En mi visita al hotel Grand Oasis Palm. (Actualmente The Sens) Acudí a este restaurante de especialidad y la experiencia fue increíble, pedí un New-York que estaba bastante bueno, lo pedí termino medio y estuvo bien. El mesero que me atendió fue muy atento y siempre me apoyo a hacer mis pedidos. El lugar es bonito. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo.

Très très bonne qualité de la nourriture, et un prix raisonnable. Concept étonnant de forfait par personne (950pesos). L’accès au restaurant, quand on n’est pas logé dans l’hotel, demande un peu d’anticipation et une réservation.

Excelente lugar. Cada plato fue una muy grata sorpresa. La atención es de un nivel muy alto y combinada con la ambientación, ornamentación y vista a la playa, hacen de este restaurant un lugar que debe ser visitado nuevamente.

Me encanto este restaurant, la temática de el chef de deleitar el paladar es fantástico.

Es un lugar muy cómodo y agradable, te atienden rápido y el personal es muy amable. La comida es muy buena y hay una gran variedad, lo recomiendo mucho.

La noche del 25 de julio del 2022, hicimos una reservación para un anuncio familiar, si de por sí la noche iba a ser especial, nos llevamos la grata sorpresa al ver qué nos habían preparado un pequeño pastel para celebrar, todo desde la comida hasta el servicio estuvieron excelentes, agradezco mucho a todo el staff de The White Box y en especial a Dulce, Miguel, Julio, Laura, Ovany y Arturo por hacer lo posible para que la noche fuera mágica.

Increíble la comida, todo lo del menú es excelente, la atención, sin palabras, nos atendió Andres, no tengo palabras para describir la amabilidad y disposición!

Cenamos unas tres veces en este lugar como parte de nuestra estadía en el Grand Oasis Palm con mi familia. Una de ellas fue el 31 de Diciembre y aunque la fila para hacer la reserva fue un poco larga puedo decir que valió la pena ! Una cena de 6 tiempos con sabores, colores y texturas que hay que probar. La comida y el servicio fueron inmejorables ! Julio, Manuel y Rony nos atendieron con una calidad humana increíble haciendo que nuestra experiencia fuera memorable. Súper recomendado para la cena este lugar. El menú de snacks en la tarde no fue mi preferido pero el de la noche se lleva los aplausos ! Nos llevamos muy buenos recuerdos no solo de la comida, del lugar sino de la gente que allí trabaja. Gracias !

La comida es buenísima, todo me encantó. Definitivamente de las pocas cosas que rescato del hotel Grand Oasis Palm. La atención buenísima, Russel, Alfredo y olvidé el nombre de la hostess pero también perfecto. El pastel sacher es lo más rico del universo, me salían estrellas de los ojos mientras lo comía.

Tres veces que vengo y sin duda excelente servicio tres años seguidos y aquí estamos. Espero poder venir el año que viene

En verdad de los mejores restaurantes que he probado!!!!! Gran Sens ufff en verdad se lo super recomiendo. Puedes disfrutar cada sabor , cada textura combinando los detalles Felicidades a tiare, Ignacio, Cesar Manuel y la chef Mipsy ufff

Excelente super recomendable , lo mejor de Oasis

Estoy en el hotel grand oasis de Cancún con el servicio the pyramid y está incluído este bar y fue lo mejor de todo el hotel. La mejor comida que probé en mi vida con una atención excelente desde que entras hasta que salis. Les recomiendo el salmón encontrado con pistacho, excelente!!!! No tengo ninguna crítica, el vino blanco de ahi también es riquísimo.

Muy buen lugar la comida es deliciosa, un must el tartán , salmón y la carne pasta con mariscos. Vale la pena comer aquí vs el bufete. El servicio de los meseros muy buena la atención 10/10

You need a hotel reservation! Food was super delicious. You could reorder the same things. Service was wonderful and our server knew the menu very well. He even recommended other restaurants to go too! Would definitely eat here again.

Took my Fiancé our last night for the romantic dinner on the beach for $203 ($3,500 pesos). It was magical. I knew it was going to be romantic but was even better than expected. The restaurant is closed at the time and they set up a private spot on the beach and make it so beautiful. The food and quality of service is so so good. Felt like we were in our own world. Server I believe was named Paulino and he was so friendly and catered all of our request with a smile. Attaching pics as they show more then I can explain in words.

Had an amazing time with my family here. Stayed in The Pyramid at Grand Oasis for a couple of days and was giving up on the food. But on my last night we decided to head over to The White Box to experience this award winning restaurant and believe me this was the best decision we made. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, it’s 100% perfection. BAR: It all started with our amazing bartender Rodiver as we waited for our table we sat on the bar to get the mood started, we are only social drinkers and he asked us the flavors and liquor that we preferred and with that information he was able to make us great drinks. Waiter: Angel, was definitely an Angel we talked about our experience at the Hotel and how unhappy we where with the food at other restaurants and he took the task to turn our experience into a great one. His patience and knowledge of the food and how they where prepared was beyond expectations. We felt that he understood what our family was looking for. Thank you for taking great care of us Angel. The Food: I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in The White Box. I had a 3 course meal, with a couple of drinks (Thanks Rodiver). Amazing experience! If you thought gourmet kitchen will leave you hungry, think again. You should skip several meals before visiting this amazing restaurant. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes. The quality was Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups. I have to say this is one of the best, if not the best restaurants they have at this resort. Food is delicious, great assortment of wines, knowledgeable staff very helpful about choosing the right bottle, it was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone including families with children. Very good food.

Fantastic food, great service. We had the tuna tartare, the seafood cocktail, the mahi mahi grilled and the flank steak. All very well done. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of our servers but muchos gracias Ruby. I highly recommend this place for a great supper. They also cater the romantic supper on the beach. This is additional information after more visits. White Box, in my opinion, is the best restaurant on the property. And I would like to praise the crema vichysoisse (sp?). Bravo Yoshio.

Guadalupe was a very good and kind server and earned the 5 stars alone even though we weren't as happy with the resort where this restaurant is located. The pizza in this restaurant is baked in a real pizza oven and the crust is nice and thin!

It was a very delicious experience with many options to choose. We thought the small portions (taps) would not to be enough, but together were exactly we needed. We enjoyed mint aguachile shrimps, salmon with cocoa and the special soft cheese dessert.

Well you have to find out for yourself! This restaurant serves small portions but that was a welcome surprise. Amazing! Visited here 3 out of six days in Cancun. Go expecting to enjoy the food, not to be stuffed.

Excellent food and service! Raquel and his crew were awesome serving us for the 2 hours we spent there. My wife has allergies and they made sure to prepare the dishes without any contact or cross-contamination. The ragu ravioli and the vanilla turbot were the highlights of our meal. The music and ambience were relaxing and we had one of our best nights at Grand Sens there. Try it, you can’t go wrong!

Muy buen servicio, yo no tengo niños, pero si fuera solo para adultos, mejoraría la experiencia. Todo estuvo increíble, su puré de papa con vainilla de otro mundo. Cuidar la salida de los platos, encimar platillos en la mesa, no es muy elegante pero cualquiera que entiende la locura de la cocina no se altera con la situación. Lo recomiendo y sí regreso al Hotel de Oasis, con gusto haría fila para volver a reservar y probar sus platillos.

Uno de los mejores restaurantes del hotel. Del menú se elige unos 6 platos de cada temática que cuenta con 3 opciones. Son porciones pequeñas pero al ser tantas uno se va más que satisfecho. Todo muy Gourmet y muy bien presentado. Lo que note es que los primeros días era todo exquisito y después decayó un poco, no sé si es que cambiaron el chef o algo paso. De todas maneras estaba todo más que bien.

Muy bueno todo, pero este es uno de los restaurantes en los que solo pueden ingresar adultos. Si vas de vacaciones con menores, no podes disfrutar el lugar.

No funcionaba la apps, y había que hacer filas a las 16 hrs. Horas que estábamos conociendo otros lugares.

El lugar es bueno la atención es bastante espléndida y muy servicial en los meseros pero realmente los platillos dejan mucho que desear.

We did all inclusive. We arrived 15 mins early to our reservation and the hostess was very rude to us. Julia told us we were 25 mins early, which was not the case. Most hostess would say, have a seat or you can come back in a bit..ect... We got a blank stare that I felt like went straight through my soul. We had also reserved for 7 people which included two 9 year olds. They would not allow us, 2 different families, to put tables together. Im happy it was all inclusive because the food was subpar.

Food wasn’t too bad, but the service couldn’t have been worse. Ordered a burger after waiting half an hour for them to take our order despite it not being busy at all, 2 hours later a done out pizza rocks up and all the waiter says is “sorry it is similar”. Not impressed

please dont waste your money or time here. with all the effort they put in to make this place look fancy - it’s AWFUL!!! my mom ordered a ‘medium’ cooked burger but apparently to them that means it’s like beef tartar. it was pale, way undercooked and completely mush. we sent it back and they brought her the same plate, same bread, same everything and just ‘recooked’ the meat. you would think that they remake everything and start from scratch especially when it looked lab grown or at least like it had gone bad. the pizzas we got were awful and ALSO undercooked, you could see every piece of the mozzarella unmelted. dessert was not any better. we got 3 brownies and 1 cheesecake- all of us only took one bite. they interrupted my mom while she was eating to ask for her card and a wine bottle they gave us broke while trying to grab it and they never came to pick up the glass or clean the spilled wine. ***10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.***
