Fast and efficient. The chicken is delicious. They have a lot of customers, so the chickens are fresh and freshly picked. The only thing I don't like is that if you bring your own toppers, they don't put the beans or the toppings in your containers; they're all in plastic bags and Styrofoam. I would recommend the owners change that policy for those of us who bring our own containers.

Fast and efficient service on Wednesday, June 17th, 2020. Their areas were well-defined and their protective equipment was in place due to the quarantine. The price was reasonable. We tried the fries, and while they were reasonably priced, they could improve their quality.

El Pollo Brujo is the old favorite. The chicken flavor is delicious. I'm a big fan of the roasted chicken and their nachos, although they reduced the portion :( The service and wait time are reasonable. If you go during lunchtime, you might expect to wait more than 15 minutes. I'm not giving them 5 stars since the last time I went, they didn't have dine-in service due to a lack of staff, but that's completely understandable.

Muy ricos los pollos, ojalá pudieran vender medios pollos de barbacoa, la atención no es la mejor, desde antes que salga el personal ya están todos amontonados esperando la hora para irse y eso demerita la atención, ya te atienden a las prisas.

Pésimo servicio de atención a cliente, llevaba más del tiempo que dijeron en el que llegarían con mi comida y nunca llegaron, marqué para ver qué pasó y anotaron mal mi número, y que ya no me iban a mandar la comida porque ya no les daba tiempo.

Dicen q cierran a las 6:00pm pero a las 5:30 ya no te dan servicio a domicilio, que pocas ganas de vender y de atender a la gente!

Para comer en restaurante únicamente..pero en mi visita más reciente me dieron un pollo demasiado pequeño con un sabor nada apetecible y crudo .

Tienen horario hasta las 6 pm son 3:50 pm y ya tienen descolgado el telefono para no tomar pedidos...Si los domingos tienen mucho trabajo contraten mas personal de fin de semana.

Pesimo...levante mi pedido y jamas llegó. Cuando me comunique me dijeron que ya había sido entregado. Y que ya no tenían pollo para volverme a enviar... y mientras me quedé sin comer.

Desconozco como sea la comida, pero yo vengo acá a calificar debido a que fui acosada por varios desuso repartidores, si ese es el tipo de gente con la que la empresa se representa, supongo que no hay mucho que probar. No pienso cambiar mi opinión, es algo grave y deja peor a la empresa

Terrible service. I ordered a leg and thigh, and they sent me the leg and rump. I called them to ask for a replacement, and they got upset, saying that's how the chicken comes, which is how the order is. Now it turns out they no longer have thighs. A long time ago I went to buy a chicken on the outskirts and they gave me a good size. Today I ordered a chicken for delivery and it was disappointing. They gave me a very small chicken!! Don't order delivery!! The chickens are very small and the price is not in relation to the size, it's not worth it.

How is it possible they won't let you eat there at 5 pm when their hours say they close at 6 pm? Terrible service, they want to leave work early and deny you service. They should at least post a sign saying they'll deny you service after 5 pm. And they even tell you so in a rude way.
