Desde la entrada el trato es agradable y los 22 platillos a degustar son sin duda un gustó al paladar. 100% recomendable; si buscas una experiencia diferente y deliciosa. El personal que atiende te explica que platillo degustas los ingredientes y te sugiere como ir probándolos, un restaurante elegante y sobretodo Very delicious!

De los mejores lugares para tener una cena de lujo 🤩 definitivamente Benazuza aunque se encuentra en el hotel Grand Oasis Cancún , admiten a personas que no sean huéspedes del hotel, eso lo hace accesible para celebrar una cena romántica , cumpleaños o aniversario. La atención es de resaltar , se nota la calidad en el servicio y la comida que se ofrece te hace cuestionar por qué no había ido antes.

Everything was so decadent here!!! We loved every minute of our time here at Benazuza! It was a bit quiet, and I did get cold but they gave me a shall to keep warm. The food was so delicious though! My partner and I enjoyed them so much!

this was probably the most unique and coolest food experience i ever had. all the dishes are pre-set, except for the main course and dessert. there were around 12-15 small courses, grouped into various categories: cocktails, snacks, tapas, main courses, pre-dessert, and dessert (see photos for my customized take home menu)! at times i wasn't even sure what i was having since they looked so cool (lol), though the servers did a great job explaining every dish! for a fine dining experience, it is definitely one of a kind. especially for the price, definitely worth it, and was by far the best food at grand oasis. highly recommend if staying at the resort!

This place is located inside the Grand Oasis. Let me tell you it's the BEST place I have been in my life. It is so different. Everything is tapa style but the way the food is made it works since your senses. If you are in Cancun you must visit this place. I wish they had one in the USA. They guve you 17 entrees that are small portion but you will get so full. Service is superb!!!!!

Always a phenomenal experience. You have to make a reservation in advance but I will tell you it is definitely recommended. We bought a bottle of wine in conjunction with the food experience and let me tell you it added to the experience. It’s a beautiful time both with the exquisite set up but also with the tastes that you are introduced to as you eat the unique mexican meals. Customer service as always is 100%.

Good food. Be aware, the menu is different if you are staying at hotel and there's no cost vs. making a reservation and coming from another hotel. We watched another party get alot more than we did. When I inquired, I was told that since they are paying, they get more. Seems a little odd considering I was staying at the hotel and "paid" as well. Overall a good experience though. Definitely one of the bright spots of this awful hotel. Eat here, but dont stay at the hotel.

edit we finally made a booking via their email service. still deducting two stars cause this was hard the food overall was delicious, I really liked almost everything served. some items were repetitive, but still good. the non alcoholic package still includes some drinks in the forms of food. honestly.. THE WORST BOOKING RESERVATION EXPERIENCE EVER filled their form. called the hotel over ten tines their website for reservations provides a WhatsApp which then does NOT let you reserve.. they give you a WRONG number.the Instagram number is also different also the number on their website is the number for mexico city. Thanks for not honoring our reservation you clowns. Had a choice between you and Maria Dolores on this night and so wasted that other opportunity for your incompetence. If you are staying at hotel then maybe they will treat you better, but we traveled down to eat and were turned away when (again) we had a reservation. Others have complained about reservations here and I can concur.
