Good food with beautiful view. It was the first thing had after landing in Mexico and it did not disappoint me, set the standards so high. 🤌🏻
My family and I had some wonderful breakfasts at The Ledge. The food was delicious, of course, but it was the staff that really made everything memorable. We were incredibly well taken care of by Ms Elizabeth and Mr Suri. Elizabeth remembered our favorite foods and had a constant smile and warmth to her interactions. We were so impressed by her. Karen at the front counter remembered our names and helped us get great seating. We are grateful for their professional and attentive service, and to the chefs for the delicious meals. We'd love to come back someday. Our breakfasts were a wonderful part of our Globalist benefits through the hotel and the Hyatt program.
We ventured out of town via Uber to check out this all inclusive hotel and eat lunch at the Ledge restaurant. We arrived early to stroll the private beach and enjoy the comfy lounge chairs overlooking the grand ocean views while waiting for our lunch reservation. You could probably bring your swim suit and dip in the infinity pool with no issues. I had the seafood tower and it was delicious. My guy was dying for a burger and got it here. We had a table outside with a great view. Lovely bathroom amenities.
Had a great dinner here while staying at the Cape. Good food, great vibes, live band was playing that night. I believe they are called Yatch Pool. Beautiful music. Great service from our server Milton.
We had some great meals at The Ledge. I’d never had chilaquiles before and WOW! They were so good. There are many options and the restaurant is very flexible about ordering a la carte. The scenery is incredible as well; the view of the waves and surfers is a great way to begin the day while on vacation. Plan for time at The Ledge. Our meals typically took 30 minutes to arrive.
We stayed at the Cape for 10 days for our wedding and mini moon and did not get tired of eating at the ledge for 10 days multiple times a day sometimes. The staff is INCREDIBLE- the food is amazing but the people is what really ties it all in. We ate breakfast here daily and I recommend the chicken enchiladas for breakfast with half mole half green salsa. The Motuleños is also amazing! We came for lunch & dinner a couple times - I had the local catch, steak sushi (this one is amazing) and fish tacos. Elizabeth took care of us most days and she is so sweet & helped us daily with vegetarian options for my husband. She had excellent recommendations for him. I am going to miss it here!
We had a terrific experience at The Ledge. We were greeted warmly, seated at the best seat for viewing the sunset, and were advised well by our server. He pointed out our likely oversight that would have resulted in a much greater expense than we had anticipated, allowing us to change our wine order. We got gluten-free bread without asking for it, just because I mentioned my gluten allergy. We got little complimentary samplers (scallops as a starter and a chocolate truffle for dessert). The service was attentive and friendly. Every staff member was kind and dedicated to making our evening pleasant. And the views were gorgeous, which the server memorialized for us by offering to take our photo. The ambient music was a little loud for my preference, but that was minor in comparison to everything else that was perfect.
Excellent place to stay in Cabo. Highly recommended Restaurant is excellent too
There is nothing that disappoints at this resort. Usually the breakfast that is included in the price with your "special reservation" is an after thought. Maybe an average buffet at best. Not here. The food, service and views have been amazing. We've tried the huevos rancheros, the chiliquiles, avocado toast, pastries and detox juices. Something different every day. All were fanatic. And the right amount of food where you're satisfied but not bloated while you go chill at the pool. This place is just another reason why there's no need to leave the property.
Best brunch ever!! Superb patio seating with "forever" views towards Cabo with a great vibe!! We enjoy good beef and this restaurant have amazing beef choices - there was a huge chunk of ribeye and an endless supply of huge beef bones loaded with marrow YUM! In addition to the "beef station" there were other several "stations" - pastries, desserts, sushi etc. They even had pickled cactus leaf available. I am not a French toast fan at all and accidently ordered French Toast due to my poor Spanish - it arrived and it was so "puffy" it did not look like French Toast at all. I started nibbling on it and it was DIVINE! After brunch we felt walking a couple of miles is a must so we sauntered down to the beach and headed south over the seaside boulders onto the empty beach towards Cabo, walked for a few miles and then entered a another resort, ordered a cab and went back to our hotel room - quite the adventure!
I Really enjoyed eating breakfast here everyday for my vacation. Has some of the best views and vibes. Service was excellent, my server Cesar went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied every day. Very accommodating to make you happy and have a good experience.
We loved our experience at the ledge every time! Highly recommend their Açaí bowl, cape toast, egg white frittata, and tacos. Elizabeth and Andrea took excellent care of us and even remembered us when we returned. Breathtaking views are a plus, we will be back!!
I have come here several times, and have been satisfied and left with the feeling of a desire to return on my next visit to Cabo every single time. The fish is so fresh, I highly recommend the sashimi and the octopus. You really can't go wrong with any of the dishes, they are all great! The restaurant is beautiful and a great reason to dress. Wonderful ambience and pleasant staff. The view is superb for a sunset dinner. If you have the ability to I strongly recommend asking to sit outside so you can watch the sunset. Epic.
Went for lunch with my husband and son while visiting Cabo this past week. The ceviches were fabulous as is the view. Special thanks to Juan N. who served us. He is a keeper. Great service, wonderful recommendations.
By far one of the best French toast (The Cape Toast) I’ve had here in Cabo. Went for brunch this morning and enjoyed the beautiful warm weather out on the patio. The view, nature’s sounds, live music, all meanwhile enjoying a quality meal is what I like to call paradise. Definitely come here when visiting Cabo- it’s a dream.
Loved grabbing breakfast while we stayed at the Cape. Everyone was so friendly and very dog friendly. Food is always amazing, good portions and great flavors. Food service could be quicker, but no complaints. Sunday brunch has live music and is buffet style, order french toast at the pastry section!
Amazing view of the arch; great for breakfast or lunch; reservation is needed; the staff is very friendly :) French bread is one of the house specialties, it is delicious! Good portion sizes.
Beautiful view with even better food! The Ledge had the best tacos we tried while we were in Cabo. The mimosas were delicious, as was the burger. Very calm vibes with a view of the Arch.
We had breakfast everyday here during our stay at The Cape. It was delicious every single day and we always had something new to try.
My husband and I are staying at a nearby Airbnb and decided to dine in for breakfast at the ledge this morning. And we couldn’t have been more impressed with our service! Ronaldo and his partner (I’m spacing on her name but I believe it started with an A) were absolutely amazing and since we are both vegan he suggested a chef special for my husband as he’s more of a spicy/savory fan and I did the açaí bowl which both dishes were out of this world! We will be back for breakfast tomorrow and booked for tonight’s dinner at the rooftop who are also making special vegan dishes for us. Very impressed!!
The view was stunning. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.
We had breakfast at The Ledge every morning of our vacation. Fantastic service, food, and views. Our servers Julie and Connie were so nice. We will miss it!
We went for lunch, it was good. It has beautiful views. The service was very good as well. I highly recommend it
The Cape French toast is the best French toast in Mexico. The egg whites omelet is super delish
Great food and great service! I had the fresh catch fish with spinach quinoa and potatoes. Burrata for appetizer. Wife had surf and turf. Great meal with very nice sunset view of el arco. All staff speak English and Spanish.
Beautiful seating. Food was great. Not the best bang for your buck in cabos but with a view like that it’s hard to beat
Amazing! Love the tacos and ceviches on the lunch menu and the personal cooking class from Chef Victor was fantastic and exceeded expectations.
Place was fantastic but super expensive. Service and food and drink quality were second to none. The ledge was closed for a special event however food and drinks were available from there at pool side.
Amazing!! The staff was extremely friendly, the food was so fresh & catered to my husband's gluten free request. The best views in an unpretentious resort. 5 stars! Don't miss this hidden gem!
Cape toast!!!!! OMG im in heaven! I cant wait to go home and try out their recipe.
The outdoor seats are a little uncomfortable, but the service was very attentive. Enjoy a coffee with a view!
5 Stars – A Must-Visit in Cabo! We had an unforgettable dining experience at The Ledge at The Cape. The food was absolutely delicious, the views were breathtaking, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening. A special shoutout to our server, Molten, who was truly amazing—attentive, warm, and made us feel right at home. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you're in Cabo—you won’t be disappointed!
Hidden gem inside The Cape. Great food and top notch service. The risotto with lobster tail is a must try.
Come here often on a weekend to have cafe con pan and enjoy the Beautiful ocean view , great coffee and nice service - recommend !!!
Could not recommend The Ledge enough! Juan, our server for dinner, was so amazing and made the whole experience so personable. His menu recommendations were also excellent. Our meal was so delicious. Can’t wait to come back next time we stay at The Cape!
We really had a lovely time at your resort. The room was gorgeous and the view was even better. Jaime the pool concierge was especially awesome along with Miguel who worked in the towel booth. We ate multiple meals at the Ledge restaurant and Elizabeth is AMAZING. She took amazing care of us. We hope one day to visit again and bring our children with us. I wish you a phenomenal year filled with health and happiness for you and your team.
My husband and I dined at The Ledge 2x during our stay at The Cape and both times the service and food was memorable and delicious! We had alternative plans for our first night when we arrived in Cabo but were both exhausted and opted to go downstairs to The Ledge for it's convenience and we were amazed! Our waitstaff was wonderful, professional and very friendly. They provided us with recommendations for both food and drinks. We ordered the corn soup, watermelon salad, NY Strip Steak and Fish of the Day and everything we had was excellent! Even the homemade bread they served us and the amuse bouche (ceviche) was outstanding. We ended up going back for Brunch over the weekend which was another incredible meal - you MUST try the Cape French Toast - one of the best things I have ever had and I am not a French toast person. We also had the avocado toast which was quite delicious. There was live music at brunch which made for a fun experience and the views both day and night can't be beat! I highly recommend The Ledge for anyone traveling to Cabo or staying at the Cape. We can't wait to return!
My family and I experienced Sunday brunch at The Ledge for the first time today. From the minute the valet service took my car to stepping into the restaurant, the service was impeccable. The variety of dishes, the quality of the food and of course the fantastic view of The Arch and Cabo shoreline and time with family all made for a most remarkable dining experience. Our servers, Elizabeth and Miriam, provided us with exceptional service, often anticipating our needs even before we even asked. Sunday brunch at the Ledge at The Cape will be a favourite spot for our family for sure.
My husband and I just had dinner at The Ledge. It was excellent. The service and the food both exceeded our expectations. The preparations are fresh and inventive. Everything is presented beautifully. The view of the arch is incredible especially at sunset. I strongly urge anyone visiting Cabo to have dinner here. The staff is the best! Thank you for a great experience.
Delicious brunch, decent variety of food to choose and everything with very good quality. The place has outdoor and indoor sitting which is nice to have the option. Service is EXCELLENT, even though is a buffet the waiters are always in the look out to help you out, bring you drinks, carry your plate or wat ever you need! Plus they are very polite.
Fabulous view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful dishes. The quinoa greens salad was great as were the octopus and blackened fish tacos. Cocktails were excellent. The churros were a nice finish to the meal.
Always impressed by the food: dined here for breakfast lunch and dinner while staying at the Cape and we were pleasantly surprised. The food is divine and the service spectacular (notably Miriam at breakfast and Nelson and Jesus at dinner). What a treat to have a stellar go-to restaurant in our resort.
Was here for my cousin’s bachelorette lunch and we had an amazing time!! There was a hurricane and they completely accommodated us and gave us such a fun time!! Thank you to our server Elizabeth, she was so amazing and made it so fun!! 10/10 recommend
Had an amazing lunch right when we got to our resort. Our waiter Rojello was amazing! Super friendly had great suggestions for different activities as this is our first time in Cabo. The food was so fresh and it was nice to start with some mezcal drinks! I would totally come back here again and hopefully get Rojello again, thanks for a great experience.
Good food, great coffee! Stayed at the Cape and ate breakfast and lunch at Ledges several times. The breakfast was particularly good and the latte and cappaccino were fantastic! I usually had the two eggs which were done properly and I loved the potatoes that accompanied it. For lunch I had the shrimp tacos, chips and guac and the fish tacos. The battered fish wasn't my favorite but it was good for what it was. The other items were all very good, prices were better than at many resorts. Service and ambiance is nice, was a little hot to sit outside when we were there. Music was nice and the view is amazing!
The last night of our honeymoon we had a lovely server assisted buffet dinner at The Ledge. There was so much food brought to our table but everything we tried was fresh and delicious. My favorite was the sea bass, seafood skewer, lamb, the churros, and flourless brownie. Can’t wait to come back! I think they’re a little understaffed and again the chef makes everything fresh so we spent 2.5 hrs at dinner. That’s longer than we anticipated but we left satisfied.
Happened to go on Burger and Shakes night. And it’s just that, Buffet style from a choice of 5 burgers and 3 shakes, with some salads and chips as sides. Initially disappointed as I didn’t want an “American” meal in Mexico. Nevertheless, the burgers were made with high quality ingredients and the shakes were not made with artificial flavors. Service was very attentive at the start, but once the restaurant started being busy it was hard to get help. We were in no hurry so it didn’t matter too much.
I came for dinner expecting an amazing meal based on reviews. The service was excellent but the food was mediocre at best. The ceviche its self was fresh and flavorful but over overpowered by the amount of avocado it was piled on, and the friend potatoes on top stifled all flavor with the taste of oil. The calamari was overcooked and very rubbery. There was no mole sauce and its only reviving quality was the grilled green onion. The churros were the best part of the meal.
Ordered two burgers medium and got two hockey pucks. The rest of the food was good. Our first round of drinks took a little long but additional orders were quick. Our servers were friendly and very good, but the most absolutely ridiculous thing that happened was four maintenance guys moving tables and throwing tarps down, in the middle of the restaurant, while we were having lunch. They were setting up to paint the ceiling. While we were having lunch. WTH! Who thought this was ok? This is a Michelin listed restaurant! I cannot believe that anyone, in this entire place, with a brain or any sense of what good service is, would be ok with that. I haven't been this upset or aggravated by such a higher end place in as long as I can remember. Such a disappointment!
Don't believe the 5 star reviews on this place. The Cape is a great resort but lousy place to eat (restaurants The Ledge and Manta). The food is dreadful. I leave a lot of reviews and didn't want to bring down the 5 star quality of the resort and staff with very sub-par food. Ate at the Ledge for breakfast, just meh. If you want good food go into town. The freshly squeezed juices are great though.
