The burger is okay, the problem is that the meat tastes strongly of parsley and onion, and it gets quite annoying. I'd say it's not even worth the price.

Failing Where It Shouldn't - The quality of their beef patties is very poor. I know this because, to begin with, it's white. It doesn't seem like pure beef, and even if it were, it's low quality and/or has additives like soy, chicken, or pork. It's not 80/20 or 90/10 beef. It doesn't feel juicy, but rather dry, although it's not overcooked, but it's not red either; I insist, it's white. Like a pork meatball, and it has what looks like onion and some herb, possibly cilantro. - The fries. They are terrible; they were poorly made. A frie is deep-fried. They weren't crispy. They were greasy and soft, like they were undercooked, lacking firmness, spongy, and spread out. It's terrible that a burger place has fries like that. Aside from that, the delivery was very fast. The packaging looked high-quality, like something from a franchise. It only came with one small packet of ketchup per burger. The other ingredients, like avocado, bacon, tomato, and lettuce, were good quality. But they fell short where they shouldn't.

It's a good place with very tasty burgers, and you can see the effort the guys put into providing good service. Unfortunately, you can see how they're being blackmailed. There are usually only two people doing everything: waiter, cook, packer, cashier, and answering the phone. This ends up resulting in poor service because they're so late.

The burger was very good, the fries were delicious, and the toppings were also delicious. The problem was the horchata water, which was flavorless. The fish taco looked like shrimp from a Maruchan, and there were very few of them. They also use too many disposable items. Lastly, they're a bit rude if you ask for anything else.

A terrible experience. It took over an hour for our food to be served, and it wasn't crowded. One hamburger wasn't cooked properly after waiting so long. They prioritize takeout services over dining rooms. It's too expensive for the experience. For my part, I wouldn't go back. There are better, more affordable options with the same or better quality. A girl commented that they've been in business for 10 years, but with the current service they're providing, they're going to slowly lose customers if they don't improve the dining room service. Three different people complained about the same thing.

I don't understand how they dare charge for home delivery, it's terrible!! Every order arrives an hour late. Terrible. And the worst part is that their delivery people keep calling me and sending me WhatsApp messages asking for my location, which is quite annoying. They're going to lose me 🙄... I'm their every-weekend customer. *So far, I've been waiting for two hours 😕. ** I ordered at 9:21 PM. At 11:47 PM, they told me they were on their way. At 12:47 AM, they never arrived. Thank you.
