You need a hotel reservation! Food was super delicious. You could reorder the same things. Service was wonderful and our server knew the menu very well. He even recommended other restaurants to go too! Would definitely eat here again.

Took my Fiancé our last night for the romantic dinner on the beach for $203 ($3,500 pesos). It was magical. I knew it was going to be romantic but was even better than expected. The restaurant is closed at the time and they set up a private spot on the beach and make it so beautiful. The food and quality of service is so so good. Felt like we were in our own world. Server I believe was named Paulino and he was so friendly and catered all of our request with a smile. Attaching pics as they show more then I can explain in words.

I ate breakfast here everyday for a week, and I found everything to be very agreeable, from the attentive service to the delicious variety of menu items. I had a different entry every day, and everyone was very good.

All inclusive restaurants with the sens Cancun, adults only. The breakfast was average but the lunch was amazing 🤩 excellente amigo! The white wine is more tasty than the bar, definitely worth to try it out.

Had an amazing time with my family here. Stayed in The Pyramid at Grand Oasis for a couple of days and was giving up on the food. But on my last night we decided to head over to The White Box to experience this award winning restaurant and believe me this was the best decision we made. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, it’s 100% perfection. BAR: It all started with our amazing bartender Rodiver as we waited for our table we sat on the bar to get the mood started, we are only social drinkers and he asked us the flavors and liquor that we preferred and with that information he was able to make us great drinks. Waiter: Angel, was definitely an Angel we talked about our experience at the Hotel and how unhappy we where with the food at other restaurants and he took the task to turn our experience into a great one. His patience and knowledge of the food and how they where prepared was beyond expectations. We felt that he understood what our family was looking for. Thank you for taking great care of us Angel. The Food: I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in The White Box. I had a 3 course meal, with a couple of drinks (Thanks Rodiver). Amazing experience! If you thought gourmet kitchen will leave you hungry, think again. You should skip several meals before visiting this amazing restaurant. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes. The quality was Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups. I have to say this is one of the best, if not the best restaurants they have at this resort. Food is delicious, great assortment of wines, knowledgeable staff very helpful about choosing the right bottle, it was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone including families with children. Very good food.

Fantastic food, great service. We had the tuna tartare, the seafood cocktail, the mahi mahi grilled and the flank steak. All very well done. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of our servers but muchos gracias Ruby. I highly recommend this place for a great supper. They also cater the romantic supper on the beach. This is additional information after more visits. White Box, in my opinion, is the best restaurant on the property. And I would like to praise the crema vichysoisse (sp?). Bravo Yoshio.

Guadalupe was a very good and kind server and earned the 5 stars alone even though we weren't as happy with the resort where this restaurant is located. The pizza in this restaurant is baked in a real pizza oven and the crust is nice and thin!
