Very nice staff. Food is delicious! Took a little longer than usual to prepare however it was worth the wait. Los Cabos is expensive when it comes to food and restaurants, however if you are tired of paying for overpriced food, I absolutely recommend that you come here. The value meals are about half the price they are in the US. It’s located upstairs in the mall in a very nice air conditioned area. A very nice break from the tourist chaos outside. Also the first time I’ve paid less than $7 for a meal a week of being here.

This was fine. Burger King is Burger King. I had the nuggets, fries and a diet pepsi. I didn't ask for fries but I got it! Food was fine. Freshly made and warm. Fries were a little salty. Service was pleasant and friendly. Part of the food court in the mall.

If you need a break from the overpriced tourist restaurants surrounding the marina, are wanting something a bit simpler, but still want to enjoy the view, this BK in the upstairs Puerto Paraiso food court is a great option. Despite me speaking no Spanish, the staff worked hard to make sure they understood my order. And my wife was very complimentary about the freshness of the burger she received.

Buena atención.No son las mejores hamburguesas pero si te quitan el hambre. Buen lugar para comer con mesas disponibles y aire acondicionado. 😉

The reason for my message is to point out a series of irregularities that made my visit extremely disappointing, both due to the quality of the food and the failure to honor the current promotion. First, I went to your establishment specifically to purchase the "SpongeBob Package." As you know, the main attraction of this themed meal is the complete experience, which includes distinctive elements and, above all, the collectible toy. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the toy was not included. I consider this a significant lack of consideration for the customer, since one makes the purchase precisely for the added value of the promotion and not simply for a conventional meal. Second, I must mention my dissatisfaction with the quality of the hamburger I received. I was negatively surprised by the size of the product, as both the bun and the patty were excessively small, even below the brand's usual standards. In addition, the flavor wasn't what I expected, and the preparation left much to be desired, resulting in a rather poor dining experience that doesn't justify the price paid. 🍔❌ It's frustrating as a customer to pay for a complete product and receive something incomplete and of low quality. I purchased the SpongeBob SquarePants combo, and the least I expect is to receive exactly what's advertised, without omissions. 🍍 I respectfully request that this report be taken into consideration and that a fair solution be offered, whether it's the delivery of the missing toy or some form of compensation for the poor service received. I await a formal response and a solution befitting a brand like Burger King.

It's alright. Not the best, but not the worst! The food came out fast, it was pretty warm, and costumer service was good. It was a bit hectic since they didn't know how organize the clients as far as keeping the area clear where you order from and where you pickup your food. Had two employees hanging out with their friends while behind the counter and none were paying attention that people were waiting for assistance. Since it's inside a plaza, there is plenty of paid parking and security as well. Overrall, It's a hit or miss coming to this location and am neutral as far as recommending it.

La peor sucursal, creo de todo el país les pides algo y no tienen pan, no tienen la bebida, la maquina de helados nunca funciona y solo te dicen - una disculpa - la verdad que no se vale al precio de las cosas y un servicio incompleto, ya del coraje ni comí nada

Los colaboradores que ahí trabajan no tiene la culpa, pero su logística de insumos por parte de Gerencia es pésima, no puede ser que sea tan constante la falta de insumos básicos (pan, carne res, cucharas, etc) no espero mucho y cada vez me defraudan más.

Pedi, una doble triple en balsa decorado de jugo de 4x4 estilo animal guijarros extras con vibración exprimida con grasa ligera hazlo llorar quemalo déjalo nadar y me tejieron esta madre. Adjunto foto. No sé si sea por ser color de codo negro.

Pésimo , pésimo pésimo servicio. Todo tu personal sucio , no usan cubre boca ni guantes para el manejo de alimentos. Todos los del personal sin maya en el cabello , el encargado cabello largoooo tocándose el cabello , una de las cajeras con una actitud de flojera sacándose los mocos , nunca sirve la.maqina de helados , no te sirven la porción correcta de papas la carne cruda , no saben ni refilar una bendita soda. No tienen las promociones de la pantalla. Wirklich schlecht. Offiziell schließt der Laden um 19:00PM und um 18:00 kriegt man dort teilweise nichts mehr mit der Begründung das es sich nicht lohnt nochmal alles anzuwerfen. War 2x der Fall. Einmal haben sie schon um 18:15 den Laden dicht gemacht weil gerade kein Kunde in Sicht war. Kann ich bei einer solch großen Kette nicht nachvollziehen

Peor experiencia en hamburguesas(hablo de US,Canadá,Europa y resto de México)de comida rápida,servicio superlento y de malas( te das cuenta que las chicas no quieren estar ahí)pedí una whoper doble y una carne no estaba completamente cocida,las hamburguesas salieron y se enfriaron en lo que las unieron con las papas y refresco....

Publicidad engañosa, te dan cupones y cuando los vas a cambiar resultan que no tienen carne para las whopper??? Qué no tienen pan chico?!!! POR FAVORRRRR dice la web que cierran a las 8pm pero a las 7 apagan la cocina???

Tardan mas de 20 minutos en hacer el pedido, no tenian refrescos de varios sabores, el personal se equivoca de ordenes y por eso se alenta el servicio.

Pésimo, mala preparación de los alimentos, refresco sin gas. No tienen condimentos y sobre todo no sirve su página de FACTURACIÓN, les comentas a los empleados y no tienen idea.

Pésima experiencia para ser una cadena de renombre, comidas mal preparadas, mala manipulación que se podía observar desde el mostrador, máquinas de refrescos y helados en mal estado simplemente una burla.

La gerencia o dueños de este establecimiento es pésimo. El cuarto frío no sirve, la máquina de helados no sirve, no hacen refill de pequeño y contabilizan tan duro la carne que a veces hacen mañas para vender más dinero con menos combos.

Estuve formado mucho tiempo para que al pasar no me atendiera bien lo deje pasar me dijo que no tenía el paquete que quería y que tenía uno más caro para lo que cedi y les dije que me lo dieran y me dicen va a apagar con efectivo o tarjeta y le dije efectivo y me dice no tengo servicio con efectivo osea queee?? They told me they were out of buns for the Stacker, so they offered to replace it with a smaller bun, but keeping the same ingredients as a Stacker. The result was a disgusting mini-burger. My complaint is that I assumed the patty would be large, but it was like a children's burger. They charged me approximately $200.

It's disgusting. According to the waiter, the soda machine hasn't been opened for months. They still offer large combo meals and only have drinks in PET bottles. It's the worst Burger King ever. Plus, they charge tourists in dollars but don't give them change.

Terrible service, honestly it used to be better. The staff had no customer service skills; they didn't give me an order number or ask for my name. I paid in cash and they didn't give me a receipt or anything. Absolutely terrible, don't go back. It's better to order online or something. People complain about KFC, and this place is just like Burger King. I asked about my order and they told me they forgot about it.

The worst Burger King ever, and it's a well-deserved title. The ice cream machine never works, the same goes for the soda machine, and to top it all off, the day we decided to eat there, the system was down, taking orders on slips of paper. I hope they address this and this franchise improves. I don't think the fault lies with the staff, but with the irresponsible owners who don't care about providing good service.

The ice cream machine is always out of order, the soda machine is the same, and to top it all off, the day I went they weren't using a system and were taking orders by hand. The burgers were poorly made. It's unbelievable that a franchise is in this state. I hope they do something about it; otherwise, they're just going to close down. They're pathetic.

I asked for a cheeseburger and received as a response that they only sell menus and not one product here. After traveling all over the world, I met the first burger king that adopted this strategy. Very unsatisfied with their service both times i wanted burger king from this place. First time i was there in person because i was shopping at the plaza. They told me i had to wait 40 mintues for my food if i wanted to order. They tried to brush me away so they wouldn't have to take my order. They said they already had alot of orders in line. This means they need more employees or faster employees. America has way more orders on line and never in my life had they told me there would be a 40 minute wait for my order. THATS WHY ITS CALLED FAST FOOD. Second time i ordered from uber eats and they got my order wrong. They didnt take off what i asked on the burger and then i asked for a pepsi and they brought me an orange soda. I am allergic to what the orange contains in it. Very poor service. And they dont care about their service at all. I do not recommend this place. Either in person or uber eats.
