New location at the outlets. No drive thur but delivery service and EV charging stations. I ordered with American cheese no pickles on sandwiches and got pepper jack but they exchanged them when I told the staff but now they got the right cheese but with pickles. The staff gave us some gift cards for the error. Location is busy with alot of parking and tables inside and outside. The chicken did taste different from the other stores like spicer and saltier. Friendly staff.

The location in Oxnard is way better, they have way better staff. I had really high expectations for this Chick-fil-A but when I walked in the staff had every waiting customer surrounding the entrance, they were in the way of many customers. The location is way too small. Some of the staff are either old grumpy people or young grumpy kids. Do better Chick-fil-A!

Today i ordered a sandwich, spicy dlx and the bread just fell apart when i bit into the sandwich. Like it was stale or something. First on the bottom and then the whole thing fell apart. Basically had to eat it with a fork!!! Why is the bread so flimsy

Easily the worst location I've been to. Everyone's buns on the sandwiches were cold. The bathrooms were dirty and not properly stocked. When I went to the counter to ask for a refill the team member took the drink and just started chatting with a fellow team member. Where is management? It wasn't even a busy Friday night. Plenty of workers standing around not doing much.

Ordered curbside twice, both times had to wait forever (15 and 45 minutes), both times their chicken was beyond salty! Giving two starts because fires and tea was on point. Will not be returning.

I Just bought 4 pices chicken strips. They were all burnt, and looked more like nuggets. I usually get mine at westlake locaton. This new store is awful. my fries were half full.

Worst Chick-fil-A ever. Avoid at all cost. The curbise wait is always 15-20 minute wait, plus there is always one item wrong in my order. Go to Thousand Oaks or Oxnard locations for better quality and faster service.

I was given the wrong order once I got home I realized it and kept calling the store to let them know I was on my way to get my right order it was 9:50pm when I started calling and they did not answer at all. I arrived and they answered saying they cannot do anything about it because they close at 10pm . I explained to the guy that I have been calling so I can let them know I am on my way. He said well we can’t do anything about it sorry maybe come in tomorrow to have it fixed . It was a very unsatisfied night for a pregnancy craving.

Why is it taking 20 minutes for my food to come out to the curbside in an empty parking lot. Where it might’ve been even longer if the app didn’t ask if I received my food yet or not.

As my wife grabbed the drink to take a sip, the cup crumbles in her hand and fall down on her clothing, the burger, which we threw away, the seat, the divider and the carpet. The same thing was about to happen to my cup had I not put it down right away. Now its going to cost me at least 60 bucks to get it cleaned. You guys really need to get better quality cups.

I when a couple days a go for a app order there I do in advance, I can’t see the name tag but there was a young girl with red hair and an ring on the nose using a different color of uniform ignoring any Hispanic who was there including me, I spend more than 15 mins waiting and don’t even ask the name or what’s my order but someone g different ethnic came through the door she rush to help definitely not a place where I will bring my family
