Over 80 years ago, this house in Plaça dels Pins was the home of Dr. Laureano López, a doctor with a true calling to service and beloved by all of Ciutadella. He lovingly cared for his neighbors right here, back when there were no hospitals. Today, at T’estim Restaurant, they have transformed that legacy of care into their concept of HOSPITALITY. They no longer use stethoscopes, but spoons and pots, yet their mission remains the same: to make you feel better than when you walked in. It's worth exploring the hidden corners of this stately home, over 150 years old, and letting them pamper you with their cuisine. At T’estim, affectionately known as Testimo, you will dine in a former hospital. The years may pass, but the dedication to serving others has not been lost.
A highly recommended gastronomic experience. Dishes inspired by Mediterranean, Basque, and French cuisine. Top quality and excellent preparation. It's clear the chef trained at the Basque Culinary Center and is from Alicante. We opted for the set menu because it looked so tempting: the steak tartare was a 10/10, the cannelloni was delicious, the sea bass was perfectly cooked and absolutely divine, and the desserts were wonderful. We can't wait to return because we want to try more dishes. Excellent service and attention, and a beautifully renovated restaurant that maintains its Menorcan essence. Very good value for money. Congratulations to the whole team.

Surprisingly, the food is really tasty and great in presentation! Come here when you are not hungry because the portion is not for that but rather want to enjoy a great food.
We had a wonderful time enjoying the set menu for €30. Everything was delicious, from the starters to the dessert, with tasty and high-quality dishes. The service was fantastic: professional, friendly, and very attentive. The staff is extremely friendly and the location is beautiful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. We definitely recommend this place!
A super warm welcome. We arrived a bit later in the evening and were the only customers, yet they took all the time for us. The food was also delicious, and every detail had been taken care of!
Estim is by far the best restaurant of its kind in Ciutadella. We went for the a la carte menu, which did not disappoint. There was also a 8 course tasting menu offered which looked spectacular. There are lots of seating options, terrace/outdoor to beautifully designed dining rooms upstairs to cater for all events. The highlights were the pork main course and the popcorn dessert 🍨 If you want to treat yourself to what might be the first restaurant to gain a Michelin Star in Menorca, then Estim is a must 🌟

A true gastronomic treasure in Menorca! From the first bite you can already tell the quality and care in every detail. The oysters are spectacular, fresh and full of flavor. The artichoke, simply incredible: cooked to perfection and with an unbeatable texture. Each dish we tried seemed the best in the world, one surprise after another. The carabineros rice is especially recommended: intense, mellow and with a marine flavor that transports you directly to the Mediterranean. And to finish, a dessert that cannot be described in any other way than bestial: creative, balanced and delicious. A place to repeat and recommend without a doubt. If you are looking for a first-class gastronomic experience in Menorca, this restaurant is a must!

An excellent experience! You can taste the love in every dish: everything we tried was delicious, especially the lobster stew croquettes—a true delight! The desserts are spectacular. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the service is friendly and attentive. Definitely worth repeating!

I entered without knowing where I was going, restaurant with design, but cold, the quality of the food is good but scarce. The rice is a big paella and there is nothing, in total a rice for two there are 16 spoons of what you see on the plate. And it is not cheap.
My friends food was great but mine was not. Starter was smothered in a cheese sauce, hiding the ravioli underneath. I had to send my main course back as it was cold. Even on thr 2nd try the rice was cold & I was returned the same piece of fish with the chunk I had taken out, no doubt microwaved. The service was good although since we only speak English we weren't given the explanations of each dish, the others were. Disappointing..situated next to the park with screaming kids is also not conducive.

The carabineros were not fresh, and most dishes were served cold. The bread and olive oil were good. Too many dishes relied on foam, which feels outdated. Wines on the menu were not available. Overall, the execution did not match expectations
The set menu leaves you hungry. The portions are incredibly small. I'd rather pay €5 or €10 more for decent-sized portions. Honestly, I expected more. Maybe the price raises your expectations, and it ends up being just okay, even a bit disappointing. I would have told the waiter, but he didn't seem very interested in our honest opinion, which I think is crucial when you're starting out. It's a shame because you can tell there's hard work and investment behind it, but I think they need to improve a lot of things. I suppose it's because they're new. I'm confident that in a year or two it will be infinitely better! I'll give them a second chance, but only when they've gained more experience.
