The service was very good. Also the food. I love the green areas of Hacienda Coyote. We ride a horse there in a relaxed area. It also have a mystic side: rocks that are meteorites and a "temascal"

Went there to celebrate a relative's birthday, it's a good country restaurant, but the most that I liked was the walk that we made as a famlily around the lake, the gardens and the cabanas. This time we just went for the food, but I hope to go soon to stay some days at the cabanas.

Everything was great except the kids meal included an ice cream and it wasnt offered at the end, as the server had mentioned. when I had ordered the kids meal I asked him to bring the ice cream my children wanted when choosing their food. But he said it will be brought at the end. Otherwise great ambiance, good food, small portions but very filling and good taste. &

The food was great but their service was a little slow. They claimed their system was down so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I do recommend them because they have a lot of activities for the family.

Ordered the fettuccine shrimp pasta and it was so watery. My husband had the ceviche plate and if was very good but just wanted to share my experience with that specific dish. It was not as pictured on the menu at all.

Very slow service, a group of 8 people, the place was empty. Our tour guide highly recommended this place to stop an have dinner here. Ordered two guacamole orders for starters, they came out, but without the chips to dip and be able to eat the stuff. It took another 5 to 10 minutes to get the chips, noted there were 3 to 5 waiters on the floor, just standing around not doing nothing our waiter served our drinks, no ice in our drinks, had to ask for ice, took another while, by the time he got back with the ice the drinks were empty, how do you forget to put ice in lemonade or ice tea? The owner should teach his staff that ice comes with lemonades, ice teas and chips for your guacamole! The only fast thing this waiter was fast at was the bill and to see how much was the tip!! Maybe this only happens to tourists, next time we will skip this place!!!!

This place was great a couple of years ago, clean and a good deal overall. It looks rundown now, dirty, the small pond is dirty and smells bad. I won't go back to this place. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.
