Excellent Breakfast! A lot of Excellent Birria in Calvillo, but this restaurant does not run out of Birria 10:00 am and it is very good! Also the Consome is very good and rich! Service is good and the remember special orders and repeat customers.
I loved their food. I ordered the enchiladas Suizas, which are made with poblano peppers. They are served with rice and are delicious. And what follows is their juices are fresh and natural. The birria is very good, as are all their dishes. It is affordable. Their service is very good, fast, and efficient.

But what good food and what a delicious seasoning. My only recommendation: the milkshakes would be great if they made them creamier or frothier, because that's just flavored milk. Otherwise, it's a clean and safe place to have breakfast.

Lugar pequeño (unas 50 personas) , limpio , ordenado , los precios y las porciones razonables , la comida rica pero el café es muy malo . Yo fui el 16 de septiembre , el lugar estaba casi todo lleno y no sé si tenían poco personal pero tardaron en traer la comida 1 hora y 10 minutos después de que ordenamos y aunque la mesera estaba muy amable nunca fue a preguntarnos si ocupábamos algo más

I'm editing my review. Today I ordered lunch, it took a little while to arrive, and I can't say it was the best seasoned, but it did have a touch of butter on the bread roll. Anyway, I think an hour and a half was enough to wait for lunch...it's possible they have a lot of orders, and I always give them more chances. I went in person and I'll be extremely critical, just saying what it is...sometimes the owners don't know what it's like to receive a lunch delivery. Maybe a picture is worth a thousand words!
The food is very good, what's not good is that they don't use the minimum protection measures: the cook isn't wearing a mask, the waitresses aren't wearing masks, there's no mat... That's bad.
If you have the chance to eat here, SAVE IT. You'll save yourself the mistreatment and unpleasantness. My friend and her family just left, and it was a TERRIBLE experience. First, the waitress dumped a plate of hot food on her grandmother, and then, not content with that, they refused to give her grandfather a straw, telling him they didn't have any and weren't going to buy any. IN SHORT, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IN A PLACE WHERE THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS TERRIBLY.
Horrible service. They burned my grandmother with a plate of hot food, didn't apologize, and told her it was nothing. When my grandfather asked for a straw, they told him they didn't have any and weren't going to buy one.
Terrible delivery service, they don't send what's supposed to be delivered and the food arrives in bad condition.
