Pretty normal burgerking with touch-screens for ordering. Strange how spain has opted for much thicker fries than the rest of the world and that the double cheeseburger has bbq sauce on it :D

Acudo muy a menudo a Burguer King. Pido la oferta D951. Es la primera vez en todas las veces que lo he pedido que me dan una botella pequeña de agua. Se lo comento al chico que me sirve y si contestación es que sí, que para el menú mediano se pone esta medida de bebida. Se lo he repetido dos veces, que es la primera vez que me dan una botella pequeña para un menú mediano. Que se pongan de acuerdo los de cocina, porque uno desconocía que se tenía que poner bebida pequeña.

Just like any other burger king. There is a second floor with elevator. The bathrooms very dirty as usual in these fast food restaurants (the king and the clown). It seems no body cleans the outside or pays attention when the garbage cans are full. Hamburgers were good for the price as usual.

The food is alright. When we tried to order the machines didn’t work and it took us quite some time to get the food. Otherwise the experience was fine.

The food was prepared fast, all the discounts work fine. However the temperature inside was unbearable. It was freezing cold, like 16⁰C

Well, what can I say? We had a cheese burger each and shared French fries. All of the food we had was very dry, bland, and quite tasteless, and needed seasoning. The sachet of ketchup didn't help much, and no salt could be found. The staff looked bored to death as if it was an effort to serve people. The girl on the till was leaning on the counter most of the time. Not one of them had a smile on their faces and I never heard any of them say thank you or gracias. A lot of the tables had previous customers trays of rubbish on them and quite a bit of leftover food, an indication of the substandard food to come.? They still hadn't been cleared when we left 30 minutes later. Needless to say, we won't be eating here again. Could of bought much better elsewhere for €12. If UK burger King tasted like theirs they would be closed down.

It takes some time to get your stuff. Most coupons are not valid on Balearic Islands. Nevertheless try it out and show them coupons which can be found on the spanish Burger King website. The prices are way more expensive than usual.

El panel para pedidos después de hacer todo el pedido antes de pagar lo borra todo y tienes que volver a empezar y ya van dos veces en dos días que lo hace justo la primera de la entrada a ver si lo arreglan.Los precios también son elevados para la mayoría de menús y la limonada de minute maid era agua pura de limonada no tenía nada.La parte de arriba subiendo las escaleras es un chiqui park niños haciendo un escándalo peor que en una guardería.Pedí en menú Naruto que supuestamente viene con un muñeco de juguete y no me lo dieron según ellos se habían terminado... Quiero mi figura de Naruto...

no me gusta la música que ponen y tardan mucho en darte la comida, sino he pedido un helado y han tardado unos 8 minutos

Ordered 9 nuggets, got 7. Realized after I was near the end of bag, can't take it back then. Had to ask for everything, salt, napkins etc. Gave us cups for drinks and no straws, had to ask. Staff didn't even look at you when I was talking to them. Staff need retraining.

Se pide el menú merlina y entregan normales. Lo único con la salsa negra, como es para llevar, al llamar me dicen ya no se hacen con el pan negro o igual porque el pan a caducado hace tiempo y ya hace mucho que no lo hacen. Si es asi deben informar a los clientes antes de proceder o que ya no lo ofrezcan, deja mucho que desear....se pide el menú grande y gigante y cada vez las raciones mas pequeñas. ya era pésimo y ya cada vez más

Hice un pedido para llevar, las tiras de pollo, pagué por las grandes y me pusieron las pequeñas. Pedí un batido de nocilla y no llevaba ni gota de nocilla, no repetiré

El vaso de helado ni a la mitad, los camareros a gritos y solo dos pantallas para hacer pedidos... Estando el McDonald's tan cerca no creo que vuelva. Vaso de papel y cucharilla de madera pero cobran en impuesto del plástico...

Domingo 31 de mayo, 21 horas, pedimos un 2x1 de hamburguesa con queso y patatas y bebida mediana. Además agregamos un extra de 1€ de bacon y queso a cada hamburguesa. Las patatas llegaron sin un gramo de sal, y las hamburguesas no vinieron con el extra de bacon y queso. Tuve que tomarme la molestia de acercarme a la caja para que me cambien las hamburguesas. No quiero ser exagerado pero estaba cansado y pasé a comer una buena hamburguesa y me llevé una decepción. Igual siempre los voy a preferir antes que Mcdonald's, pero a esta sucursal no regresaré

He pedido una crispy y me la entregaron sin tomate y sin lechuga y el pan picado

Llegué a las 12:40 y en Google decía que cerraba a la 1 . Me pegue un viaje desde muro y cuando llegó el que estaba allí me dice que estaba cerrado . Que ya había limpiado y que le sabía mal . A ver si ponen orden con los horarios y los encargados . Porque lo que vi era que no me quisieron atender por flojera .

Nefasto, varias oportunidades , lo mismo de siempre , hoy hemos esperado 2.5hs una cena. Ahora que abren el McDonalds tendremos una alternativa seria , es para guiris...

Pésimo, son unos estafadores. Un dineral por un menú y encima pequeño. Lo venden como si fuese mediano o grande. El chico me dice que cambia las patatas y pedí el tamaño mediano y me pone las pequeñas. Sin sentido. Son pésimos

Impresionante, mierda de comida para llevar pan pasado, hamburguesas secas y las patatas ponchadas frías y congeladas asco me dió de pagar 45 € por tres hamburguesas

La peor experiencia con Burger King. Hice un pedido a domicilio a las 22:00 y a las 22:45 me aparece como “entregado”… pero a mí no me llegó absolutamente nada. Llamé al restaurante y me dijeron que venían enseguida. Media hora después, seguía sin llegar nadie. Vuelvo a llamar y me dicen que el repartidor había estado en mi puerta, que me había llamado por teléfono y que como no contesté, se volvió al restaurante. ¿Perdón? Estaba literalmente en la puerta de mi casa con el teléfono en la mano, y no recibí ninguna llamada. O sea, me mintieron en la cara. Les pido que por favor me traigan mi pedido y me dicen que sí, que lo harán. Pasa otra media hora y me vuelven a llamar para decirme que la única solución es que pida el reembolso, el cual ni siquiera recibiré hasta el lunes porque es fin de semana. ¿Lo peor? No es el dinero. Es estar dos horas esperando una cena que nunca llega, que te tomen el pelo con excusas falsas, y que encima te quedes sin cenar y te tengas que ir a trabajar así. Una auténtica vergüenza. Un servicio nefasto. Lo último que pido a Burger King. 👎

Acudimos a comer en familia y tuvimos una experiencia desagradable. Pedimos dos menús gigantes y uno mediano todos con patatas supreme. A la hora de recoger el pedido únicamente nos dieron dos envases de salsa para las patatas, le pedimos otro más y se negaron, arguyendo que en el ticket solo figuraban dos. Intentamos explicarle podía haber sido un error a la hora de marcar el pedido pero que teníamos tres patatas (dos de ellas gigantes) y necesitábamos un envase más, no entrando en razón, negándose sin más explicación que lo reseñado en el ticket. Una situación surrealista y absurda que nos dejó bastante perplejos.

Hopeless service. The ordering board didn’t work, the English menu didn’t work and it didn’t take either master or visa. To top it off it wasn’t possible to order directly at the cash point. It was smelly and dirty and nothing like the other Burger King in Spain. A disgrace to the the concept of Burger King.

Dear Burger King Team, On 09.09.2024 at 1 AM, I visited your location in Can Picafort , as I saw online that the restaurant should have been open at that time. After driving for an hour to get there, we found the doors closed. To our surprise, we noticed that employees were hiding behind the closed doors when we knocked. There were no signs indicating changed opening hours or any other reasons for the early closure, and the behavior of the staff was extremely disappointing. I am very upset about this experience, as I took the long drive expecting to enjoy your products. I expect an explanation and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Sincerely, Mr. Scofield

Tried using self checkout. 4 different bank cards rejected. Asked member of staff. Was told to use different machine. After entering all order again which was over 40 euro rejected all visa and master card again. Dont want to take your money :)

I ordered through a terminal but the bill did not came out and the machine made me feel that the transaction cancelled. So I ordered a second one. Same problem. I only realised it when I checked my banking account. The seckond thing was that i ordered a double bacon xxl and it turned out that the burger was without bacon exceptional you pay for it.(why do you call it then double bacon xxl and not double cheeseburger)The stuff was unfriendly.

I went there because we would like order something fast but waited 35min and only get my food after I asked twice. The staff were having their coke and chatting, preparing slowly, no one cared there were over 12 customers waiting. The worse burger king I have ever been.

Ordering machines don’t work yet all customers first try to order there. After placing the order you understand you spent the last 5 mins for nothing. Then you get in lone. The torture begins. Everything is so slow and disorganized here. I would try somewhere else if 8 read this review.

Out of all the Burger Kings I've been to in different countries, this has to be the worst. It's a lot more expensive than other countries, and less quality. Dry burger, sloppy bacon, no sauce, over fried fries and watery drinks. The only thing that was positive was the nice staff doing their best in the stress.
