The burgers from here are better then other locations. Made fresh and got served hot. The only thing I noticed was asking for napkins and stuff but kinda felt like nobody wanted to be there and unwelcoming.

I came today and got a famous combo with waffle fry and strawberry lemonade it was fresh and good! The employee Jazmin did good with customer service, the dine was clean and the bathroom were clean as well, I’ll be coming back soon!! Again . Service excellent

I was enjoying my food mere moments after I ordered, the seating was comfortable and the restaurant was clean. Our food was brought to us at our seats. Our server was quick and kind. Surpassed expectations.

Try the new chicken wraps 3 different flavors ranch, Santa Fe & BBQ. The tortilla was nice and soft, the chicken was good quality, tender and moist. Overall they were very tasty and delicious. Each flavor was good, hard to pick out my favorite.

Ordered two famous stars on 2/10/26 @8:45pm and they tasted like cleaning products. This is very unhealthy and the staff needs better training.

Terrible food gave us chicken tenders that were half the size they should be and cardboard for French fries....... This is the worst food establishment in all of ventura County. Also, the lobby was closed 3 hours earlier than what's posted on the door! You have been warned !

I ordered a Famous Star meal with onion rings and a Coke tonight. I asked for a small drink. I was told there were no small lids but I could upgrade to a medium if I wanted a lid. This was in the drive thru. I obviously can’t drive home without a lid. I did not want a medium and did not want to pay for a medium. I asked for a small, but said I needed a lid, so I requested the small be poured into a medium cup with a lid. Simple solution, or so I thought. At the window, I was handed my drink and the man at the window said in a snarky tone, “Here is your medium cup, with a small amount.” The cup was seriously less than half full. Considering the small is 20 ounces and the medium is 30 ounces, my expectation was it would be close to 2/3 full. The math is simple, but would be unnecessary had he just filled a small cup and poured it into the medium cup. From the tone in his voice, I could tell this wasn’t about math. He was being rude on purpose. I drove away upset and didn’t even realize until later that he also gave me fries instead of the onion rings I ordered. I tried to call the restaurant to speak with a manager, but the number on the receipt was not answered and appears to be for a fax machine. This was hands down the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a fast food restaurant within the last ten years or more.

It’s become ridiculous when you wait in a long line, only to get your food and it’s cold. Patty literally looks like it was sitting and just thrown thrown together. This place is a complete rip off, nothing is made fresh to order. It’s my 3rd time here in the last 6 months and it’s the same experience every time. You would think if it’s busy your food would be made to order. I paid $21 didn’t even eat it. Calling corporate...
