Always busy here long lines for drive tru but alway fresh food haven't had a problem here
This McDonallds is always packed and busy but the staff is well trained and work very effectively. Sometimes you might hace to wait a little long for your order but thats only because they have a line inside the store and one outside at the drive through. Maybe it would be good flr them to hire more people but overall they are doing a great job.
It's always crowded which tells me they are doing good internally. Very clean ,friendly workers. Never had issue.
This visit was Christmas night into the next day. It was the only place opened. The drive thru was only opened. Several cars were ahead and the line went pretty quick. The rep on intercom was quick in responding and taking order. Once at the window to pay and get food, the window person wasn't the most friendly person. I received the food and it was hot. To be the only place opened in the whole area, I was pleàsed.
It's great service depending on what day you go honestly. The staff has their attitudes but the manager makes them get things done or she's fires them pretty quickly because I never see some faces past a month.
I went there the other day. I ordered a small coca cola and 2 happy meal. the soda was basically water and ice. I had already pulled off and a few blocks away, didn't want to go back because i was running late.. It taste nasty. I wondered if the staff DIDN'T see it or choose to ignore it. bad experience.

I like the new look, and the new way, of ordering, I think it's very innovative, I love the fact that I can just take a sit order on the app table service it's the best idea ever!. Or order ahead and just pick it up over the drive true, it's anther smart way to save time, because time it's gold! Plus i love the caramel frap❤️.
The McDonald's was excellent. I would have loved to give the cashier a gratuity because she was so polite. I can say that the cuisine resembled the advertisement for the first time in a very long time. Keep up the excellent work.
Food was hot and fresh. The drive- through cashier with short red hair returned my $1.00 along with my correct change. I accidentally handled too many singles ones. Such a pleasure. Thanks so much. After leaving the hospital and having such stressful night, I truly appreciated this employee.
This McDonald was great. The cashier was very pleasant to the point that I would have loved to give her a tip. The is was the first time, in a long time, that I can say that the food looked like the commercial. Keep up the great service.
Litterally.. amazing. The fries were amazing and I ordered a happy meal and a number 1 aka a big mac. Everything was really good. I couldn't afford a coffee as I ordered so I took it off but later at the next window they gave it to me for free. So I really appreciated that. I'm pleased. Very happy with the consideration and the quality of this McDonalds.
Typical fast food chain you see everywhere. Enough said. What keeps me coming back to this specific location is the fast, competent and friendly staff! Edit: The service also depends on what time and day you come. If you come during the weekdays for lunch you are going to be waiting for anywhere from 20+ minutes to get your meal. Mostly due to the lunch rush but also because there is a school nearby, so you are overrun by kids. That's the reason they have a security guard at the door during this time. I'm not sure about the dinner rush as I usually grab food earlier or later.
Finding a vegan option at 330 am is a daunting task by it self but after a flight delay skipping dinner and snacking on chips you will just about call anywhere to find food. It was to my great surprise that this angel employee working the kitchen at this location was able to accommodate us at the time when they were switching from lunch to breakfast. She was sweet, caring and took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Sorry I didn't catch your name but thank you dear. We need more employees like you serving our food. Best McDonald's ever!

I like seeing active security, I like fast accurate service, I like when they say my name accurately or butch it the first time but once I correct them with my right pronounce, they remember me and try. Still butch it but e for efforts. I like using the app. Not a fan of using the kiosks or the register. Younger team yet so much better.
Always visit here and every time my experience is different. Food is always good, service is good and they are trying to curb the kids who usually hang out in the store making noise and cursing. A security guard is onsite and he limits the kids who enter and controls the noise
I bought a crispy chicken sandwich and it was poorly done. The chicken was burnt - no lettuce or tomato, mayor or mustard on the bread. I gave four stars because the staff was polite and friendly and the surroundings clean.
McDonald's has a great breakfast and lunch menu. I really love their renovation and being able to order on the touch screen machine without being on line. It could get really busy in the afternoon on school days because of highschool and middle school it is near from. However, it's worth the wait and very enjoyable. I would not recommend eating from there everyday even though I know it's cheaper than healthier food.

The place is rather popular. People come here often. You get some rowdy teenagers here that don't know how to act but that's not a McDonald's problem. The food is decent, service is good and they do a great job keeping the place and bathrooms clean.
Got the quarterpounder with cheese combo. It was hot as air had asked, fries were NOT hot. I was on a mobility scooter and Security Guard was soooo helpful. He opened the door for me coming in & going out. Offered to help me to table, with my order, almost hovered.👍
Line at the drive through was really long and moved kind of slowly. The person who took my order was respectful and efficient. The only downside besides the line was that they gave me a 4pc instead of a 6pc nugget. While it is a small error, it isn't what I paid for. After calling this location and explaining they told me to come back to correct my order.

This is not a bad place but I honestly would go back just because off all the loud kids that hang out there after school. It was about 4pm and really crowded with people all on top of you as you try to figure out who is actually on the line. Then one bathroom door doesnt lock so no one would use it causing another line. Its sad to see security in whats supposed to be a family designed fast food spot.
I order the fish fillet with no sauce. The cheese was not properly placed on my fish. It was in the Box. How ever the order came very quickly. The line was running smooth on the drive-through. I wish the cheese was on the fish.

This McDonald's is popular. The problem is that they close at 12:00PM but still have drive through open. This causes it to take a long time to order and receive your food. I prefer it wasn't like this. They should stay open to 1:00PM, or hire more staff the keep things rolling. Also, they don't have McFlurrys or shakes.
The wait to get your food sometimes takes really long. But they've gotten much better than before. My daughter wanted us to eat and almost all the tables were sticky, we had to ask for napkins to clean ourselves and the girl only give us 2 napkins to clean. They always have the door facing Springfield blocked off, which is unsafe. If something was to happen, everyone would have to run out 1 door. The garbage should be empty often and the soda machine area needs to be cleaned down.
First day I was there the service was slow. I thought it was because of the time (a lot of people during lunch hour). But then I went 2 other times (less to no traffic) same slow service, employees getting mad at each other, orders being returned for not getting what they have ordered. It's convenient but they can do better.
It seemed my experience at a fast food liability has reminded me why I don’t frequent these restaurants. For an early mid afternoon snack I just wanted large fries which took way longer than I expected since there was no meal with my order. It was just frustrating looking at so many employees behind the counter pass the fry machine and not scoop up my fries in their container so I could be on my way. Now I could’ve had more patience yes; however when I’m met with incompetence, my energy feels it. Besides the employees are getting younger & younger. Not sure what that would entail but it didn’t go over well in performance or customer service at this location. Fries were good & fresh though.
The staff was young, & nice, but too distracted as toud expect from teenagers. The cashier was attentive tho. I mentioned the distracted staff, because not only did it cause a slight delay in service, they made a small error on my order (that I just overlooked at the time). Service is usually pretty slow. Specifically the drive thru. Sometimes you can actually see employees eating food in the work area where they're preparing your food. The quality of the food is usually uniform to all McDonald's.
The lines moved slow. They forgot two items plus hot the size wrong on my drink. I asked for a large and was charged for a large but received a medium! I paid for 2 apple pies and they were not in the bag! I wasted my money!!! I will not go to the McDonald's on Springfield and Linden Blvd again!
It's a McDonald's so there is nothing to discuss food wise. You know what you're getting. That being said, I would say to avoid this place by all means if you can. The staff is very rude, very unpleasant and sometimes just plain nasty. The cashiers have major attitude problems, they don't smile, roll their eyes and they tend to mess up your order since they didn't really want to take it to start off with. The staff there is poorly trained period. They have zero customer service skills, zero professionalism. And, dont even think of going there between 2:30p and 4p or so. The high school kids smoking weed outside is a whole other story. I avoid this place whenever possible.
Got breakfast for myself, daughter & granddaughter. Daughters wanted only fires (couldn't mess those up). Grand wanted sausage & pancakes (couldn't mess that up also), I wanted sweet tea & two sausage biscuits (shouldn't been able to mess that up, BUT THEY DID. Sweat tea had not sweetness. Sausage biscuit was on a hard toasted English muffin).
Dirty tables, and when i got there at 3pm there were like 40 kids and 2 cashiers and no lines, everyone just stood in every angle trying buy some food. I was also there 7 am and there were only me, one person and the cashiers and they were really nice but the tables where still dirty.

Takes forever, tells you to move up if you're in the drive-through, then forget that you are sitting there. Had to wait for 5 people after me before I could get my food. Update: DON'T BOTHER ordering through the app, because they'll just NEED UP your order. CLEARLY says hotcakes and sausage on order. Then don't send hotcakes and sausage. When trying to contact app for help, they're so stupid that won't give you full refund for the item. They keep $$ for the tax! A joke
They screwed up three times on my order every time I went there. the workers in the back are just teenagers talking and not paying attention. Pathetic. Never going back there. I rather go to the big castle one on Jericho. The food quality there isn't even good. My fiance ordered a steak egg and cheese and got a bacon with runny eggs. This happened like three times they kept messing up his order which is not a meal. Its one sandwich. The only thing I like was the cashier woman (looks like in her 60s) who is always so nice and respectful. It's not her. The bratty teen workers who aren't being watched behind the food don't pay attention and don't care.
The lines are always extremely long here so expect to wait for your food. The customer service is good. Could be great if they took the time to honor the request of the guest. I cannot imagine it is so hard to put the right sauce with an order. If that is the case why bother asking me what sauce I want if you are just going to give me whatever you feel like?
A lot of kids were hanging out by the door it was hard to get in and out the door. Ppl were standing everywere to order and get there food. The parking lot was crazy to get in or out of and the drive threw was crazy so many cars taking up space.
I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. This comes with eggs. When I got home and looked at my meal, I was puzzled. The egg was squared in shape. It did not taste like egg. I have never been to a McDonald’s where I had to wait almost an hour for my order until I came here. Just ridiculous. Just a terrible experience over all and my fries were cold :-(
This McDonald's in Queens on Springfield blvd and Linden was terrible, first off they had no sodas?? Really only hi-c orange then I get to the window they gave me the wrong foot as well as the guy ahead of me, finally get my correct food and the fish sandwich was hard like It was sitting for a while, honestly all the people back there didn't not look organized at all.

This McDonald’s has the worst customer service ever. I was @ the drive-thru today at 4pm and the young girl at the drive thru window had the nastiest attitude. I ordered $40 worth of food she handed me 2 out of 3 drinks ordered and fries then asked me to move my vehicle forward and wait at the last window although she never told me why I knew it was because of the size of my order that it would take a min however it took a real long time and when I walked to her window to inquire she had the worst attitude and when they finally did bring my food they forgot the last drink I told the person who brought the food that a drink is missing she said ok she’ll bring it to me however 8 minutes more goes by so once again I walked back to window and the girl at the window had my drink just sitting there in front of her and when I ask for it she yelled “Here Here take it!”. By the time I made it home which is about 3 minutes away the fries were cold. Anyway I hope these people getting the training they need.
Very poor management of service. Long lines because at 11:00 am lunch menu is up and you can only order breakfast. Asked for the breakfast board and was advised to Describe what you want and we'll get it. This is the third time this happened. The Burger King one mile away is looking better.

The service was very poor!! The young lady dressed in a purple McDonald's uniform shirt walking the floor asking the customers how they are doing and bringing the food to the table. First she forgot to bring the food to the table... No biggie! This is the worst McDonalds in America. They always forget something. My kids are always missing something in their Happy Meal. Last week one of my kids were missing fries. This time all three happy meals were missing apple slices. And they always ask to drive up to curve their drive through time numbers. I'm through with them. Patronize at your own risk.
Yhe food looks sloppy plus. Always give me the wrong meal. I go to the McDonald's on Merrick Blvd great service or on hillside springfeld or hillside in Francis Lewis. The one on linden blvd & Springfield they gotta to better. Why I have to go out my community for McDonald's to get good service. I don't even go there for nothing. I wish the best for them.
This place deserves absolutely no stars whatsoever the owners spend thousands of dollars remodeling but the service is still the same if not worse the staff is both oblivious and completely aloof as to what to do customers are made to wait incredible long amounts of time in the Drive-Thru area and inside online this McDonald's has the potential of being a gold mine all they need to do is train the staff to be efficient pay the staff a decent wage for motivation and incentive once again this place deserves 0 Stars it is an absolute and complete disgrace they could have left the place the way it was and simply hire a efficiency expert to improve customer service which at the moment is atrocious to make a long story short go somewhere else to eat
They really deserve a double zero for customer service. The employee at the drive through needs to pay more attention to customers' orders to avoid errors as no orders are accepted where you make your payment
The customer service at this McDonald’s is horrible! They need to take a second to listen to the customer instead of assuming they know what the customer will say or do. If I could give 0/5 I would. I like 5 minutes away from the McDonald’s and I will never go back. In the past they have messed up numerous Uber eats orders but today was the last straw. I would not recommend that anyone go there! I can never shop at a place where they try to talk trash about the customer in their face. Little did they know I am Jamaican 🇯🇲 and I understood everything they said. They started to whisper about me when I made it clear that I understood every word they said. If you can’t give appropriate customer service quit your job. Instead of giving the facility a bad name because of your nasty attitude Just horrible!!
I understand the staff is mostly teenage employees, but management should ensure that the service isn't disrespectful or simply faulty. My orders are constantly missing items and sometimes the medium fries are only half filled. Quality doesn't seem to be on their list of priorities. Maybe the managers are teenagers as well and need better training.
On this day right now about 3:58 pm 12/20/2024 . The girl at the window working on the drive thru juat but my left hand with hot tea open . Hope management sees this . Bad services. and is very dangerous .
If I could rate a zero I would, customer service is horrible. Apparently from 4-5 card is not accepted. I arrived around 4:30 & wait untill 5.... still can't get my food, I watched the employee charge two peoples card then I suppose the machine went back down wasting my time. I offer to leave my card and pick it up later so I can get my food as I don't feel like traveling further but no courtesy or willingness to work with me was given. Horrible.
I visited this location this morning to placed a $16 breakfast order. I asked for a small cup of water to take medication and the cashier was unaware if she could provide one and had to ask the team lead for permission. The team lead told me that the don't give water and I would have to pay for a small iced tea or soft drink to get water, or that they can give me the code to the bathroom. In my 60 years I have never experienced this type of treatment at a McDondalds resturant. I have don't write ratings but I am writing this one. I have patronize this story since it opened but I will drive the extra distance to Burger King down the road and never patronize the store again. They actually had the gall to offer me the bathroom sink to take my medication. I will be complaining about this location to McDonald's corporate headquaters.
Careful, they're charging cards even if you aren't present. Check your bank statements, you may have been charged at like 3am while you're at home sleeping.
Very bad experience with the Night shift. At the drive thru no one said hi ,how can I take your order instead I got “if you’re not going to place your order stop saying hello so, what do you want . I don’t recommend anyone to go to this location please go to a near by location like I did instead. ROSEDALE IS VERY CLEAN , FRESH FOOD AND PROPER SERVICE.
The person at the drive thru I dealt with was very rude as well as getting orders wrong. I live close by, but I prefer to go to the McDonald's further away on Hillside Avenue because of the customer service. They are courteous and actually get your order correct. Avoid this McDonald's if you can.

BEWARE of going into this establishment. The drive thru lines spill onto the street giving you no choice but to go in. Once you're on line purchasing your food you are being booted. YES your perfectly good vehicle which had only been there for a few minutes while you patron said establishment is being BOOTED!! The manager has no compassion and SHE calls to have you booted period. The employees treated us perfectly fine. The tow company was called and did not randomly target the customers the manager did. Go here at your own risk!! About 15 people can attest to this insult of a situation today so any dumb response to this will not work. Did I mention her employees were also booted. Ridiculous!!!
manager doesn’t care what’s going on with the crew. expects the crew to work during any circumstance. For example if a member has an emergency let them leave but the manager looks to tell them they can’t leave until a certain time. that’s why it’s called an emergency but i guess the manager doesn’t care about others just about if there business is going good
So disappointed with my experience at this location, having difficulty hearing the worker over the intercom the McDonalds worker was very rude, her customer service skills need improvement, not wanting her to loose her job which she may need I spoke with the Manager on duty Nick and asked that perhaps she needed a break and some retraining. Hopefully he took the call serious and spoke with her, this location was recently renovated and perhaps they should update the staff as well. I will continue to frequent this location, I won’t be pushed out of my neighborhood for rudeness. I will continue to complain if necessary until they get it right.

This location always has an issue. But my last visit really pushed me over the edge. I ordered 2 fudge sundae and when I asked for spoons they said they had none. So I asked for a refund and the employee refused. She then retrieved 2 uncovered spoons held with her bare hands on the part that goes in your mouth. Not sure where she got it from so I had to wait until I got home which the sundaes were milk by then. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT COME HERE
I have never been to a McDonald's with the worst customer service in my life! I work doordash and this is the same issue every single time, tonight there were about 2 or 3 other guys talking about how they were waiting for 25 minutes for orders and when someone tried getting their attention they replied " if you don't stop we will not give you your order" even though they were going onto 30 minutes of waiting for the food so they can deliver.
I ho the the store I was waiting 20 min for my food the are talking together the guy and the old lady the don’t make food the are ignore the Coustomar
On December 22, 2025, I placed a pickup order through the McDonald’s app and was charged. When I arrived, a staff member told the store was closed and that staff had no control over mobile orders. When I returned to resolve the issue on 12/29/25, the manager Jasmine was dismissive and argumentative despite being shown proof of the order and charge of the transaction. She questioned why I returned and made no effort to resolve the issue. Another employee reviewed the same proof and promptly honored my order. Jasmine’s behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service and resolution skills.
Made me wait 20 minutes for the order that is ready and packed. Staff does not work
Food: no complaints, the best Service: I stood there for about 10 minutes and tried to call every employee passing by to give me my ready order (it was already lying packed on the shelf). But all the employees literally dodged and avoided me as soon as they saw that I was calling them, even the head manager! They tried to do any job, just not to approach me, even sorting out empty boxes. I am a devoted fan of McDonald's, I have been visiting the restaurant all over the world for more than 25 years, but I saw such a "circus performance" for the first time. I did not know that your company in New York began to hire "clowns". I visited this restaurant on the evening of 09.15.2025. Atmosphere: At the entrance to the establishment there was a man lying, twitching and moaning, and he was decently dressed and well-groomed, you couldn't call him homeless. But no one paid attention to him. As a man, this situation is not critical for me, but if a girl or children had passed by, I don't know what this man could have done (he was most likely on drugs)
Store needs better management at night, they had the uber drivers waiting for the food while 3 orders sat on the table. They tried ringing the bell and even knocking. Eventually they had to interrupt the person on break by knocking on the glass(humiliating and dehumanizing) in order for him to get the workers behind the counter attention. Side note they was a female their shaking a cup of ice and throwing in back into her mouth then threw it in the garbage while making eye contact with the knocking drivers. The manager guy was ok but i believe lady must have been a assistant manager the color shirt she had on was a light blue or it was light green very nasty I already had spoke to manager guy and explained that I place order in driveway of McDonald's it didn't give me a option to do drive thru i don't know what reason I'm handicapped but the lady wants to put her mouth in to the conversation and she's telling me come in next time she very nasty getting involved in a conversation that I already spoke to the real manager about she needs more training because if she doesn't like her job she should quit
Horrible experience with an airhead employee, she called me a thief because I reached out for a straw. Where I’m from we don’t steal straws lady, that’s the type of things you do. That’s why you thought I was stealing. Just try to understand everyone isn’t a thief maybe that’s what you be doing but don’t group everyone in with you.
I am at a lost for words. This was my worse experience with this franchise! Wrong order, long wait times and more. Management has no control of staff. very disrespectful staff in this building. Swearing and just chaos. The young man calling numbers for customers was tossing the bags at them and walking off on their requests. Zero customer service. It’s only a matter of time before something more serious happens at this location. It’s out of control!
My recent visit to McDonald's was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their advertised opening time, the store was late to open, leaving me waiting for my online order for far too long. The staff displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism, and the manager's lack of competence only added to the frustration. Without a doubt, this was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever encountered, and I would caution others from visiting this location 👎
I came here November 7th around 9pm and lets just say the photos that I took should say enough. The trash bins on both sides were filled and soda was all over the floor. Because of how nasty and dirty this place looked I had to take my food to go!!! I cant forget about the co-workers that were on there phones while handling food smh!!!!
