Our waiter Mario at cilantro’s was amazing and on top of our order! He was very attentive, while giving us the right amount of space. He even helped us customize our meal to include what we wanted.

If you're looking for somewhere fancy to dine for dinner, you must try Cilantros! My family and I have been coming here for almost twenty years, and it's always a show stopper. Ocean views at every table, fancy drinks, meals, and desserts! Our hostess Laura was very kind and was able to get us a last minute table, and our server Mario treated us like royalty. We will always come back! Thank you for always treating us Canadians like family.

We had a nice lunch with a beautiful view. We ordered Caesar salad, Zarandeado fish, fajita wrap, pear compote, strawberry ice cream, pear salad. Food was welcoming and flavorful after a nice walk and cruise around the marina and los arcos. Service was nice and efficient. During the 4 nights we were at the resort, we were not able to get dinner reservations.

We had the shrimp stuffed chilli and lobster bisque for appetizers which were perfect, basically licked the bowl clean also the skirt steak was great. The filet mignon was under and potato was a little over done. Otherwise it would've been 5 star rating. Our server Mauricio was fantastic.

Cilantros se encuentra dentro del hotel pueblo bonito, necesitas hacer reservación, la atención es muy buena, los meseros muy amables y la vista por la tarde/noche es muy linda, de la comida esperaba algo mejor, pedimos pasta Alfredo con camarones y no estaba cremosa, el filete de pescado estaba normal y el pollo al cilantro lo rico era el puré, no sabe malo pero esperaría algo mejor. La verdad no lo recomiendo tanto. Solo por la vista y el servicio.

Cilantros, is your goto throughout the day. It's not super great, but it's decent. It's located by the beach and easy access to the pool. Again, ask what you can and can't get with all-inclusive. Overall ok

Waited over an hour for dry chicken. The seafood soup tasted like water and salt. Waitress was impatient and rude but was nice to other people. Never again.

La atención es muy amable, y el lugar muy lindo pues da a la playa y justo frente al Arco de los Cabos. Sin embrago, la cómoda es mala. Lo único que más o menos estuvo bien fueron las tostadas de atún, aunque siendo playa, se esperaría que el atún estuviera más fresco. Pedí también unos camarones y los cocieron demasiado, estaban muy secos. Pedí un coctel de camarón, y era prácticamente jitomate con cebolla y pepino y unos escasos mini trocitos de camarón, muy malo.

Wait staff is very nice. Food is of low quality and over priced.

We have had deeeeelicious shrimp meals for 30 years here,,,,Not today. 1st time not happy. The fried breaded shrimp was old, dried out, and over cooked. The shrimp cocktail had very little consistency and little flavor. I talked to other long time patrons and was advised,,,,it's 'hit or miss' on meals these days. Gonna stick with 'tried-true' cheeseburgers & club sandwiches,,,,,

We were offered a complimentary dinner here by the resort staff after telling them we found some of the facilities in poor condition. We were looking forward to an enjoyable evening to improve our experience on this trip, but we did not have that at all. The initial service was quite slow, and then we were told there was absolutely no menu available to see unless we were willing to act like all the thoughtless drones who spend their life with their heads down and face stuck in their phones constantly. We were forced to use our phones at the table to scan the stupid QR code, and then spend an excessive amount of time trying to scroll around and navigate the tiny print to find the few things that were even available. Not much looked interesting to us, and the prices shown were way too high; if we had been paying for it, we would not have stayed for the meal. We started with top-shelf margaritas (good, but not great) and crab cakes (also decent, but not great). After that, we had the shrimp and lobster bisque - VERY disappointing. As main courses, my wife's shrimp was rubbery and unappetizing, while my skirt steak was actually well seasoned, cooked nicely, and flavorful; however, nothing else on either plate was edible to us. After it became evident to the staff that we were very dissatisfied with the meal, our service suddenly got much better, with numerous offers to give us something else. By that time we were just disgusted with the place, told them we wanted nothing more and left. They did keep trying, however, and sent us complimentary champagne and desert to the room. Although I appreciated the attempt, it just could not overcome the overall poor experience we had for this meal.

I made a reservation for my family vacation and we were excited to go. The shuttle to get there was late so I called the hotel and asked them to hold our spot and they agreed. When we showed up, the very rude Naomi(lady at the front) gave our table away after only 20 minutes. I told her we called but she said they had no recollection. I even offered to sit in the outside tables that were empty and she said no. Seriously put a damper on my vacation. Has me doubting my next visit to Pueblo Bonito.

Served my dad a raw steak. Served me chicken that I threw up instantly. Took over an hour for our food and the portions were comically small. Not to just talk bad about the server, but the service was slow and not friendly at all.

Place looked good but had horrible service for time just to bring water and drinks took over 30 min. Food was not good at all!! We have traveled many places in Mexico and with the poor service and okay drinks it cost us $150 for 4 plates and 3 margaritas and 2 waters. Would not recommend and we will be finding better location soon!!

The worst customer service experience in Las Cabos! Ordered 7 Pina coladas & they could give us only 1 straw. Bad attitude by server! Appetizer had too much salt, couldn't even finish half of it. Kids went to beach and they were told to leave while we were waiting for dinner. We just left after our worst experience! Wouldn't recommend to anyone to waste time & money.
