a hibiscus margarita. It did not disappointment! The service was top notch and environment was excellent. You definitely don’t want to miss out on the fire show was well. I almost forgot about the hookah which was probably the one of the best I’ve had!! It was on the pricey end so make sure you check the prices before reserving but it was 100% worth it. Would highly recommend!

The hookahs were smooth and flavorful, and the staff made sure everything stayed lit and fresh. But what really takes RosaNegra to the next level is the unreal atmosphere. It’s not just dinner — it’s an experience. The decor is stunning, every corner is picture-perfect, and the lighting and details make the whole place feel upscale and tropical at the same time. As the night goes on, it turns into a full-blown party — with live DJs, drums, fire shows, and even sparklers. The music is amazing, the energy is nonstop, and everyone is vibing. It’s like a restaurant and a club all in one, and somehow they nail both perfectly. Yes, it’s on the higher end price-wise, but worth every single peso. If you’re in Cabo, **RosaNegra is a must.

This is the most amazing dining experience you will ever have. The building is gorgeous, and is actually a wall between the parking lot and a view of the Pacific. It is clean and beautifully designed. All the staff were wonderfully friendly. The food is fantastic and unique. I had the biggest shrimp I have ever seen or eaten in my life. Incredible! You will want to have an appetizer or side with your meal, especially if you arrive hungry. Marco was our server and he was delightful. If you go for a specific celebration, you will be gifted with sparklers and enthusiastic dancing to the club beat that plays throughout the evening. The fire show is incredibly choreographed and executed. Really worth making sure your reservation at a time when you can see it. I highly recommend this place! Everyone of our business party of six enjoyed it and felt it was the best eating experience they have ever had overall. Enjoy!

Love love love this restaurant!!! Omg the entertainment dinning is off the roof!! I really loved when I walked in and they handed sparklers to everyone ! That was amazing 🥳 My dinning experience was very wonderful. They had a lot of interesting acts going on, and they made sure they sang for me for my birthday and made me feel very special. The food portions was also a decent size and feeling.

It's probably the hottest place in Cabo, literally. Because it's an open space restaurant, there's no air conditioning, and we were looking for a table near a fan, and unfortunately, all the tables who had fans pointing at them were taken. But we didn't let that ruin our evening. The food and the service were good, the shows were nice. The atmosphere was the best at this place. We will come back for sure

A trip to Cabo San Lucas is only complete after going to Rosa Negra! It is an absolute must! The many choices of steak and seafood will make choosing just one dish difficult. There plenty of delicious options to choose from and nothing will disappoint! I had the Rosa Negra salad and the lobster and it was the perfect pair along with a beautiful bottle of Albariño white wine from Spain. The service was perfect! The staff were helpful, friendly and I did not feel rushed! If fact, I was encouraged to stay for the show! The whole place gets involved in any of the little celebrations, with staff and patrons all having fun! My server also provided me with a little chocolate treat to enjoy after my meal! I will always be sure to stop by this restaurant every time I’m in Cabo!

Daniel and Mitchell were phenomenal, extremely attentive and polite. Octopus was out of this world. Highly recommend and best of all great show.

Great atmosphere, worth the money and entertaining! If you are looking to splurge for a night out, for special occasions, this is a great place. But its recommended to visit at least once in your life because everyone deserve their great entertainment. Fire show starts around 9pm and another one at 10pm. So make sure you reserve your dinner around those times. Two server per table, all the attention you need during your dinner!

Booked this a surprise for my boyfriend and I anniversary and this was the highlight of our trip to Cabo. Our reservations were at 7:00 pm and I believe this is the best time to get there. From the moment we got there, the attention from the staff was outstanding, we had reservations so they immediately walked us to our table. They knew we visited them because we were celebrating so they were very attentive. Food was great, the wine was yummy and the shows were really entertaining. It was a little bit pricey for two people but we did ordered a good amount of food and everything was so delicious so it was 100% worth what we paid(Around $8,500 MXN) Also- be aware that this is an outdoor restaurant and there is no AC and no fans, it gets really hot. They also surprised us with a little show for us. Overall it was a great experience, food and service were outstanding, i believe visiting Rosa Negra is a must when you go to Cabo.

Wonderful experience of sight sound and flavor! Such an assortment of appetizer and menu items. Sea Bass prepared table side is delicious. Can’t say enough about our wonderful meal and birthday celebration. The manager even gave us free finishing drinks of our choice!

Pricey but the level of service, unique food offerings and ambiance make it worth it. They have a DJ and the hostesses dance while you dine. We've had better meals while in town but would def come back for drinks and the fire show.

We went to RosaNegra with a group of six and it ended up being one of the best nights of our entire trip to Cabo. From the second you walk in, you can feel the energy. The tuna mole absolutely stood out and was one of the best dishes of the night. The short rib orzo was rich, tender, and full of flavor. We also had fresh seafood that was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. Portions are generous and great for sharing, which makes it ideal when you are with a group. The service was attentive and friendly the entire evening. Our group felt taken care of without ever feeling rushed. Everything flowed smoothly and the staff made sure we were enjoying ourselves the whole time. If you are visiting Cabo San Lucas and want a place with amazing vibes, incredible entertainment, and standout food, this is the spot. We had such a great time and would definitely come back again for another unforgettable night.

We went to RosaNegra as a family of four, as a recommendation from a friend. What a fun, eventful and delicious night! We all enjoyed our food (careful if you don’t do spicy- a few of the dishes have hot sauces in them). The service was beyond excellent - Fabiola was our server, and she was assisted by a great team who took care of our every need before we even asked. The entertainment was so fun and the vibe was so good. I highly recommend if you are looking for a super fun and memorable night out in Cabo!

We were in town for a wedding and decided to put together last-minute dinner with some of the guests who arrived early. Everyone there expected a normal dinner. They were all blown away with the service, the food and the overall performance of the evening!

Rosa Negra My daughter had been here previously and she highly recommended that we try it for the experience. I told her that I wanted to back out because of a lot of the reviews mentioning the upsell tactics and confusion over the final bill. Well she insisted that I just give a chance so we did! We went here on our first night in Cabo …on a Saturday and the day that Mothers Day is celebrated in Mexico! I loved the fact that they gave all of the mothers a boots on the ground fan and a 🌹. Our reservation was at 7pm which turned out to be a little early because the crowd had not arrived yet. Things really picked up at 8pm! The vibe, the music and energy turned up a few notches ! The decor and ambience are great…I love the open air seating. The actual light shows don’t start until 8:30pm so we were finished eating at that point. Here are my negatives: > The whole concept here is to sell the customer as much as you can. Even water! > the bill is going to come out in Spanish and look like a house payment. It’s very confusing, so be careful if you have a budget. I don’t see how you can get out without paying at least $100 per person. > Everyone wants a piece of the pie. The servers who are excellent claim that they have to split everything and suggest that you designate extra to them. > almost every table around us had to have manager type come out explain the bill. The positives: > everyone working here was dressed very professional and polished. > all of the customers coming in also looked very sharp..especially the ladies. I considered myself to be somewhere in the middle with a nice shirt and slacks. > the music and the sound system were very nice. Be prepared for the volume to go up to STK type levels around 8:30pm > they try to ask everyone if there celebrating anything so that they can help hype things up for your table. Some of this may cost extra. > The dancing and lights shows are excellent and don’t last an extremely long time, so you will have a chance to eat. > as for as the food goes, we all pretty much wanted the short rib. Thankfully the servers and a manager talked us out of it explaining that it was a little dry. I think that most of us opted for the short rib taco’s which were a 9/10. Everything we had was excellent and the servers were on top of getting anything you needed. > the only dessert our table ordered was the carrot cake. It was kind of middle of the road but I wish that we had been told how big these slices were beforehand. These things could feed 3 people at a minimum! I would go back again if ever in Cabo and would definitely recommend it to anyone one of my friends. Just know that you are going to spend more than planned. You will definitely enjoy yourself though!

Love the vibes here! The fire show is so dope! The party vibes here is on point, highly recommend this spot for bacherette or any celebrations. However, food and cocktail here is very average. Also if you want a sparkler at the table you have to buy a bottle for min of $400 USD.

We had a great time at RosaNegra. The service stood out — attentive, fast, and very professional, which really elevated the whole evening. We visited RosaNegra early February for a birthday party. The staff and service is exceptional, the vibes are great and the music is even better. The do a fire show at 9PM every night and then the venue turns into a party. Although we came during the off season we still had a great time; it wasn't too busy but still bumping. We had the short rib tacos (delicious but heavy) and the roasted marrow which was oily and mediocre. We expected more from the bone marrow which came with an extra toasted/hard tostada. The drinks were great. This venue is quite pricey and after we received the bill the server asked me if I wanted to leave a 20% tip which did leave a sour taste in my mouth as it should be my decision what I want to tip. All in all, it was a good experience with great company. They offered the birthday boy a free dessert which was a nice touch! Look forward to visiting again with hopefully a better review!

I really wanted to like this place. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the service was honestly perfect, our server was on point the whole night. But the food and drinks didn’t quite hit the mark. The one thing that stood out was the tuna appetizer, so good I ended up ordering it twice. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and right from the first sip, it tasted watered down. By the end, it was pretty much just melted ice. We spent about $600 on dinner, and while I wanted to feel like it was worth it, it was tough to justify the cost. I’m not really into shows or flashy experiences, so that part wasn’t for me, but I did love seeing everyone get up and dance. The energy in the room was fun, and I can definitely see the appeal. If the food and drink menu were just a bit stronger, I’d be all in. Thanks for the night either way.

The ambiance is amazing. Very beautiful place with a fire show and drummers. The inside outside concept was great. The food was not on the same level in my opinion, especially in relation to the price. Cabo is already expensive but this was our most expensive dinner and the taste/food didn’t live up to the hype for us.

The atmosphere looks classy. The lighting is low.. The music is loud . There's a live d.j. and every 30 mins or so there was a guy that came out and played the bongos. They have a fireshow after 9pm. The food was just ok . We ordered the Catch of the day (sea bass) which had a nice taste but was very small . Vegetables ( half peppers half a beet) I have never seen a restaurant give you these kind of Vegetables. Everything was ala carte. It seems like the only time the staff got excited is when someone ordered a steak ,especially a Tom a hawk..They came out with a whole song and dance show. Money talks here and if you don't have much to spend or don't want a steak dinner , DO NOT go here. Its really not worth. The hype is the music , fireshow, performer and if you order a Tomahawk steak They even come to your table to show you a whole plate of different sections of steak. FYI... They charge you about $10 for bottles of water.

While this place has the potential to excite and promote a fun shared experience among friends, it is not a destination for those in search of notable gastronomy or meaningful conversations. It's very dark so you have to utilize a phone light to see the menu. I was hoping for music but what they played was so incredibly loud from start to finish, which made it hard for anyone at the table to chat, and also the staff to hear what was being ordered or asked of them. This may be the reason why we received a few dishes we did not order, neglected to receive others that we actually did and at least two cocktails I ordered never arrived. Once a manager stepped in, he was able to sort of fix things, but for $20-$25/ cocktail I was hoping to at least not be charged for one of them. And they arrived about 10 minutes before we were set to leave so I didn't really get to enjoy them. It's clear they are working to cultivate an experience. The 10 minute fire show was fun the decor is lovely and most of the waitstaff seemed kind, but they were equally obviously stressed out, running around and mostly catering to tables where women were dancing and people were buying bottles. My group expressed feeling the neglect. With that said, most people, including a few of my friends, seemed to have great fun dancing and taking pictures together. But I would recommend not arriving too hungry (or sober), expect to spend mucho dinero (btw no split checks!) and prepare to possibly walk away feeling the hype outweighed the actual substance.

Came here to celebrate my friends birthday. Place is p poppin in a handstand. Constant clapping was really annoying and would be more lit without it. They also played the same music over and over again. Service took forever. Ordered a round of shots but they brought a full bottle of tequila which ended up being $600. But it was a cool experience overall, good for parties and large groups. First restaurant I’ve been to where you can stand on your chairs and table to dance.

Food poisoning!!!!! It's so bad I've already had to change my flight once and I may do it again today. They brought one of the dishes, and it was the smelliest I've ever smelt. It was sickening. I believe it was sour kraut, so I just removed it and had them immediately take the vegetable away. I continued to eat the chicken and potatoes but my date just couldn't finish eating. And then I woke in the middle of the night and now every hour for two days I'm hugging a toilet. And can you believe it, they didn't even apologize!!!

It was so loud with club type music blaring through the dinner. The prices were outrageous. Evian was $15 and they didn't ask before pouring. A martini was $26 which wouldn't have been bad if we got more than half of a martini glass full. The filet was good but not great for $84. The giant asparagus was mostly shriveled and burned. Every time a bottle was ordered the sparklers and more loud noise came through the restaurant.
