Una de las pastelerias con excelente servicio, el lugar de lo mas adorable. La chef increible. De las mejores pastelerias de oaxaca
Nice place yo have a cup of coffee and a piece of good cake!
I loved the option of ordering by phone, paying, and picking up without needing to go to the store, but they no longer offer this service. However, I highly recommend calling the store to ask about their current dessert selection. Ordering and scheduling a delivery date and time are incredibly quick. I sent a picture of the design I wanted, and they made a perfect replica with high-quality ingredients. Most importantly, every element was delicious, from the cake and filling to the decorations. The cakes are definitely the best combination of flavors; they're not overpowering and not only taste amazing but also have a beautiful presentation. They're truly worth the price. The service is fast.
I arrived a little after 8 (their supposed closing time) and they still served me :D The service was very friendly, and their variety of pastries was excellent. I ordered a guava and esfaba tart, which was delicious. The portions are very large, so I think the price is fair. I'll definitely be back! ❤️
Buen sabor, buenos precios, buena presentación.

Pasteles deliciosos
Excellent service. When I told them about the event, they immediately gave me suggestions for the cake. I was very pleased with it. It arrived on time, and the flavor was quite good, although the execution wasn't perfect—there were some minor issues with the decoration. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Por desgracia ya bajaron la calidad del Cheesecake de queso de cabra
You can buy takeout, as eating in doesn't seem very pleasant. It's very small, and despite having a teddy bear 🐻, it seems a bit uncomfortable and not very clean. The flavor is good, and the large slices of cake are between 500 and 900 pesos. They need more cleanliness, which is why I only gave them 3 stars.
Very rich desserts, but I went on a Tuesday at 5 in the afternoon and they didn't have tea, infusions, coca, cappuccino, only American coffee, they had run out of everything and on several occasions when I have gone the same thing happens, they should take better care of that part of the place
El personal no tiene un modo agradable, parece que les va uno a pedir fiado ..
Los pasteles no son frescos, el café y tes nada espectacular, lo único delicioso son los profiteroles y ahora cuestan $70
They have on-site service but no restrooms. They only had Italian sodas and frappes, and the sodas were very sweet. They have a variety of cakes, nicely presented, but I think they should limit the on-site service.
Sweet Hands is one of the best, but all the effort and quality of the product is lost because it doesn't have the essentials to protect or transport the cakes home. I wonder if the owner is still interested in being the best? These kinds of details are what open the door to other offerings.
It's a nice place, with nice decor and good presentation, but the prices are outrageous. A small slice of cake $70. It may taste good, but it's not worth it.
Lugar elegante y un servicio de altura
Pésimo servicio
Es caro, y no es tan bueno lo que ofrecen, tendrían que mejorarlo en todos calidad porciones y precios
Second shopping experience. The first time I went, I was served in a friendly manner, the person who served me was very attentive, but yesterday, ugh, the girl treated us like she was doing us a favor. I WON'T RETURN! The bad attitude, the price, and the taste really leave a lot to be desired.
A huge disappointment. It's not French at all. The dessert I ordered was just a square glob of frosting. Definitely not worth the price. The service also leaves much to be desired. One of the worst bakeries in Oaxaca that pretends to be good.
Terrible service, they kept me on the phone for over 18 minutes to order a cake. I like their cakes, but they lost a customer because of that action!
I hope that when you read my review, it helps you improve. I had heard great things about this place. The shop is nice, just a little small. I arrived with my mom, and we wanted a slice. The girl gave us one, I think it was chocolate-vanilla, which cost us $85. We paid and left, and just as we opened the plastic wrapper the slice came in, it smelled a little strange. Then my mom took the first bite, and it tasted awful. The cream was sour, and the bread was dry. I tried it, and I had to spit it out because it tasted so bad. We looked at it more closely, and the white cream looked chewy. We went back immediately to tell the girl, who very kindly exchanged the unusable slice for a slice of cheesecake, which tasted delicious, but it had a hair on the bottom. Unfortunately, we had to throw the slice away. The service was good, but the desserts weren't good. My mom had a stomachache because she'd eaten some of the spoiled cream. I'm mentioning this so you'll be careful, as it's very risky to sell spoiled slices or desserts in poor condition. The ones in the display case looked like they'd been there for a long time because the decorations weren't very nice. I hope they improve, since I was planning to order two cakes this weekend and wanted to try the cake, but I left disappointed.
Terrible experience. The design was nice. The desserts, in general, were acceptable. I didn't like the drinks; the chai was extremely sweet. The service was poor. The place serves food, but there's no restroom, so you can't even wash your hands. My little one drank a soda and, due to natural causes, needed to use the restroom, which they denied us. It's assumed that by law, a food establishment should have a restroom for customers. The place was noisy, apparently due to the machinery they use. I wouldn't go back.
I ordered a cake with a specific design, but they delivered a completely different one. I had to wait for them to make the design I had requested, which delayed my planned activities. They should improve communication among their staff.
I went to this place because I heard the cakes were delicious. The establishment has nice decor, but nothing more. A slice of cake is very expensive, around 75 pesos. I ordered a berry cheesecake and an apple tart. The tart tasted good compared to the cheesecake, but nothing extraordinary; you don't miss anything. In my opinion, it's not worth it.
They told me they were very good, so I ordered four cakes for a party. I left the deposit five days beforehand, as indicated. On the day of the party, I went to pick up the order but was told that since I hadn't specified a date, they wouldn't have them ready. I specified a date in advance, and you don't leave a deposit without knowing when it will be. A very bad experience.
