A lovely place to spend time with the kids on a small farm very close to the city of Tepic in the town of 6 de Enero, past the Quarry. There you'll find buffalo, goats, sheep, pigs, donkeys, carrier pigeons, pigeons, turkeys, chickens and roosters of different breeds, and more.

The location is unbeatable, very beautiful, with a farmhouse that complements the architecture of the place, making for a more complete experience. The food is very varied, which is a plus; however, I consider its flavor to be average; no dish seemed out of the ordinary. It's definitely more of a place and an experience than just a restaurant.

The waiter who served us really took advantage of the offer because he was partying all over the place (it was packed), but he "forgot" a couple of requests and orders. It was so crowded that we waited around 30 minutes, but we got a good table since they even let us choose. Obviously, everything is beef: arrachera, grilled birria, and even buffalo, although I must say the portion is quite small for the price. The tortillas were delicious, but what a disappointment, although they have a blue hue, they're actually white corn with blue Maseca to give it a moreish, blue color. 😒 The coffee was good, although a little more brown sugar wouldn't hurt. Overall, the place is nice, spacious, and perfect for celebrating a special occasion, although they have a LOT of room for improvement. It's spacious and has a very nice cabin to stay in, although the decor leaves a lot to be desired, hehe. For those who like it, you can go see the animals (but it's sad, really), and you can buy cheese, eggs, and some other things that are products of the ranch.
