I would come with my family here almost every day. It feels like Halloween in here. The theme was really great, and the food was good.

It's Veterans day and my wife and I are both Veterans. We heard IHOP was honoring the veterans with a free breakfast. Red, white and blueberry pancakes combo. Our server, Raul, was very pleasant, and greeted us enthusiastically. Food was more than I expected and delicious. Thank you IHOP from two very grateful Veterans. There was a charge for drinks. But otherwise very grateful.

Always enjoy coming to IHOP, great place for breakfast. The waiters, are curious and prompted with your order. Chicken Fried Steak and any Omelet are always delicious. The restaurant usually gets full on weekends but the wait is worth waiting.

Visited on a sunday afternoon just before 1. Despite the crowd the wait was not horrible. Service was amazing. Got the turkey sandwich and had a mouthwash. So delicious! Coffee and water was always refilled as needed. Amazing!

Jaime is THE BEST waiter. He was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu items and gave great food suggestions. He kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need refills and that our food tasted great. The food was picture perfect and it was because he decorated the pancakes with care. My nephew got the coffee cake combo and Jaime did the design on it. It was perfection and my nephew scarfed it down. Another customer came in and made sure to ask for him as their waiter which is a testament to how great he is.

The fruit and vegetables used in this place were old and bad. In both the pancakes and in the omelet. The cooks didn't care to take the time to check the produce the were using

Every time I’ve come to this location, the food takes about 30-45 minutes which is too long of a wait time. Who knows what the cooks are doing back there but it seems like they lag too hard. The servers are always on top of things and make each time feel welcome. But it seems like management isn’t doing anything about the food wait times since it’s always the same issue I have

Hey, if you just want some generic breakfast food, you can get that here at an ok price. Get there before 9:30 on weekends because it gets REALLY busy and you’ll have to wait. The only thing worth getting here is pancakes. The other food is not great. That said, the pancakes were really good and surprisingly even the cupcake pancakes were 9/10.

Took the family to have breakfeast just to change the routine for a day. Got there and it said it had an hour to hour and a half wait. We said fine lets go walk in the outlet. We left a phone number so they can call us when a table was available. So they never called. We walk back and the attendant on the front had trash the old list and made a new one. We had a table after letting her know we were on the list she had trash and didnt called. We had an awesome waiter he has a great friendly personallity and you can feel the good vibes from him just sepaking. Nothing to do with the girl in the front, her attitude was not on point. Also we notice they were plenty of tables and we were close to the entrance so we notice she was telling everyone it was an hour wait or hour and a half. Dont know why she was putting a hold when they had plenty of workforce. A lot of people left, thats money for the company plus we aint coming back. We will still go to the competition. Management really need to check what the employees are doing or more money will be lost. Food was good and waiter was awesome this is why i gave 3 stars instead of 1.

My server today did an excellent job in making sure my husband and I had a wonderful breakfast. She checked on us and ensured we were doing good. In my opinion, she went above and beyond. I will be requesting her from now on. I do have a negative thing I can say about the establishment though. This is not the first time this has happened to me, it happened on 2 other separate occasions when I did go with some friends. I always notice a bit of a wait time in the lobby as we enter and there were many open tables. I did speak in Spanish to the hostess up front and she seemed to be biased. I noticed a pattern in the way she was seating people. She takes all the Spanish speakers to the right side of the restaurant. I would suggest management assist her with seating or have some sort of chart showing what tables are available because she's not very good at her job. She has a pick and choose dynamic going on. Not a manager in sight doing rotations ensuring customers are satisfied. Ihop management in Canutillo, do better!

Two of us got here at 8:20 pm on Sunday aug 15th. There where only 3 tables with customers and still too the waitress 10 min to come and sit us down. The tables where disgusting with this Virus lingering around the best thing a restaurant can do is keep all their tables sanitized and super clean. We finally found one that was less dirty but was very sticky. I asked the waitress if the table can be properly clean and the brought me a spray bottle and paper towels for ME the paying customer to clean it. I asked for a manager and there was none at the time. Our food came and we ordered pancakes and they where 5 inches in diameter and dry. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The managment should be reprimanded for not training their employers properly in customer care and how to keep a restaurant properly clean. I hope the supervisor gets a hold of this post and does something about this place

I came in for breakfast with 2 other people, 3 total. When it was time to pay, we split payments 3 ways, our waitress Yvette showed me a total of $16 for two pancakes and a sausage, my friend had a total of $26, and the other had a total of $8. I paid and asked her if the tablet gonna ask me how much i wanted to tip? She said “I’ll bring the receipt and you can sign it”. Okay no problem. We waited 10 minutes for her to bring the receipt and she never came back. So I started to get suspicious because $16 doesn’t make sense for what i ordered, i checked my bank and it charged $12, meaning she added a tip of $4 WITHOUT MY CONSENT. In total she added $10 of tips without asking any of us. Like she assumed we weren’t going to tip!! So we went to the front and asked the other server to tell her to bring our receipt, another 10 minutes, she was avoiding us because she knew she did wrong. When she finally came to the front, she said “It charged you that because when you pressed pay, it went through” I told her that I didn’t add any tip yet so why is there a tip? She seemed unapologetic and said “I’ll give you cash back”, didn’t even offer a refund or anything. We spoke to the manager on the phone and he was aware of the situation, acted very nonchalant and irritated and was rushing to hang up the call when we asked to dispute the charge. This was so wrong and she needs to be talked to because I’ve NEVER had a server add their own tip, it’s disrespectful and she screwed herself because we are usually big tippers.

I just came here to say: always request your receipts! Yesterday I went to have breakfast, the food was in smaller portions than other locations, and seemed like it was food from yesterday… anyways when I requested the check the waitress said it would be faster to pay with her and showed me a total of $45 on her device and stood right there waiting for the payment. I asked her to see a receipt and she said “my mistake” and then gave me a total of $40. I gave her a 50 dollar bill, then she proceeds to ask if I was going to wait for any change and I told her “yes, and the receipt.” She comes back with a 10 dollar bill and no receipt. I ask her once again can I get my receipt? She proceeds to go to the computer, to the front entrance, to talk with other coworkers, then to the kitchen. She comes back with my receipt and 5 dollars and leaves them on the table. My total was 35 dollars including tax. I do not appreciate her trying to charge for tips “her way.” I will not come back. Usually I tip them 10-15 dollars because every Sunday I go they are really busy and running around. But that is my decision, she had no right to make up totals to get tipped.
