Nice to see a full fledged Krispy Kreme in Cancun. They serve Hot as well. However, when we ordered hot, we got cold lol. We had to argue and get it corrected.

It's okay. They didn't have fresh donuts at the time. The coffee was good, though. It was takeout only due to covid restrictions

They have the most amazing donuts and the regular glazed ones do not disappoint. The Apple one doesn't have the same soft dough as the other ones, I would skip that flavor. Other problems at this location: #1 They have Nescafe coffee machines but I was told that there is no milk for any kind of coffee. I asked if this was temporary but the guy said it would be permanent. What kind of place offers plain black coffee? At least get some packs of cream for your customers. #2 toilette available, but it was clogged. Judging by the smell and amount of toilet paper I'd say that it had been like that for a good amount of time.

way overpriced donuts. $35 USD for 2 dozen? No Sir. Not worth it. Never again... there are a platitudes of incredible food in Mexico readily available for way less than that. This was simply a disappointment.

We come here at least a once a week. The service, the drinks and donuts were amazing. Now for some reason they changed the coffee to a machine made. The biggest issue they no longer offer milk. That is ridiculous. If you serve coffee you serve milk with it along with other hot drinks. Maybe new management and if so that management is bad. It is not like they are giving milk for free. It is another 9 pesos. So in respect you are making money. So this is the second time in 2 weeks we come and I pay and not enjoying a black coffee. I would hope they rethink their thoughts because Starbucks is very near. I would rather not give them my service however I can get milk in my coffee.

Says open 24 hrs. I showed up at 7:15 am. What donut shop is not opened by 7 am. I walked over here from the hotel. Update your hours. So people know when you're open.

Horrible service. I DO NOT recommend , especially DRIVE THROUGH service. I went with my friend, There was no parking space so I went to drive through and there is no pictures of the donuts with the name , flavor in the menu. Very hard to order, specially with someone DOES NOT SPEAK SPANISH WELL. So i asked for the Donut that i like but I do not know the name, no one responded to me, I left to go to the pick up window hopefully someone can help me. After waiting in line for 20 mins, I finally arrive through the window and the employee told me that they don’t take the order at the window I have to park the car to come to order, i told him there was no parking . And it is ONE WAY Street, I can’t turn back. Long story short, He was very rude to answer me and rejected to take my order there. I fought with him then he turned around and slapped the window in front of me. Can you believe how horrible, rude to treat your customers like that!!!! He could have been more flexible, or just kindly told me to talk to the manager to solve the problem. I put 1 star because at the end, another guy came to the window to help me. I think because I didn’t move my car, there was a car behind me was honking, that was why they came to help me but NOT the rude guy. This is a VERY WELL KNOWN brand , you SHOULD train your employees how to treat your customers properly.

It was good it is now awful ! Rude employees that always try to make you pay cash ( the terminal is always broken....)and quality of food is inferior to supermarket chains daunuts while being more expensive. Spend your money anywhere else it will be better without a doubt.

Krispy Kreme is always too sweet for my taste but the ones I bought here is so sweet that it has a bitter aftertaste! Maybe it is how the locals like it? The donuts are also not puffy (excuse my 2nd language. maybe it is not the right description for it?) like it is suppose to be. It is kind of solid and heavy. Don't like!!!
