In terms of the food, probably our best meal this trip (maybe a tossup between her and The Manta). The catch of the day was sea bass, and it was excellent. The mushroom pizza was recommended and was delicious. We also liked the brocollini and the desserts. The vegetarian pasta was the only thing that we weren't impressed by. Great late-night spot with fantastic vibes, a few hiccups Bar Esquina was a lifesaver! My friend got off work at 9 PM, and we needed a place open late. This fit the bill perfectly (open/food served up to 11 PM). The timing was ideal—I even caught the fireworks from right outside while waiting! There’s live music nightly until 10 PM, which really adds to the energy. A heads-up: the space is huge and draws a big, lively crowd (lots of U.S. visitors). The chatter and music are loud, so it’s not a quiet dinner spot—but that’s part of the fun! After the band finished around 10 PM, the crowd thinned around 11:20 p.m. and talking got easier. We did hit a few snags: · Drinks took a while to arrive due to how busy it was. · And they were out of pizzas and calzones. We were not advised of this until an half an hour later But honestly, it was hard to be upset. Our server was genuinely apologetic and attentive. The drinks were great, and the complimentary bread with flavored butters was delicious. My lobster roll and fries hit the spot, and my friend enjoyed his pasta. I appreciated that even as we stayed near closing, we never felt rushed. One note: it’s on the pricier side, and nothing was discounted or comped despite the wait and limited menu. That surprised me a bit—in the U.S., you might often see a gesture for the inconvenience. But the server’s attitude really saved the experience. Overall, a vibrant, reliable late-night option with good food and great energy. Just be ready for a lively crowd and possible menu limits if you’re there late! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Top 5 meal in Cabo tonight. 5 star across the board. Live music starts 7/7:30 ish. Bar gets crowded early and then when we left at 8:15 restaurants was packed. Great vibe. We sat at the counter in front of the open kitchen. So much fun. Roast Chicken was a Winner winner Chicken Dinner ! Perfectly cooked. Highly recommended. 1000 Layer Lasagna - actually a lighter dish. Best Lasagna in Cabo(so far). Sausage Pizza was Solid. Potato chips looked great. Can’t wait to go back.

***Warning - Long Post*** So, if I could nominate this place for a Michelin Star or a James Beard Award, I would. We have eaten here 3 out of the 5 nights we've been in Cabo, and the only thing I hate about it is we didn't find out about it sooner. This place is a WHOLE VIBE!!! The atmosphere, the staff and the food all phenomenal. Now let's talk about Thomas our server (super nice guy), talked me into the catch of day (he's my new best friend)... The snapper was cooked to perfection (came back again to try the sword fish - perfection again), but I almost forgot about it because the vegetables stole the show. Grilled broccoli, mushrooms, greens and a puree that was perfection! I didn't know mushrooms could taste so good🤤. My wife had the smoked pancetta honey pizza (caramelized onions and honey) did I mention it had honey on it... I didn't know pizza could taste this good... 🤤. Dessert was the yummy Sticky toffee cake with vanilla been ice cream ❤️, the S'mores (Skillet chocolate chip cookie 😋) was just as amazing ❤️. Oh don't let me forget the mocktail mojito in the martini glass. This was a special treat from the bartender showing a little extra love ... This should be bottled and sold by the gallon! It tastes like beautiful was poured in a glass with a mint kiss. The hostess, Garcia, was delightful and Karen made sure we were well taken care of. Rodrigo was a prince of a server. Now the genius behind the amazing dishes we kept coming back for was Chef Guillermo. Our meals we're blissful and he was humble which made us love him even more! He was so inviting and accommodating. Let me warm you. If you eat here, you won't want to eat anywhere else in Cabo... Oh yeah the nightly live music completes the WHOLE VIBE! We are already looking forward to coming back to Cabo and making this a recurring experience! Gracias Guillermo and the whole Esquina staff! You guys are awesome!

I own two restaurants and wish I had the staff this place has..... wow just wow! We will become tourists regulars that's a promise now!!! Orlando was our server he was sooo amazing! This was the dark horse winner of our entire trip! We ate here every morning for breakfast and several times for lunch and dinner. Everything we ate was terrific. The acai Bowl and the pizzas were amazing. If I had to pick a little, I'd say to confirm the description on the menu matches what is served. We noticed inconsistencies with the actual item vs the menu descriptions, but for us it didn't matter much.

We had an excellent experience! The food was fabulous. We started with the Burratta in a vinaigrette that left us wanting another order! The pizza was very good, ate too quickly and forgot to photograph! Lastly the drinks were good, nice and substantial, not watered down. I would go again on my next trip!

Yummy and friendly! Definitely stop in if you're thinking about it. The staff were incredibly friendly, even talked to us about how the salsa was made. We just wandered in and it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. The breakfast was delicious. The coffee was some of the best I've had all around. Loved everything about it and want to come back for a dinner experience. Pricing was typical to high but we've learned that's to be expected around here so can't complain.

Last year while on our wedding venue site tour, my then fiancé and I came across the bustling bar with a beautiful dining room that we adored. And then, after having the best lamb pappardelle I had ever tasted I knew we had to come back. I never imagined we would somehow incorporate them into our wedding weekend. Nearly a year later, we decided to have our rehearsal dinner at Bar Esquina and we are so happy we did. Nishme, our sales manager, handled us with care and ensured everything was perfect.. From the menu selection, to arrival even down to the beautiful flowers they hand delivered to us upon arrival. Not to mention, the magical serenade by Chaplin toward the end of our dinner. Bar Esquina is a must visit while in Cabo, and if it's just 2 of you, don't miss a chance to sit at the bar. This is an amazing gem! Thank you to everyone who helped ensure our wedding rehearsal was everything we needed.

Great experience here in Cabo. The staff is amazing. Erick at the restaurant always made great recommendations on what to order.

El café y los huevos (lo que consumí) son orgánicos y de buena calidad. El lugar es muy bonito y agradable para un desayuno tranquilo, al ser bar, hay quien se amanece aquí. El "croque madame" rico. El precio es alto, la calidad y sabor adecuados. Me agradó que la atención es buena y esmerada, felicidades. Tiene servicio de desayuno, comida y cena además del bar. Mi consumo fue de $368 MXN con propina.

El lugar nos gustó mucho, fui con mi prometida a tomar unos cócteles y postre, la atención es buena a pesar de que dijimos que somos locales y el ambiente también es bueno, los cócteles estuvieron muy bien, en general está agradable para pasar una buena velada.

Bar Esquina tiene una reputación increíble, es un lugar imperdible en Los Cabos. Tiene opción vegana. Todos los platillos deliciosos.

Desayunamos delicioso, huevos rancheros magnífica opción, la atención es muy buena pero el costo es elevado contra otros lugares en la misma zona. Lo único que no me gustó es que al llegar nos ofrecieron agua, la cual aceptamos y al final nos dimos cuenta que nos cobraron una botella de agua Fiji de más de $100 pesos. En la industria de hoteles y restaurantes el agua es cortesía, o si gustas alguna marca especial se te ofrece.

Dined here last night and was surprisingly disappointed. All of our food came out cold and they were out of several bottles of wine that were being offered on the menu by the glass. Not sure how this happens especially considering it’s a big holiday week! This is basic bar inventory management 101. Terrible, la comida insípida, súper desabrida. La atención también muy mal, si no eres americano no te tratan bien, tardan mucho en atenderte. Además de todo, es demasiado caro, inaceptable tomando en cuenta que la comida ni siquiera es buena.

Llegamos con altas expectativas contemplando reviews anteriores, nos recibieron bien y aunque mencionamos que no comíamos lácteos tres veces aún así nos trajeron la comida con queso. La comida en general estuvo bien pero nada que ver con el precio tan elevado y si eres vegano solo hay dos platillos. El ambiente antes de las 6pm es totalmente muerto si quieren ver a la banda en vivo. No volvería ni lo recomendaría, es una pena porque es muy bonito restaurante.

Literal nos corrieron como pretexto después de casi terminar de cenar. Por qué com nos a llover y no tienen suficiente lugar techado para todos los comensales. Se inventaron el pretexto que uno del grupo pidió la cuenta. Un turista extranjero (muy amable) se mostró más preocupado que el personal y procuro que nos sentáramos al vernos de pie por tanto tiempo. Bonito lugar. Pero sus encargado que lastima
